One of the best hotels in Cochin. Located on the bypass road and can be reached at all important places in short span. The rooms are very good. I stayed on the 15th floor the view was awesome. Would recommend top floors. Food was not that great. Bit expensive and quantity was little less. The breakfast spread was good but lacked taste. Overall good place to stay.

Excellent brunch with a wide variety of dishes. One must love the variety with live magic, caricature, music, balloon art and many more. Sunday lunch is awesome. We must wonder the varieties of food items they have provided there. A calm and peaceful ambience is maintained. If it's raining you will enjoy every moment there. Will visit again. Thank you Inn.

Though this hotel doesn't look premium from outside, the inside is definitely. Best of flooring, to ceiling and to decor. All look and feel classy. The buffet dinner for which I went was tasty and with reasonable variety. The parking facilities are good and the hotel is spotted with ease by the highway bypass. Overall, a pleasing experience.

It was a good stay overall. Nice rooms with a comfortable twin bed and all usually amenities that one would expect. Pretty good service by house keeping staff… Very prompt. They have some good restaurants in the hotel. I tried the Italian restaurant … Fantastic food especially the seafood options from their menu… Loved their pizzas too. The mozzarella cheese balls were awesome. Staff pretty flexible and open to customize the menu to ones liking. They have a nice pub too which was buzzing with the world cup soccer being televized… We sat at the Italian restaurant but the staff gave us an option to sit at the bar and get our Italian food there… Overall I found the hotel pretty cool.

The last time we visited the service was much better and the food was really good. The service had really dropped but looks like they have made some changes and things are getting back on track. BTW I'm talking about Roma not sure how the other restaurants are. The service was really great.

Holiday Inn lived up to its expectations. We had an event of 400+ hosted in Holiday Inn over three days. The venue was grand and had all the facilities you can desire. The buffet spreads arranged were heavenly mix of traditional Kerala dishes and North Indian and Continental spreads. The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. Some of the rooms in the upper floors have a great skyline view of the city of Cochin.

One of the very good 5 star resorts in India. The rooms are really good but the service is quite bad. The staff are very humble and very helpful. Check in and check out time are flexible. There was no hassle and extra billing during check out.

Very nice hotel and a nice place for meetings and conventions. Food was well above average and service was good. Parking is not too good. Valet parking is available but slow.

Great Ambient professional place with a great service and food. Prime location. Classy place. Totally recommendable. I'm not giving it 5 stars for the sole reason that there was an issue with audio system there. Perfect place for an event be it personal or professional.

Clean hotel with good service. Well equipped gym (good equipment) and a mid sized pool. Rooms were spacious. Food choices were good. It took about 40 minutes from the airport with light traffic. Lobby is not huge.

Overall the hotel is awesome with their attitude. Even from the security to the higher order person's, they are good with their attitude towards us. Food and drinks are also good. The price is affordable. It has a good conference and mini conference hall. But we had a bad experience from their side. Our event was fixed at 6. Pm and they ensured that they will deliver the hall at 1 pm for the production. There was another event happening there (lunch event). These was all vocal agreements. But they disappointed us very much that they didn't deliver the room as promised. They was not able to get the room us on time. They got the room only at 3.30 Which made us difficult to do our production according to our way. So it's an adivce from our side. Get the timing agreement on paper not by words.

I love to stay. It like my second home. Are very good and managers are very polite and gem. Ambience is good. And Deli KC is ultimate to have lunch and dinner. Breakfast is superb.

One of the best upscale places in Cochin. Nicely located and well furnished as well. Prices for suits are a bit on the higher side, but considering the amenities its worth it. You may get discounts on off peak time and check various booking sites before making a reservation. They have a good Bar and a variety of cuisines. The outdoor swimming pool is a treat for your soul and body, but not during hot and humid days. Overall they will provide you a pleasant stay.

Amazing hotel and amazing staff… Loved the way they treat and comfortable rooms with cozy bed… That was cold coffee after dinner… Which they offered after dinner… Yum yum.

If you love noisy hotels filled with travel groups this is your place. Service & food is good in the restaurant and the bar is nice too. Tho I think I’ll find a new business travel hotel.

