I'm traveling since 10 months around the world and I have never seen such disrespectful, incomprehensible and dishonest behavior from an accommodation I have stayed in. I stayed 2 more hours after the check out in the establishment while waiting for the answer of the station of bus to know if the buses were running due to the floods and landslides in the area (check the news with the date of my post). The hotel obligated me to pay the extra 2 hours that I stayed the same price of a day (800 rupees). Why?! because, apparently, it was too late for them to clean the room… while they had twenty room empty and clean ready to welcome people (but nobody was coming because the roads were blocked). Please do not encourage this type of practice and stay at another hotel during your stay in Munnar. By the way, the ceiling in my room was mildewed, my blanket had a moisture odor and the hot water in the shower did not work.

Without any doubt this the best place to stay in munnar and safe too… its clean with good water facility, Wi-Fi, bathroom… thy wil arrange u taxi r jeep if needed… budget frndly and nice place to stay fr ladies who travel alone als… food is available seasonally restaurants are near by nd ksrtc depo is als nearby… and places r als not much far from this place…

Average good for one night stay… Don't expect a smile from anyone working here…

The guy at the reception is too grumpy and needs to be taught guest handling and little manner/ smile. Whilst the rooms are nice, place seemed little shady.

Very budget room. Even foreigner also prepare such cozy hotel. People are very helpful here. Exact at bottom of munnar hill and near to munnar tourism information center.

Small place to stay yet good service and clean room…

A ok place at the price. Rooms are small. No restaurant attached. Car parking is there but it would be on early bird gets the place.

Such a nice and comfortable place at a budget price. Staffs are helpful. Wi-Fi and hot water facilities are also available.

The place is surprisingly clean for an eight year old budget hotel. The size of the room and bathroom are comfortable enough. The added advantage is that there is a balcony to each room which is a luxury in Munnar. Bath towel is provided. Toilet soap and tissue roll are given free of cost if asked for. Blanket cover sheet is also given free if required. Only cloth hooks are provided. Requested the management to provide few cloth hangers for the better convenience of the guests.

The stay was good. Wi-Fi was good. Hot water was available 24×7. Staff was helpful. Peaceful munnar stay! loved every second of it!

This cottage offers hostel price rooms with the quality of hotel. Each room has private WC. Wi-Fi in every floor. Due the climate of Munnar is a bit damped but still a great value.

The room is very nice for the price that you have hurt that em india the limpirza is not as strong as it ever sheets used.
