We had an amazing experience at hotel Excalibar. From our Kerala experience, including jasmine flowers and fresh coconut water, we felt like this was a five-star luxury experience. There is no other hotel that made us feel like we were the king and queen from start to finish. The food was good, the staff was great, and we felt like this was a great Kerala welcome! The room was clean, including the bathroom. The cocktail bar was great for both men and women, and included a special drink which included Gooseberry which tasted amazing! A must-try! Hotel Excalibur will exceed your expectations.

The place is easily accessible as it is situated at the main roadside. The rooms are worth the money and the service of the staff was good.

Located at MC Road and having ample space for parking is one of the major attractions. Nice ambience and good (but not exceptional) service. Suitable for evening get together at restaurant.

One of the main Hotel and restaurant in Kottayam district with affordable price. The hotel is placed on the side of M. C road which is a major in Kerala. Excalibur also provides the space for conducting our gathering programs.

Overall it’s good. The service could have been better. Food is about average.

Located right on MC road, ample parking space, neat well maintained hotel, went there for a professional event, ambience is what is expected of a 3 star hotel. But Food was just average. Cannot comment on the rooms. Hotel is recommended on tripadvisor. Co. Uk.

Super Hotel with standard facilities, @ reasonable rate, BAR is also good.

The A/C banquet hall is good and well maintained, but their parking area is not sufficient. The food is also just average.

Very good hotel to stay with friends. Food was ok. Liquor club is on 1st floor. So can enjoy with friends here.

A decent place to stay. Average rooms. It's a little outside the city. Restaurant is just average.

The studio apartments are really good, and those rooms are new and I think good to host a big family at a place.

Nice… good hotel… nice service… parking facility for more vehicles is not comfortable… but all over other facilities nice and comfortable.

Please, nobody should go to excalibur. We had a baptism yesterday and their food was really bad. Many of our guests had health problems. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Their staff and their manager were misbehaving. We really hated it.

I’m very sorry to say that this hotel staff and food is very very pathetic. More than 100 people attended a function and the food made each and everyone sick. We went and asked the staff on what happened with the food and they have no idea on what they have done. We paid a lot of money and this was the end result. I will never ever recommend this hotel for anyone who wish to conduct an event there. Thank you.

One of the best budget hotel in the town. Easily accessible by car or bus, main road side.

This hotel has a good restaurant with ample parking space. It is easily visible from the main road. It is near to Matha hospital on MC Road. They have all Buffet menu and is good. The food is a bit expensive but worth the price. Nice to have a near premium hotel in this area.

Happen to attend a colloquium/seminar here. Easy to reach. Facilities/staff are excellent. Lift is also available. Overall Best.

Restaurant not good, dont know about the rooms. Food is below average esp. Lamb/mutton was very hard to chew. Rate is not too high, but again compared to the taste and quality its not worth, there are better restaurants nearby e. G Arcadia.

The hotel claims to have a health center. Which is not a regular gym. It is an outsourced massage parlour.

They have good seminar halls and auditorium s which can hold around 100+ employees @ a time. The price is also reasonable.

Really underserving of the standard of four star they have got, on my check in there was only one person who was bell boy, front office assistant, and usher. In house dining choice is not as offered. The choice is just non existent. So just stay away.

I love this hotel. One of the best Budget hotel in the town. The food is out of this world too. Beautiful rooms and exceptional service. I stayed 2 nights and cannot wait to go again. Great for any occasion and for business or pleasure.

Good ambiance in the executive bar. Not very crowded. So best place to sip few beers and talk. But service quality have to be improved drastically. Never match that of an executive bar. Property found to be pretty neat.

It is a very fab hotel and the rooms is good the staff have a great response and the facilities are awesome. And the prices are also affordable. So all should live in these hotel.
