Not good for group tour, service level also poor, general manager behavior after payment is very wrong and worse. Not good for stay.

Rooms are good. Staff are very friendly and approachable attitude. Buffet only available at the restaurant. Table service also should be there.

Good room abience with decent sized balcony. View of tea estates on the west side balconies. Food however was horribly bad on room service. Breakfast was pure vegeterian. Near to the city center with dedicated car park.

Awesome hotel with good rooms. Service provided is also very good. Food quality is excellent more varieties of food items are available in breakfast and dinner and the taste is also good.

Nice clean rooms, food was average. Located in the city. Biotique toilet essentials a definite plus point as I am totally into quality herbal products. If you have a higher budget go for Blanket or any such resorts with better scenic views.

Le celestium is the best hotel in munnar. The hotel has friendly staff; quick service; clean rooms; balcony with tea estate view; offers delicious breakfast and dinner.

I booked via oyo 2 day stay here on previous week, I reach ther @ 10 pm and show my oyo booking reference id to front office, front office staff told me ther is no booking via oyo, he behave very rude manor I told I already paid the full amount and me and wife only very diffucult to find another place in night time we are too tired also, I contact many times with oyo, oyo staff talk with this staff many times, he told to every oyo staff no room thr, one hour I stay thr in front office, 11 o clock I just get inside my car and again contact oyo, they told me to again wait for 15 minutes, @ 11.30 hotel staff come near to me and told he will give room, already room vacant ther, but I need to wait thr Nearly 2 hours with my wife, they give room, in oyo thr is free parking space, hotel management told parking full no space, again I loss some time for arrangement of parking, very disappointed, we reach thr after 7 hours journey. @ vacating time again free breakfast in oyo they charge 300 rs for breakfast, then I need to argue again for that 300 discount. Nice hotel. Food is excellent. We stayed in 4th floor because of this Wi-Fi connection is too slow.

Nice rooms… No AC and fans… maybe it's not required in Munnar… but air warmer should have been there, extremely cold in winters. Hot water takes long time to come.

Not a pleasant stay as a couple. Very hostile response from the reception to us. First they tried to shift us to a nearby place. But then when we argued and tried to call Oyo for the same, they settled to give the room in Le celestium. Other than that the place is pretty good with nice breakfast and rooms. The rooms are very cozy and exactly how u need in a hill station.

I booked the hotel using the Oyo Rooms app for 3 people. We got a welcome drink when we arrived. Had to furnish an ID proof and fill out their registration form to check in. The room was small but was kept neat. Even though Oyo Rooms lists the rooms as having a geyser, it didn't have one. There is centralized hot water supply from 7.00 to 10.00, both in the morning and evening. Oyo Rooms booking mentioned that a separate mattress would be provided, but we didn't get one till 10.30pm (that to we had to remind them multiple times). The complimentary breakfast buffet was decent. The check in time is 12.00pm and check out time is 11.00am. The hotel has free Wi-Fi.

Ya Nice hotel I am one day stay with hear Near Munnar this hotel have one DJ room the room also very nice.

Good place to stay with family inside Munnar town. Good hospitality and dining.

Courteous nature of attendants especially Mr. Vel Murugan and Mr. Douglas who were really supportive. Walkable distance from Munnar Main Market: a must place to be explored for home made chocolates, Cashewnuts and local spices. Overall satisfied with a huge thumbs up.

We booked through OYO rooms. Got decent rooms. Its near to tea County. It has restaurant which serves good food.

The hotel is nearby market & Munnar bus stand. So location wise it's good. Hotel rooms are clean, restaurant food is also good.

Rooms were too good. Best option for budget rooms. One can enjoy early morning breeze from room balcony. Hot water timing is 7 to 10 but we reached around 12 but still when we asked for hot water they provided. It was nice stay.

The service is good but the hotel room which I got is not good. Room which is having a foul smell. So the overall experience is OK.

The stay at Le Celestium was below expectation. Hospitality was not at par with the other hotels in the same range. Rooms were provided at the lower ground floor which were stinking beyond anything.

We went through Oyo rooms booking service. They gave us a descent room (pics attached). Food was good. Complimentary breakfast was available. But, do bath by 8am or the water will get over after that and you will have to wait and thereby your plans delayed. They said to us the hot water will be closed by 10.30am. The temperature here is around 15 degrees Celsius. You definitely need the hot water… For the price it's ok…

Worst hotel in my trip to kerala. Bed sheets are very cold and they were not changed for a month looks like. Service is not good. Staff is very rude to customers. I never recommend this hotel for my friends and honeymoon couples.

Good and clean rooms. Good hospitality and Good tasty food. It's worth for Rs 2700 with complementary break fast.

Room was not upto mark. Complimentary breakfast good. There was a problem with television which persisted for one whole day.

Bad rooms… bad food… bad staff… worst hotel on my kerala trip.

A little away from the town but no views from the room. The walls need a fresh coat of paint. Never judge a hotel bt the pictures on the website. The food in their restaurant is good but there is no bar. The staff very courteous. They readily accepted my request to provide tea and hot water earlier than their ususal time at 7 a. M. This one is clearly for budget travellers and since it is at one end of the town you need a vehicle.
