Restaurant is excellent with Wonderful menu… Food is Awesome… it’s classy… remarkable experience… @ kochi… with great service.

I feel a very good Hotel to enjoy our Holidays; Conducting Business Meetings, Etc.

We have conducted a baptism, food was good. But we ordered for 100 plates but there was only 60 members altogether for the party. Even though we paid for 100 plates we were not given remaining food.

The best thing about this restaurant is the foods that they serve is quite unique from the category. The dish serving is very amazing moreover the dish looks good. They have parking space which is quite small for the people coming here. They have pretty decent hall. However the price is a little bit high and taste is not that amazing.

The Classik Fort is a fine hotel with easy accessibility. The service is prompt and there is ample parking space. Food was good, though it was great during our previous visits. Nonetheless, the food was tasty and the portion size is also quite decent.

Location is accessible but in the middle of a crowded junction. Good parking lot though. Service is fine but there was slight confusion throughout the event. Couldn't provide a wheelchair during emergency. Other than that. All good.

Food is good. Room is decent. Amenities bad. Bathroom door gets locked. TV doesn't work etc. Bathroom door issue has to be sorted.

Easily noticable from the road. Rooms are available for pre-booking. Service is good. Live TV shows or sports will be screened on big screen. Overall a perfect ambience for a good meal.

Classik fort could work on improving its breakfast buffet. Dinner is satisfactory as long as you order the local, common dishes. The last two times the food has proved to be excellent. It's situated in Gandhi square.

This is a very good hotel in Tripunithura. The food quality is decent. This hotel is recommended for hosting marriage and other functions. They have professional staff, good parking space, different types of halls to host small and medium parties and reasonable price.

A good 5 star facility hotel. A conference Hall for accommodating 200-250 people is available. Parking area is less. Food is good. Servicing is not excellent but good.

Good place, accessible, right on Gandhi Square. Well maintained, staff are very cooperative. Lots of parking space. Restaurants serve well. Small, cozy place for stay or for a function on moderate budget.

Room are luxurious and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Maintenance is superb and tide. Breakfast is yummy and delicious.

Had a decent buffet spread at the banquet hall on the top floor. The hall was fairly spacious. The vehicle parking facilities could be improved a bit.

Reasonable price, for that standard of hotel, good ambiance, the taste is not that much good as compared to other hotels for local named foods, like kerala fish curry. The hotel is located near the Gandhi statue near petta junction. Parking facility is an issue bot much vehicles can park there.

Nice restaurant and friendly staff. Good food reasonably priced. But on the afternoon of 31st December 2017 when we revisited the restaurant for lunch the staff made us feel most unwelcome. They said that since they were preparing for the year-end bash, most items on the menu could not be served. That's bad attitude.

Not bad but not the best as well. There's many hotels in the city but this one is the best one for those wanting to live near Tripunithura.

It is easy accessable and away from rush. Always enjoyed the food at restaurant. And there Food Festival is always worth going. Rooms and hall for function is always good. Additional parking places are provided of two other properties.

People Moving from Ernakulam to Kottayam Vaikom etc can have the decent dining in this place because this place is located near to bypass can avoid the rush in town (tripunithura and Ernakulam)

They have an amazing hall with good quality of food and service. Staffs are very cooperative!

A nice hotel in a peaceful location. I have attended 3 meetings over there. Their convention hall is so big and much better than the halls in ekm. Food is also good.

Good small hotel for short stay.

We had mini chicken biryani which was good and considering the name there was enough quantity for one. The rates were Rs. 110/ — per head. Ordered a vanilla flavoured ice cream which was Rs. 80/ — which indeed was very high. And mineral water bottle one litre bottle costs Rs. 40/ —! So feel its exorbitant rates!

They have a nice restaurant with decent food and ambience. The quantity is really good, the quality of variety food of various cuisine is also delightful. I like their Chinese delicacies and biriyani.

The hotel is really great in terms of services and also quality of the food as well as the ambience. Keep it up better always.

The food is ok but too costly Cost is not proportional to quality of the food.
