Nice place for conducting functions. Situated close to the main road and beside the river. So it's easy to locate the place and offers a nice environment. The food and service is good.

Nalanda Resort Located on the banks of Karyangodu River in Nileshwaram. Middle of coconut palms, endless silent flowing river, and lush beauty of nature, it is a great place to relax and escape from busy city life. We stayed in cottage near river with beautiful view outside. Rooms are very spacious and neat & clean. Well maintained property. Food is very good. Breakfast options can be little better. Ample parking space available inside the resort. Swimming pool comparatively smaller.

Well maintained good resort. One of the best resort in kasargod District. The front office staffs are very helpful.

Overall the property is well maintained. Thumbs up for the location. Pool and beach are clean. Food was good. Their breakfast tasted good and had variety. Now the cons: The room was dusty. It took some time for the staff to respond and was not completely fixed eventhough they cleaned the AC filter etc. Do carry your dental kit, as thats not provided.

Prime location. There is floating restaurant. Good is good. According to the location we expect a seafood variety but that was not there. As usual location is little bit remote as usual. It's a best place for relegation. There is swimming pool and a Spa. The best attraction is the Fun time. This can be enjoyed by any age group.
