Rooms were well maintained and service was very good. For complementary breakfast ensure to go within 9.00am.

No complimentary break fast. Car parking waste. Money oriented people. No services Each time we need to call receptionist for each thing like TV remote. Room stincking Ac issue no remote Please donot waste money stay in good hotel.

Hotel has good atmosphere and the hospitality is equivalent to the star hotel. Service are at the best. The best residency in the heart of thalassery.

Ridiculously expensive for a hotel which provides only basic accommodation. The faucets were broken in the bathroom & the rooms were smelly. The linen & towels they provided were stained. The complimentary breakfast was procured from a roadside shop & when questioned about the quality of the food they gave vague answers. Avoid if you can.

Everything was clean n well fournished … had free toiletries which included dental kit, shaving kit, comb, soap, shampoo. Well lit. 2 cons : — the room was lil dusty and the TV remote had only single battery.

It was great stay and I like the approach of front desk and room service, well trained and professional staffs, and its comfortable to stay with family, my family really enjoyed the stay, and your buffet lunch was awesome my friends are really happy with had the lunch in your zaika — multi cuisine Restaurant.

Great accommodation. Clean comfortable room, very friendly and hospitable. If I'm in Thalassery again I would certainly have Soubhagya Residency as my first choice. And I have one small suggestion if u can try to provide the Wi-Fi service in the rooms also, Thank you.

Perfect location, Beautiful and tasteful rooms, It was a perfect spot to relax in the middle of our busy trip. The staff were first class and we enjoyed excellent meals in a lovely setting.

I loved this hotel. The staff was incredibly nice. They immediately sent helpt to our room when we didn't know how to work the TV. The food was excellent! So many things to choose from (veg and non-veg) and many desserts. The staff would always check if there was water in our glasses and bring fresh Naan. Overall an excellent experience.

Room are spacious and the quality of food is good infact better than many other hotels in same category. The staff both at reception and restaurant is very cordial and helping true to the spirit of State of Kerela. Nice place to stay but slightly expensive.
