Hotel was nice. Service was really good. They helped us get to nearby places. Wouldnt recommend the restuarant though. Its pricey and food was not worth the cost. I think I would say 3.5

The bar in the hotel has a good ambiance, dim light, good seating amenities, tasty food (except the beef items), The only draw back is you cant smoke inside the bar/ no smokers area.

Worthy place Nice staff Quality of Food has to be improved. Add on and edited on 24-05-18. I have stayed again because of good experience previously. The room was neat and clean but prices has been increased. For single non AC room it is Rs. 1000 + tax. Lifts has been renovated and is in good condition now. My stay was in room no. 504. Mosquitoes has hunted ne down at night. No repellent provided. Bathroom was neat and well maintained. Both hot and cold water was available. The most worst part is food in restaurant. As I known it's bad I skipped dinner. But I decided to take breakfast as most of breakfast available restaurant are little away. The taste was good for nothing but make a dig in your pocket.

Great place for chilling out with friends. Perfect ambience. Ample parking space. Deluxe longue restaurant services.

The AC beer and wine section is really good. Especially the seats, good privacy and ambience.

Great Value for money and friendly service and staff…

Hotel Prasanth is a budget luxury hotel located at PMJ Junction, Trivandrum, Kerala. It definitely has its basic luxury getup even though it is not a "starred" hotel. The major attraction of the hotel is it's up to the mark conference halls. They also charge reasonable rates per head for those halls. When it comes to rooms, Non AC rooms are Above average and AC rooms are Good. The staffs are also well behaved, and guiding if you need help with something and of course it also hosts Finger count of staffs whom care less about guiding or helping their customers. But still Staff behaviour in overall is just right and good. When it gets around food, Overall the food served is tasty food in neat plates. Quality of the food is good. But still food department at there could use an Improvement I think. Some foods are okay playing and some other dishes and superb. So it's kind of depends and an appropriate rating would be AVERAGE. And by the way it also has ample space for parking of both two and four-wheelers.

Good place to have a couple of beer with friends. If you require a bit of ambience, visit the A/C bar. View is not the best except at the roof. I have found the non-ac staff to a bit more polite and friendly than the AC staff.

I stayed here for 5 days as my flight home left from Trivandrum international airport. I have stayed in hotels in 65 countries and this is probably the worst one ever… apart from a similar establishment in Georgetown, Malaysia. Filthy tablecloths in the 'restaurant', grey and smelly bedding, unreliable lifts… I'm disabled and on 4 occasions the lifts were broken down? The staff are friendly but struggle with understanding English… and even if you ask the question 3-4 times, you are often left clueless? There is a VERY dark and dismal bar down stairs, but it is very popular with the locals and hotel guests. They only serve beer and wine… I didn't see anyone drinking spirits. Be aware that there are NO other bars/restaurants within a kilometre. My advice would be to look elsewhere. There are cheaper and better hotels than this one in the city. Avoid like the plague.

The overall experience was good. We stayed in the hotel for four days. The service of the hotel staff was good. They were really helpful and suggested us some good places to visit. The food and facilities provided were also satisfactory. In a room rent of 1500 bucks, the services provided were well justified. I will strongly recommend this hotel to everyone, if they are looking for nice budget hotel in Trivandrum.

The cushion seats in their AC bar was really nice and cosy. They have red dim lighting. It's moderately priced as well We had beers and food was okay.

Its a nice hotel. Average conferece hall available Rate of a conference hall for 50 persons with vegetarian meals is 250 to 300 per head. With meal conference hall costs null. In case of no meals the conference hall costs a fee as per the requirements.

We were there to celebrate the birthday of a fellow HOG. We were allocated a hall. The buffet dinner was good and the ambience excellant. It was real value for money. Kerala parotta needs a special mention along with the vegetarian curry, really finger licking.

Pros: 1. Location is accessible 2. Room rent is comparatively cheaper Cons: 1. Rooms are very old same is the case with bed sheet and towels 2. Room service is very bad. 3. They say complimentary breakfast included. But its not free. 150 per head is the limit which is not mentioned by them while booking. 4. Heater in the room is scary. Use it with caution. 5. Water is not provided near to room. Very delayed response if we call for anything from room service 6. Fud items are over priced.

Platinum bar on the ground floor is decent and has good snacks that goes along with the beer.

Excellent place to hangout with your friends, colleagues and family. A well equipped executive BAR, a very decent non-AC BAR and a fine restaurant. The management is really doing a good job in keeping up the hospitality and customer relations. Cheers.

Great place to have a beer with your friends. Not too expensive, even at the Executive lounge. Very comfortable seating and regular screenings of matches!

The rooms are pretty small Staff service is above average Located in a pretty descent area.

Rooms are good but restaurants is bad. No one cares and food tasted bad.

Nice hotel to stay and nice room anyone can choose it.

For getting bar license they have closed their entrance. We were shocked because hotel is there with no entrance. They brought us through a narrow road which was very difficult to find and go on wheels and showed us an entrance through their kitchen. The Restaurant is very poor. Receptionist seems to be Un welcoming. They have arranged temporary staircase which is very difficult for old people to climb for crossing their compound wall to reach PM G junction.

Good… Room is Nice. But the Restaurant price is too high and not suitable for middle class people…
