Very stinky rooms, rude staff and electricity problem. Simply horrible.

Good one maintained view.

We spent one day, nice, well maintained. No Wi-Fi available, hot water not get in night. Otherwise OK.

Location is good but maintenance is very average.

Nice place to stay and see around and it's also near kaovalam beach so you get a good view from there.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Have great swimming pool. But Service is not good. Like if you get the room which is far down from reception, they won't provide services properly. And yes there's no lift also.

Discreet resort good prices but you have to settle. Very nice swimming pool with sea view definitely the strong point of this … and the local cuisine, discreet no international dishes. To improve the general maintenance. Clean discreet… very quiet, surrounded by greenery.

Very appealing and huge property. It's very close to the beach and the facilities provided in the open area near beach area is good. Also an isolated area of beach for occupants is available. The meeting hall is well managed and organized. Food quality is good and local food types are organized at special menu. The hospitality can be improved.

Good hotel close to Kovalam beach. Was better than I expected. Friendly staff. Food was good and room service was available. Ample parking space Walkable distance from the beach as well as the lighthouse. TRAVELER TIP: The room on the top floor is the best ;). See pics below:

Awsome hotel to stay because of the location but need some renewvation on this hotel for more better convenience.

Not a good hotel… Rooms suck to be honest… And so many lizards and the faucets have literally no water flow it was not a good experience. Avoid it if you can…

Pros: Nice ambience! Good staff! Has a pool. Walkable distance from beach and lighthouse. Food quality of restaurant is good. Cons: Rooms not that well maintained! Food available only on fixed time of the day.

Umm what should I say … It is close to the beach but not much close coz returning from there I practically died, the room which me and my family got was practically nice but with so much of faults we had to call the room service again and again but over all it was a fine experience…

View from back side is awesome. And beaches are very near to this hotel.

We spent 4 nights 5 days at this resort and we loved it. Well maintained, friendly staff who are very helpful, lovely view of the ocean, sparkling pool. If you going to kovalam I suggest stay here. Keep it up team park International.

Good budget hotel to stay near Kovalam light house beach with swimming pool.

It's a good resort, swimming pools, air conditioned rooms good scenery are the highlights of this resort.

They should remove "international" from behind. No drinking water and if present it is very hot Not proper room service.

It's very worst place ever. No room service available. Rooms are very dirty. Bed sheets are teared. As well as towels also teared. Rooms doorlocks are not proper. Washrooms are very uncleaned. Food is also tasteless. Lighthouse also not seen from this area. Please do not recommend this hotel.

An average place with sincere staff as there is only one. However the food is bad, the pool dirty and the rooms okay if you have only the night to spend. Only plus point is that it is close by to the light house beach and the view from pool side is phenomenal.

I am doing tour package. Also refer this resort for groups and honeymoon couples. Maintaining this property very well.
