An amazing stay. Thank You Ally Zafar and staff for making our stay and an awesome one. It was certainly our home away from home.

Park Residency is a peaceful place to have both parties and events. You can choose Park Residency for dinner or lunch also. Park Residency is situated in Ramanattukara, on Calicut airport road, Calicut district.

Nice restaurant with confernce hall. Nice food too…

A lively stay while in Kozhikode, professional staffers, prompt service, maintained hygiene, good restaurant, breakfast, all is well here.

I think its the best residency in koyilandy. Its on the side of national highway. Easily accessible (5 minutes) from bus stand, railway station, etc. Many ATM s are available nearby.

Room was good, they were not even ready to serve chappathi in the night hours. Not that good compared to other hotels in that range. Bar have only local brands of liquor nothing that can take you to the best.

It's a good hotel in Koyilandy, the hotel is in the side of national highway and 5 minutes travel from there railway station. The room was very neat and clean and discuss as well. The rooms are maintained well and will get a good feeling when step into the room. Also the bathroom was spacious and neat. They don't serve boffay for breakfast and only limited options available for food even for breakfast and when you order for room service.

The worst place to stay for the price I'm paying. The worst customer experience I got. Rooms are badly maintained with door locks and all falling off.

Easily accessible from National highway 213. Palakkad — Calicut Road. Bar available. OYO rooms available. AC and Non AC rooms, Family Restaurant. Calicut International Airport — 10 Km far.

Location is great (for travellers driving through NH), just near to NH. Rooms are also good for the price offered. Complimentary breakfast also fine. Good parking space.

This is a great place to stay at affordable rates. It's has a multi cuisine rest restaurant and two bars with parking facility. It's is easily accessible by and located near Koyilandy Railway Station.

Only been to the AC Bar of the residency, which was a bit crowded and filled with local people around and was not Spacey enough to accommodate all and give an ambiance.

We were blessed to be on the highway to kochi back from kannur to having seen this place. It was lunch time and as one would choose, we chose to have the biriyani they had. We were served with the worlds worst biriyani. Wow. Never again will I visit any of the park hotels for food. Terrible would be least to say. I am writing this review the next day I visited this place and the smell of dalda hasn’t left me. Arghhhh… thumbs down.

On the way to Kochi We had lunch break hear, food was good but with limited options. AC restaurant with ample parking space.

Near ramanattukara bypass junction, rooms are pretty good, food dishes are tasty especially beef fry.

Average hotel in Koyilandi… I think they are focussing more on their bar… I visited the place for a breakfast and the options seemed very poor. But the behaviour of the staff is very good and the place is overall average clean. I visited with my family.

Great hotel near Kozhikode town. Nice clean rooms, great local food and a nice bar too. We stayed here for proximity to the airport. The reception and service was quick and efficient.

Good and clam place. But no water in River now. Good for Monsoon season.

20 minutes on a good day from the airport. Very clean rooms. We booked 2 double bed rooms and were given 2 adjacent rooms on the 3rd floor. Very spacious rooms. Beds were comfortable and the A/C was nice and cold — adjustable of course. Nice spacious bathroom with good pressure in the faucets and shower. Hot water was plenty hot. Small elevator required 2 trips for 3 people and small bags. The bell boy got the bags for us and turned on the A/C and the TV. The included breakfast had omelettes, bread, dosa, idly, upma, cornflakes, and some more local food. Tea and coffee on request. More than adequate food choices. The staff was friendly and billing the next day was quick. Docked a star because sound proofing is not great. I could hear traffic and kids crying from other rooms and someone talking in another room. But I was tired and feel asleep in minutes.

Just off the highway with ample parking. The food we ordered was cold by the time we got it, but tasty.

It's located on the highway in koilandy town. We were there on New year's Eve. The rooms were clean. I am not sure if it was due to the holiday rush. We were not provided towels. We were 5 guests in 2 rooms. They only provided a single towel for both rooms combined. The bar was also sub par. Or order was delivered to someone else.

Nice hotel with a big parking area. Rooms are neat. Toilets clean. NH side. For vegetarians there is a hotel nearby 10 min walk at bus stand, the hotel also serves veg food.

A nice cozy place to stay the night and also the bar attached provides a nice ambience to have a few beers with friends and socialize, the rooms are affordable and neat and tidy and the staff are also friendly and welcoming.

Fair rate and good rooms with bar.

Overpriced hotel and not too clean. Will not suggest if you are with family, since a bar is in front, and there will be much crowd in the evening. Hospitality is poor, hence I give 2 star.

New Restaurant and lodging, affordable rates and good servieces.

Very disappointed. Stayed in the suite room. Arrogant receptionist. AC remote doesn't work. No toothpaste. On request they replaced it with another empty toothpaste. Customer service is disappointing. Bathroom is not clean. Rooms were dusty. Bathroom tiles cheap and slippery. The room also had a damp smell. Furniture was also dusty. Very poor customer service. Not a value for the money you spend. Especially Suit Rooms. Very narrow rooms and bath space. Bathroom tiles are normal floor tiles which makes it slippy. We checked out at 10am and asked to wait till 11am to collect our Bills since there GM was not there!

Rooms are neat and clean. Good customer support. Easy access.

This is for the restaurant only: decent place to grab some food between Koyilandi and Vadakara. There are not many good clean restaurants in this stretch of road except this one.

It's a clean premises and hotel just near the beginning of the Kozhikode bypass. Great location for travellers. The room was an executive room with a view onto an overgrown adjacent plot… Plenty of green to see. The room was reasonably clean, and well maintained, the fixtures worked perfectly. The intercom was not working though, which I realised only at the time of check out. All the staff were courteous.

Average food, not so expensive.

A good hotel/ restaurant in the outskirts of Calicut city. About 13kms away from City.

We stopped here for a short meal on our way to the Kozhikode Airport. Facilities are reasonably clean and the staff was friendly. The food was quite good although we got a fish curry that wasn't the freshest. The other dishes were very good. Plenty of parking and very good access from the main road. Good pit stop for those like Is who were catching the afternoon flight out of Calicut.

Actually this is in Koyilandy on the way to Vadakara. Very clean place to stop over and good food.

Absolute waste of money. I wouldn't go back there even if they offered the room for free. I was booked for 4 days but could barely stay there for one night and that too because I reached the hotel at 12 in the night. They gave us a room but the electricity wasn't working. There was only one person at the reception and he was incharge of everything from house keeping to room service. He was able to turn electricity back on only after an hour and that too when I started shooting after he had said that I should "manage" this one night without electricity! The bedding was not clean and smelled. The rooms and walls had paint that was crumbling. In the buffet breakfast I asked for an omelette and the guy reacted as if I had asked for a gold coin. He refused to serve.

Right on the road with lots of vehicles, hard to get a peaceful sleep. Although the staff is very courteous, we were woken up by adjacent room door slamming by the housekeeping staff. Unclean towels and utensils.

A Three star hotel good service and suitable for small, big functions, get togethers and business meetings.

The food is very bad and the time taken is very high.