Well maintained property and in a good location in the Byepass outside City traffic hassles. It's an ideal place to have business/ official discussions and meetings. They have ample parking space within the property and have valet parking as well. There was only one person to take care of valet parking last time which was time consuming and many people need to wait. The lobby and interiors were grand and the rooms are elegant. They are able to attract large tourist crowd as well. It will be good to provide a cover for the open parking space in the back.

A very lovely place for a party or a seminar or for dine out with family or a family stay. The staff there are so cooperative. I would strongly recommend this place. Kids will definitely love this place and the ambiance. Easy location for access. Parking is a trouble for me. Overall experience is awesome and will plan a get-together there soon.

Located about 10 minutes away from the Lulu mall and about 45 minutes from the airport. One of the best hotels in Cochin. Very good and helpful staff. Masala restaurant on the ground floor is famous for it's live music and buffet spreads. The sports bar is nice. Haven't tried the Italian restaurant but have heard good reviews. The rooms are good. Gym and pool are also nice. Value for money.

Best Holiday Inn I ever stayed at. Large, modern rooms with plenty of complementary water. Very friendly reception staff. Extremely friendly and helpful restaurant staff, 6 star service. Nice pool, spa and gym.

A little impersonal for an end of stay but perfect to prepare his return.

1 of my favorite hotels of all time! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Ambience of waiting, lobby area is amazing. The rooms are excellent with amazing cleanliness, and good room size. Food was also excellent. They have set a bar for me for good hospitality!

Went for a professional gathering. The hall was well laid out neat and arrangement was well spaced out. The food was really good. Usually during such events the food would be just ok but here it was really good. The common restrooms was well kept too. The only thing I felt they could improve was providing directions to the event with the hotel. It was a bit difficult to locate event hall. Had to ask 2 hotel staff to get there.

Good and clean rooms. Happy with the service provided. The breakfast spread was very nice, lots of variety and options. Dinner buffer was equally good too. Located right next to the highway. Open swimming pool and steam bath. Overall nice experience.

Lots of issues came up in my trip. However the staff were able to resolve some of them. 1. The first room I got was on nearly the lower floors when I asked for a top floor. The furniture in the room was also broken and wood was chipped. Came down to ask them to change it 2.2nd room I got had a broken shower and it rained on the entire bathroom first time. The shower curtains were molded and mildew was all over. 3. The cleaning crew threw away all my notes from my meeting which were on the bed shelf. Took many hours to get them back. 4. The room next to me had very Loud neighbors and they played loud music till after midnight and I had to complain twice about it 5. The TV kept loosing signal and quite some channels were paid channels not available.

Nice place for stay. They have pool and gym facility as well. I enjoyed their brrakfast and lunch during my stay. Room service is not that great, we need to call them multiple times before they arrive.

I went to holiday inn to hang out at the bar. It was a decent place to have drinks. It's a sports pub probably a good place to watch a match.

Good place… Good parking… Good food. Bar has reopened. Like to play snooker with a beer. I often do that.

Great place with friendly staff & serene atmosphere. Food is good however room service can be improved. There is no bath tub. Almost an hour away from the airport.

We went for an official lunch buffet with close to a 100 people. Food was tasty however the spread was not very huge. The service was good.

Good hotel. Not a clean as the ones on US, but it has a decent room. There is a shower, but no bath. The book is pretty good, but is quite expensive relative to the quality of food. The workers there are extremely kind and respectful and helpful. They are definitely a highlight of the hotel.

Recently opened hotel. Very chic and contemporary with nice rooms and a great suite! Nice views from the higher floors of Cochin city. Efficient check in and nice restaurant. Also, if on a buget, try out the excellent street food right opposite the Holiday Inn!

We had dinner buffet from indian restaurant here. Food was average, but very expensive compared to other dinner buffet available at Cochin. But yes Ambiance of restaurant was very good.

Good sports bar and an italian restaurant. Indian food at Masala is average. Good customer service overall.

Large comfortable Rooms. Only issue is with poor A/c Cooling in the night.

Great ambience and facilities. The location of the hotel is one of the highlights and its very easily accessible. For me, it felt that the food wasn't quite upto my liking. Needs improvement for the money we pay.

This is the best five star hotel in kochi. The services to the customer are very good and it was situated on NH47. They have airport service and railway station service too.
