Us having fun! The presentation of their food, was as pretty as the great taste of their food. The owners Son, recommended a garlic chicken dish that… was super yummy. Great decor and super clean! I recommended highly!

Best hotel for the price they offered. The stay was great and I would definitely go back to this same hotel. The location is perfect, on the top of top station road. The view one gets during the morning is just perfect, and the service was all up to the mark. The staff is very courteous and welcoming. The food was very nice and the buffet breakfast is the best.

The name justifies itself. There are garden facing rooms as well as ones that face the valley below. Rooms are well maintained and the staff is accomadtative. The hotel has a variety of cuisines to offer and the taste is equally good. Had a pleasant experience and a relaxing 2 days. Another pro, it's quiet near to the city centre and has a wonderful tea estate just besides it. Only downside is parking space. You have to be there early in the evening if you want a parking space for the night. But overall I'll rate my experience as 4 stars.

Good staff and resort is nice. View is good because its a hill top resort. Choose your room wisely because u should not miss hill top view from here. Also in case you want to ride a bike ask to staff they will help you.

I stayed in 'Garden View Cottage' room. It was a very big room and my stay was really amazing. Staff was so good, whatever changes I asked them for my candle light dinner they did it with a smile on their face, they helped in each and everything and made my stay so beautiful. Room was very big and with a garden and hills view. This place is not in the mid of the city but easily reachable, would recommend it to everyone but if you are coming here then enjoy the experiemce of staying in 'Garden View Cottage' room.

Located near the city center. Good and spacious rooms. Great service. Excellent front office staff, ready to help round the clock. Restaurent serves good food. Over all good best experience. Kudos.

Rooms are named Executive and website says we offer tea/coffee maker, mini bar and good view rooms. But, these facilities are not found in many rooms. Worst is that many Executive rooms do not have even fans. Informed to prime person that rooms are just standard rooms and website saying Executive rooms is misleading. He said website correction is not in his hands. For issues raised as stated in first para, he uttered not a single word. Rest everything is very good and I recommend to stay in this hotel subject to obtaining above clarification before booking.

Best service with delicious breakfast… ultimate staff… we lost our gold earring… but staff helped us in finding. Actually we lost our hope. But they tried and found it. Thanks to them.

Quality food but the view room on a wall… While the scenery is very beautiful. Very hard bedding and quite noisy hotel but it is the weekend can be quieter the week. Cleanliness very correct.

Hotel is at very Good location on top station road at Munnar, need to take Rs50 Auto from Munnar last bus stand. Hotel room has no A. C. No 24 hrs Hot Water, food is average, Buffet has limited food items. Very few rooms have sight seen otherwise inside rooms. Our first day room was very small and not up to the mark, but next day shifted to front room. Hotel Cab service is good. Driver was very awesome, helped us at every point made our Trip awesome. Hotel need to fix power supply socket as charger is not getting fix properly.

A mid range hotel with fairly ok view. Rooms are quite small. Ok for over night stay…

The view is great, the ambiance is also nice. They serve some delicious menus in the town. The only issue with rooms is, it's got less ventilation. Due to which rooms smell bad. Also the management should look into the drainage system, the bathroom stinks. Other than that, everything is great.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable but the toilets had a pungent smell. Needs to be scrubbed down to clear away the smell. The receptionists speak English and were very helpful. They were friendly and helpful to also help us arrange a taxi to Top Station. Location was good too as it is near to town.

The hotel is situated in a superb lush green location. The price paid was justified as we got a room which gave a great view of the greenery. The rooms are spacious. Only drawback is that it did not have lifts to reach 2nd floor. Old age people/parents may find difficult to take the rooms on 1st floor. Ours was first floor. Ideal for family and couples. There is a garden of blooming flowers of the season just in front of the hotel entrance which makes the facade look great. Food is also great and value for money with adequate quantity.

Ideally located on the scenic top — station road, this hotel has got rooms overlooking the beautiful Munnar hills. But you have to specifically ask for the rooms with balcony. No AC, no fan in the executive rooms. They do not recharge their TV channel subscription either. If u wish to just idle about, then book their rooms with balcony. Hot water is not available 24 hrs. Food was not great.

Fantastic resorts at the best location in Munnar. Amazing view from the resorts. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staffs are extremely courteous and always eager to help. Enjoyed memorable holiday there.
