Landmarks in a most amazing location at the lush green sale of Munnar and almost 10 kilometres to Munnar Town when you come from Kochi. Nice stay, food and homely services makes me happy to recommend this place for you!

Went along with my whole family, around 20 families. Good staff, great stay and great food. Rooms were nice but kinda feels old. Overall great place to stay when passing by that area.

It's a good place little outside Munnar around 12 km but the way to reach location is great. Good view from top floor rooms. Room which are ground floor doesn't have that great view.

Good stay for honeymoon. Tree house is awesome but becareful with insects and night creatures.

The rooms are comfortable with a beautiful view of munnar scenery. The food is decent but the breafast is exceptionally delicious. The staff is also cooperative.

Hotel is not easily locatable and accessible by road. Hotel room is not clean and well maintained. House keeping is not good. Overall It does not look as great as projected in pictures online.

The hotel is located nearly 10 km outside of Munnar, so if you look outside the balcony of your room, you will see beautiful scenery but not tea gardens. The rooms (mine was a deluxe room) are average and the same applies to the most expensive tree huts. The worst part for me was the mattresses, which was a lethal combination of coir and spring (if you love this combination then its fine otherwise it could ruin your night sleep) If you are staying in the hotel try to get the rooms on the ground level (the rooms below that don't have the view of the whole valley). The hotel staff was good and co-operative and the food is their USP (which is the best part of our stay). The hotel also has an Ayurvedic massage center. Overall a nice place and a mix of experiences.

We got a tree house and it was very spacious. Restaurant serves decent food in a reasonable price. The resort offers honeymoon suits. Good hospitality. Quick services. View from the room was amazing.

Their tree houses are awesome. Visit this place during winters and you will love it.

First impression is last impression, and I have got a bad impression from the staff. Room was good, bathroom have bathtub, gyzer and the environment was good, spider webs found in room and balcony, welcome drink was mentioned but didn't got it as we checked in by 1 pm direct from airport it could have make us feel better, for soap we did arguments with receptionist and purchased from market after that, food was very delicious but being a couple who are on their honeymoon buffet was not appropriate for us, buffet was combined veg and non veg, so we left the candle light dinner on second day. From our overall experience we will give it 3 stars.

Nice place with spacious rooms. Far from the Munnar City. Restaurant Buffet is limited and the taste is not great. Also its only lukewarm here where instead hot fresh food is expected. Malabar fish curry is good though.

Staff could not do enough to help us, carried our bags into the rooms and were very helpful with meals. Rooms have a lounge and bedroom separately, both which deadbolt. Fans in each room. Cold water in shower in the morning but it was hot the night before. Lovely area, beautoful views. Night meal was delicious as was breakfast. Rooms a little run down but not terrible. We loved our stay here, it was lovely.

The place is good. But the facilities are not ok. Rooms were not cleaned properly and fresh bath towels were not provided. Food in the restaurant is expensive with less quantity. We can not open the door at night to enjoy the climate because of flies. We should take our own risk to choose tree house over here because there is a risk of monkeys coming in. There is a Ayurveda massage center here which is very expensive. Over all a not so good to stay and spend for food and massages.

Awesome place to stay in munnar… A bit far from town but the rooms are very clean and spacious and facilities are good. The staff is very kind and helpful. Would stay again on my next visit.

Did not like this place. Stayed for a night. They showed us a nice room, and then put us in moulded, dirty room. The sheets weren't very clean. Felt a bit ripped off and cheated for the price we paid. The restaurant was average, not really traditional. The only good thing about the place was the view.

The hotel is not worth. Just there to loot people. Food quality is not at all worth the rates. The half litre pepsi was charged for INR 70/ — & on asking the manager about the same he said it was tax and on asking him to explain the tax he said need to speak to the owner. They think we r fools. The rooms not well maintained and its way out of of Munnar town so just avoid it in everyway. Pathetic.

Worst hotel in munnar. What this hotel people showing rooms in online. Its not Upto the expectations even food also. We take food at outside the hotel that's better than this hotel. Totally my experience is I'll never suggest this hotel for my friends. I'm not satisfied with their service Bekar hotel.

The worst resort in munnar, don't book from make my trip they will provide cheap rooms with high prices, individual booking is best… the palace is not much pleasant, only food is some what good.

Good location but in munnar you will find any hotel and location is always good. Avg stay. Staff was courteous. Food had no taste at all. Tree housea were a place to live in if wanna stay in this hotel. Tree house and outside view from it. Tree house is cooler than rest of the rooms. No need to even switch on the fan. They provide running hot water, mosquito net around bed, soaps and moisturises etc and other basic stuff.

I had my stay in the tree house this resort in Munnar. Very good peaceful place. And tree house is also very good. This is my first stay in tree house so I enjoyed it. Food was good, dinner had only a buffet option which was suiting to my kind of food. Breakfast is good with good Kerala dishes and other south indian varieties.

It was a wonderful experience, staying at the resort. Beautiful ambience, helpful and efficient staff and the awesome location is add on to the place, will surely like to visit again.

Rooms ok but not like show in web site, we from tamilnadu food very expensive no worth.

Nice place. I got the room for 1700. The restaurant staff is little messy. Denied me pickle. Otherwise, other staff were very good. Rooms are nice and clean. The upper floor rooms have very nice balcony and view. Inclusion breakfast is not exciting. You will get two choices only. No lifts. Or play area. Only carrom is there.

Daily cleaning of rooms were not done. Towels provided were torn… And rude behavior by staff… totally horrible. I'm happy that we had our food outside… orelse that would have also been a nightmare.

It is really pleasant. Spacious rooms, Perfect view from the rooms. Service is excellent. The way they received the guests, serving the guests at the dining and in all the ways it is perfect. We loved it.

I would say its a best resort in munnar. Yes its little bit far from main city but surrounding is awesome. Staff is very polite and they help in evening. Food is bit costly but when we compare with other restaurant then this is cheaper than others and food was good. Overall I stayed for 2 nights here and it was awesome. Definitely I will visit again. Very bad waste of money. Thy don't change bed sheets, not providing towels, I askd thm an extra pillow for 10 times thy didn't. Kitchen manager were very rude person. Overall I don't suggest to stay in green tree munnar.
