We stayed a couple of days in Swiss County — Alpine Suite. The Mountain view from the suite was beautiful, energetic and mesmerising. They provided excellent service and the quality of the food was worth spending. Sharing some of the photos from balcony view.

It's location, the quality of services they provide and food. Staff is very polite, courteous and helpful. Recommended for stay for a night or 2.

THEY DO HAVE GREAT VIEWS Nice place to stay in munnar hills. Has got great views of the mountains and tea garden. They have great service staff. Food is excellent! I would recommend to book a stay with breakfast included. This place is small and has around 6-8 rooms in all. Only drawback is they do not have any activities to do in the evening as resort is small.

Most beautiful space with amazing view and best staff at call to serve your requirements, will definetly recommend this place.

One of the best place to stay in munnar. Still I remember the way they received us and their response. We booked a suite room based on reviews but had a little fear until we see it. The moment we got into the room we were very happy with the neatness, maintenance, view. It's more like our home and the staff starting from the gate keeper were very friendly and responsible. The food is also tasty. They helped us in site seeing at munnar. Any one can blindly opt this place.

Amazing place, thoughfully done. Top class amenities, decor and super friendly staff. The best I have stayed across continents. Fabulous food too. This will be the only place we prefer in all our Munnar visits.

Nice, cozy n clam place with less rooms. Nice views from valley point. No disturbance at all. Breakfast is good. Only issue is with food which is always in hilly areas.

Loved it. Nice view from hotel rooms. Need to improve on food little bit. Bicycles available with hotel for exploring nearby areas. Must stay hotel in Munnar.

Extraordinary restaurant services. Breakfast and dinner are very good. Serine views. Polite staff. Did not have a chance to stay at this place, but it has amazing rooms. Good amenities. Its a small place with limited rooms. But, it's very good. Enjoyed the experience.

Stayed here for 2 nights during new year. Hotel is located around 12 kms from munnar town just at the start of tea gardens. Checkin was smooth and manager Pramod made our stay comfortable. He is a very polite and nice gentlemen. He gave us complimentary buffet dinner during new year eve. Hotel has a nice rooftop restaurant. Food was ok. Entire hotel staff was ever smiling and courteous. We got Swiss regalia room located at the ground floor of the hotel which had a private sit out area. I think it's the best room in this category. Select this hotel only if you want to stay away from the town.

Every single arrangement was the best. Room service, food, view from room, manager, cab service and the best part, they have arranged Christmas Eve dinner for every guest. Awesome experience with Swiss county, hope to see this place again…

One of the best place to stay in Munnar. Only 8 rooms, best value for money and you get the best service because of limited guests. The staff there will make sure you get the best service. Look for alpine suite and that provides you enough luxury with valley facing balcony. Very well located and will be our most preferred choice in Munnar. I personally feel this is one such hotel that charges appropriately and provides quality equally. I.

Awesome place… I'll never going to forget it. Staff is too humble. Views are too pretty. Everything is perfect. Keep it on priority if you are visiting Munnar. It gets full quickly.

Excellent location and food. Super good service and staff who were enthusiastic about customer service as well as their resort. Costs are on the expensive side but worth it when it comes to views and service. Much recommended.

It's a cosy place with only seven rooms. The rooms have great views of the hills. The staff are very courteous and friendly. Being a small place, you get a lot of personal attention, which is indeed a big plus. I will be staying there on my next trip for sure.

Almost everything is best about swiss county. Let it be food, hospitality, care, service, cleanliness etc. The Alpine suite has got an amazing view from the balcony, and the facilities inside the suite too. Amazing staff, we truly never experienced this kind of hospitality anywhere before, staff at swiss county really made our trip to remember for ages… when we visit munnar again, our preferable stay will be at swiss county without doubt!

This hotel is difficult to find. Use Google maps for the hotel location. The hotel rooms offer great views and the service is excellent. But their restaurant takes more than 20 to 30 mins to serve your food. So try ordering food in advance.

Its a very tastefully built hotel with an amazing valley view to its rooms. The staff are on their toes to help you and guide you about the place. I had my grandparents with me and the security person used to kindly offer to escort him with me to the car. The food is good as well and very very reasonable priced (main course dishes just about 2 to 3 hundred bucks). I would definitely recommend it. What it requires are other facilities like pool etc. But what they have are well maintained.

Amazing place to stay at Munnar. Although the place is little expensive, the hospitality experience can not be matched by any other hotel in munnar. The plane looks and feels like a luxury private cottage. Walk down the road in the morning to a mesmerising sunrise.

Super view. Location little difficult to find. Away from the touristy hub bub of munnar. Super swiss/ swedish minimalist decor.

A beautiful hotel in a magical place)

Our experience here was absolutely amazing. First of all the views and the landscape is awesome! From the rooms you have the best views I've seen ever from a room. The room isn't a room, is an apartment. Huge room with tv, saloon room, bathroom, huge bed. They bring you food to the room if you want.

Place is nice with friendly staff but with issues with housekeeping. Found hair in the bathroom and stain in the bed, but location wise is good with good view.

Choice of Swiss County in Munnar was actually a blind shot but, a near perfect one. Nothing to complaint. Extremely personalized service and perfect hospitality. Great experience. My wife and I, both senior citizens, were there during 18-20 September, 2013. Go for the Alpine Suite if you wish to feel the space.
