Scam masters! do not trust a single word from club 9. Bunch of FRAUDS sitting in their Noida sales office: Mr. Sachin Sharma, Mr. Utkarsh Sharma, Mr. Chaudhary. … I bought a package from Club 9 Holidays in Sept, 2017 to be used in Oct, where their sales team told me that an 'assured' Nikon DSLR camera would be given along with the holiday package of Rs. 11, 200/-. Even after multiple questions on it, the sales executive reassured that assured gift (Nikon camera) would be sent out in next 4 days. However, to my sorrow, that did not happen. Even after following up with their team multiple times on emails and calls, NO ONE owned up the responsibility to the lie which was spoken at the time of selling the package. I insisted that my amount should be refunded as I was no longer interested to take any services as Club 9 representative lied and were not ready to honor their commitment. Mr. Chaudhary even accepted that he was aware that Mr. Sachin Sharma had told lies but just kept saying that I should use the holiday package and the amount cannot be refunded! Important to note that while selling the package, I was told that if I do not like the package the amount will be refunded. Shamelessly they have been telling to use the voucher and not ready to do anything about the ownership of the lies that their sales team has given out. I am left high and dry with no option and left at the mercy of these frauds.
