Lovely Place. Like to visit again. Great view from Balcony. Food quality also reasonably good.

Nice place to stay. The view from the balcony is just perfect. The staff were pleasing.

Rooms are good but cleanliness of bathrooms shall be improved. Near the city center and have parking facility. Staff & service is excellent.

Most unfriendly staff, damn rude to their customers. You cant even ask for water to them. And its not a resort first of all its a hotel a cheap hotel, plz guys get this straight. Get to know the difference between a resort and a hotel. A 4 floored building is not called a resort. Resort is totally different. Cleanliness zero, facilities zero. Worst experience. Don't go here. A big NO NO NO.

Pros Located in the heart of the city. Well connected to all sides of Munnar and ideal if you just need a place to spend the night and freshen up for the daily sightseeing. Car parking is available and the view from the rooms is pleasant. The management was welcoming. Cons Rooms are decent at best. TV quality is also just manageable. Would not recommend this place if you are looking to enjoy the weather from your room.

Not good for family stay. Place is nice but the rooms are not clean and tiny. Sorry I won't recommend.

Nice location. Room size and balcony are good. Very bad bathroom and furnitures (including cot) very poor housekeeping. Not hygiene. Very old and bad bedsheets and towels. There is no restaurant and any other servive people. Please don't plan with this property.

Not a great view if you're looking for that. Terrace is accessible. Friendly staff. Food is on the better side of ok but there are timing.

It was a normal stay with an affordable price. Hot water is only available for few hours (morning and evening). Food was fine. Parking is available. An average hotel at munnar.

Good but we'll feel rate is more facility and location wise vary good very near walkable.

Hi. I stayed on 28 jan 2018 place is quiet good and nice to see in out side of the resort. Room viewing is not good and restaurant persons are completely irritated me. Since I cancelled food and they told me to charge in the bill like that in front of me they told and reckless way of behaving but. Issac was handled very good manner and solve the issue. Over all experience is average in that resort. Room quality and hot water facility is very poor because hot water is must in that places but they providing in timings like morning 7 to 12 and eve 7 to 10. Room quality is poor so I check out on next day and stayed in other hotel due to is bad maintenance of resort rooms and behavior of restaurant staff.

It's a nice place really enjoyed a separate balcony from. Where u can watch tea gardens. Good food, food comes late coz they don't have running kitchen they make foods after order thats good thing for me if u want dinner then it's good if u order 1 hr before.

It is a nice property with beautiful views from the terrace. Running hot water for a limited time. Also has a decent parking facility. The only drawback is that it lacks an elevator and some rooms need maintenance.

Very bad experience. Not even clean bathrooms, bedrooms. Worst service. Damp walls. Bedsheets were torn. There was no thickness of blankets even though very cold in munnar. Bad behavior of staff. Manager not available at night. Not hot food provided. I felt very cold at night. The blankets were smelly and toilets weren't well maintained. Worst experience.

Worst hotel. Beautiful from outside but when you enter the rooms… Stinking smell. Broken toilet seats and also you cannot stand a minute in the toilets. They give torn blankets and dusty bedsheets and smelly blankets. It was very cold in munnar. And they don't even give proper blankets. When asked for them they start quarreling with us. Poor service and bad staff. Fell ill.

When we entered the rooms we were about to fell down because of the stinking smell. First day, the bed sheets were very dirty and blanket were very thin and torn. Stinking smell in the bathrooms. Not a 3-STAR. It is even not 1-star. Even though the location is beautiful but hotel is worst. It was very cold Munnar and when asked for extra blankets… They start fighting. Worst staff. Manager not available at night. We asked the room boy to smell the toilet. He couldn't even stand there. Very bad experience.

Nice spacious hotel but the service is below average and for dinner it's the worst because they only got a few cooks, so you have to starve to death if you are going in groups.

Great location. Not maintained properly. Hot water time from 6am to 10am but doesn't supply before 7am. Bed smells musty, blankets smelly. Wi-Fi poor.

Rooms had good tea garden and mountain views. Could have been cleaner.

The hotel is nice. Calm and safe. Views of Munnar are not that good from rooms. The staff are nice. They called us to remind about our few things forgotten in room. Small TV, that too dysfunctional remote can be updated. Otherwise it's good. Food, we didn't taste. So no comments.

I have booked a room in this hotel under its name "Super Deluxe Room". The three bed room super deluxe room is totally a simply an ugly room, Blanket & curtain are dirty, a small CRT TV is placed instead of flat screen TV as claimed. Bathroom is dirty, no proper drainage system. More over no cancellation policy prevails. They refused me to cancel the booked room and simply refused to pay money back to me. However they claimed 100% money back against the cancellation. The hotel is not showing any hospitality instead showing hostility. Room service isvery poor. Dinining is very poor. Total waste of money. I advised not to book room in this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful. Food is delicious. Hotel staff is so nice and filled with full hospitality. Munnar place is really heaven on earth…

Poopada Resort had given us a homely atmosphere while I stayed there for 2 days. Now I recommending my friends when u go Munnar stay at poopada. My 5 friends with family stayed there on last month and all of them were satisfied.

Very good hotel and has good WI-FI.
