Awesome resort, the staffs working here are very friendly to the guests. Top class hospitality provided by highly skilled managerial staffs of the resort. Free breakfast for guests. The place is cool with full of trees such as rubber trees, etc. Exotic flowers are also grown here. A very good location for travellers who are interested in visiting the palaruvi falls at Kerala. This place is great for tourists for accommodation.

Room Attendant Prob has been rectified. Clean & Safe. Good Care for Residents. Traditional Kerala & Tamil Nadu Foods. The river (by the side) suited well for enjoying a bath but not for fishing yet both were amusing.

It's a wow place. Very few cottages built next to river. Cool and calm place. Best place to recharge our senses. It's off kollam highway next to Thenmala nature park. Typical Kerala hot and tasty food options available.

The resort is located at a beautiful place with a small canal going behind it. The owner was very friendly. I went with my family and we have taken 2 rooms. It has very good privacy. Food is made by the cook in the resort itself. They can converse in both Tamil and Malayalam But when it comes to other facilities, since it is on a hill, there are no petrol pumps within 10 km. And there are only 2 ATMs within 10 Km. So it is suggested to visit the place with sufficient fuel and cash in hand Overall it was a nice experience.

Last week I and my family visited thenmala and we stayed in kandamath heritage resort. It 's a nice place and safe for families to stay as compared to other resorts… the rooms are nice and the customer service is very good. There is a mini park for the children. Rooms are neat and is worth the money. It's best among the available resorts in thenmala.

Last week, I visited thenmala, Thenmala is a evergreen forest. One day is not enought to see the beauty of thenmala, so we decided to stay in Kandamath Heritage Resort. We decided this resort because of the nice ambience. It was a nice place to stay. The customer service, the view all are extremely good. During this scorching heat, most of the lakes, rivers in kerala are drying up but the river in the resort had not dried and continues its journey. All the staff in this resort were nice to us and the food here was tasty. Totally, Our journey was a pleasent one.

Rooms are nice and the lake is awesome. We use to take bath there and it was a refreshing experience.

I stayed in this resort for one day. The view is really good as the resort villas are located next to the lake. The Villas are neat and tidy and is worth the money. However, I am totally disappointed with the customer service. There is only one person in-charge for everything. He is the care taker, cook and everything. But this person treats the guests as if we are staying for free. He gives priority only to customers from Kerala. We can clearly see the difference in the way he treats Kerala guests and other customers. Further this guy is also a cheater. The website says breakfast is complementary but after having the breakfast he charged Rs 350 and was demanding money. When I said the breakfast is complementary, he started arguing with us and then I called the owner to sorted out the issue. I will give four stars for the stay and view and zero for customer service. If you are preferring this hotel be careful with the cook as he is very cunning, money minded and could do anything to upset your stay. If the management is reading this post, please take care of this issue to provide better customer experience and satisfaction.
