Had conducted my sister's marriage reception there. Hospitality showed by Mr. Jain was really great. The staff also behaved well. Food was also ok. Overall it was a good experience.

We held our engagement reception at Joys palace a few weeks ago, and we are still getting compliments from our guests about the venue, the food and the service. Really pleased with the hospitality and services. I would like to thank Jain for the immense support from day one, for choosing the right menu, event planning etc. Highly recommended.

We had a great event (wedding reception) and the arrangements were all made by Joys Palace meeting COVID protocols. Very good experience with them. Thanks.

Me and my friends visited Joy's palace for a dinner at restaurant food is really excellent and choice is amazing… really thanks to Joy's team for the wonderful service we came here with the reference of our good friend jain pellissery thanks to him and all the crew members of Joy's.

Good place… good hotel in the Thrissur city.

Very bad experience.
The rooms are average, without any maintenance. The bathroom door was struck always while opening and the staff didn't cared to repair it for two days. A fat guy in the reception didn't cared about the guests and had an expression in his face that the room was offered free. The hotel can't be rated more than 3 star, wonder it is rated 5 stars.

Very bad service and food quality is really far behind. Even 3 star hotel have better service than this.

Bad service. I have waited 45minutes to meet concerned manager for booking one function. Waited at lobby nobody cared.

Thrissur's 1st Five Star Hotel with the best facilities. I just loved their fine dining restaurant & the class services they offer. Hats off the the team of Joys Palace.

Nice hotel and resort. Had been here for a conference / meeting couple of times. It's easy to reach, well visible from the main road. Place is very neat and clean, staffs are good, reception area is big so many can rest. Parking is huge. Cake shop and liquor bar is also there. It's a popular place as it's in the heart of the city and very near to bus stand and railway station.

Very premium service and facilities. Parking space is bigger so no headaches. It's near sakthan bus stand so any transportation facility is available. Rooms are luxurious and comfortable, very good room service also. It was a very good and comfortable experience I had in Joy's Palace.

Had a wonderful stay. The staff there is very friendly and have an positive attitude. It's in the heart of thrissur city near to the shakthan bus stand. The rooms were decent with good room service team.

Ample parking. Great spread at the restaurant for dinner buffet. The live appam and paniyaram counters were fab! Child-friendly — they have a play pen within the restaurant. The place is also great for an overall dining experience.

It's a good hotel. It has not met the expectation to as what a 5 star hotel must meet. But keeping that aside the food and service is great.

Best in class. Have stayed for 3days. Staff were so cooperative, although I didn't know the language. Food is good too. Easily accessible to cabs and autos.

A very good 4 star hotel in Thrisur. Clean room, lovely food, good maintenance. Got spa, gym and pool too. Real value for money. A place for family to stay and for business too.

Excellent ambience, great location, nice rooms and restaurants. Bit costly compared to other star hotels around. But yes, quality comes with a price.

Comfortable stay assured. Well maintained rooms, standard toiletries, Good AC, water pool etc. Complimentary breakfast is far more better than other hotels in thrissur. Easy to reach. Well behaved staff. Over all satisfied.

It's a nice hotel, with good rooms and halls. Ambient parking space and good view of thrissur town through the windows are also adds it's beauty. Good wooden interior design. I don't know much about the service, I just went to attend an interview there.

Except for old furniture, which require urgent make over, at the waiting lounge, the hotel is a great place to relish… I had visited this place at least 6 month back, though… The top most floors provide breath taking panoramic view of Thrissur city… I have visited this place a couple of times.

Stayed in Joys Palace for 1 night on 18th Dec. We took 4 rooms. All the rooms were ok & staff were very pleasant & helpful. The restaurant staff esp went out of the way to arrange a cake for us so that we could celebrate my mother's birthday. The staff also advised us on the type & quantity of food we ordered. Food was tasty & we had a nice celebration away from home. Thank You.

Spent a night at Joy's palace and also had breakfast. The room and bathroom was clean and we'll maintained. The food was excellent as well. Highly recommended.

An overpriced nice looking place… Went for a buffet lunch… The food is not something a true keralite would look forward to… The staff are very courteous though… Been here some 4 to 6 yrs and just recently… Absolutely nothing have changes… Its all the same…

Good hotel that offers good facilities for the business travellers and families. Control panel for central air conditioning was placed too high in the room. Drop to the train station is stated as available, but not provided, despite advance notice. Staff in restaurant are good.

It's a "Five Star" as classified. I don't know how a five hotel can have a local Bar. I didnt find this place much interesting. Can improve a lot. I have not stayed here, so can't review it's rooms.

A very neat and tidy hotel. Good rooms and ambience. Service very good. Restaurant and food really enjoyable. Hotel located near to Railway Station and Bus Stand.

Me and my daughter are just passing by on the way to airport. We arrived at 5pm all restraint closed. The chef came just for us and made pasta for my daughter. The manager opened the bar soon can have a beer. The entire bar just two of us. Great customer service.

Undoubtedly one of the best in thrissur. The attached bar is nice although service is a little slow. Not for people with budget on mind. Can spot film stars on shooting schedules.

A good place to stay with family. Neat ambience, comfortable rooms. Easy access to all locations within city. Food is good as I am not from Kerala and never felt the discomfort. Evan though there was some plumbing issues in getting hot water in bathroom, the staff took the extra pain in delivering hot water for my kids at any time we asked for and the staff are friendly. Large restaurant with so many varieties of Non veg buffet which serves Fish, chicken and beef. Collection of desserts, varieties of dishes. Live counter will give freshly prepared delicacies.

Attend a conference there.! Hall amazing with atmosphere n buffet were marked good! Service upto good.! Furnished well.

Never Again! One of the worst hotels I have ever visited in my life, wondering how this hotel falls under 5 star category!. Not even one dish we ordered was edible… Either it was flavorless or the taste was overpowering due to excess amount of spices. We strongly anticipate a chance of food poisoning as the food served was cold although they took about 30-40mins to prepare. Beware, kindly stay away from this place. Disappointed!

Good for a day or two. Beyond that house keeping is poor, water seepage and water dripping in rooms and hallways, no proper lightings in rooms, delayed response, etc. U have to call few times before u get a reply. No consideration and not worthy of five star.

It's good to see such a great hotel in my home town. Kudos to Joy N. We been there couple of times. Last weekend we went there for birthday party (buffet dinner) and truthfully great place. You cannot cover up everything on the menu. Items were yummy and tasty and experienced the north east hospitality which you don't expect from mallus. And met joy sir the owner of Joyce. My dad in law has played a key role in construction of this marvellous in thrissur.

The most sought after stay in Trichur. Easily accessible. Quite and calm atmosphere. In the middle of the city, but gives a feeling of much away from the buzzing city. Properly maintained and spacious rooms. Well behaved staffs. Good service. All ingredients put together, promises a great stay.

First staff said half rate for children, but they took 300. Its not fair. A leiniant view should taken for children, if they come, a family come. Pls refresh the setting of buffet hall.

A great place to indulge ourselves, well appointed luxurious rooms with affluent services… best place indeed.

Though the ambiance and interior of the hotel is good. The food and attitude of the staff is not that welcoming. I used to go there often, but on last month, they have manipulated the bill which was highly unethical from a hotel with such reputation. And I never gone there ever since, or ever will, I would trust street vendor's and hawkers than trusting them again. Food is average. (I was shocked to see, the trainees of frankfinn institute can lower their self to such a level… shame on them)
