Very good hotel. Description of room online is misleading: double check that. Else very good service.

Neat and hygienic with all the necessary amenities. Taps in Bathroom are not maintained properly though.

Rooms are good, very limited parking facility, in house resturant only provides breakfast, no lunch or dinner facility including room service.

But they charge more for booking cabs, just for 25 kms they are charging 1000rs to reach trissur, uber or ola needs to be there to overcome these issues.

Highly unprofessional staff for housekeeping and also at the restaurant. Treatment of the guests have deteriorated over the past few months. Complimentary breakfast committed was substandard.

It's a ok hotel, suitable for people who comes to visit temple. Since the hotel is in the centre too much noisy and light from moving vehicles, near by shops through out day and night. We had tough time to take rest or getting a sound sleep.

3 star hotel not at all. Reception told me restaurant open till 1030 pm. I go at 10 pm everything is closed. They say pest control. Not felt like having breakfast in the morning because of pest control. Room tea pot plug point not working. Mobile could be charged only after getting a socket. Water was not draining out in the wash basin.

A good hotel mainly for the people visiting Guruvayur temple. As it very nearby. There is ample space for parking. The complimentary breakfast was ok with sufficient variety and the taste was good. Cleanliness overall was good. The air-conditioning were all very old and had problems with thermostat adjustments. Otherwise everything was fine.

Had a nice time there a while ago. They arranged a special occasion for us. A small gathering. The food ordered were meals and chicken biriyani. The biriyani was out of this world. The meals was good too. I would visit just for the biriyani though. The attitude was good and it was enjoyable.

We booked for marriage few months back, but due to unavoidable circumstances it got cancelled, though we informed one month before regarding cancellation, this people located very near to gods place, not even bother to refund our money, even though we requested to refund 50 percentage, I don’t feel anything great with this hotel stay and it’s service, all lethargic and spineless employees. Worst experience here, though I exposed to different hotels all over India. I rate this hotel as zero star.

Ideally located to visit Guruvayur Temple a few minutes walk. Functionally decent rooms to stay. No hot water from Geyser.

Located very near to the temple. Clean and neat rooms. Well maintained. Nothing messy or nothing specific to complain about. Had generally a good feeling when staying there. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Food options are less here. That may be improved. Being this close to the temple, they can arrange for a temple visit / guided tour of sorts that will be really helpful and they can package it.

We took a room today at MayuraRegency. Very Very bad service. They had not even denied food to us saying we are 5 minutes late. The staff insulted us badly. Think twice before booking this hotel. We took room at 5pm in October 1st. We were forced to vacate the room because of the insult by the restaurant manager and staff Nikhil. In fact we were on on time in the hotel before 10.30. Due to the ego of the restaurant manager we had this very bad experience. Never think of this hotel who want to book form family. They have no respect for ladies also. Moreover they have only one staff for the whole hotel to take care all guests. Was a very bad choice to book a room in this hotel. Highly expensive with very bad service and very impolite and rude staffs. Was very uncomfortable for us in the very short hours of our stay. So better look for other good hotel near to the Temple. They said they have no review book for guest. So I could not convey my complaints to the owner or hotel manager. Any way the goodwill if any in the past is at stake with the staff of the hotel. The is no gate or fence in front of the hotel. So no security of parking.

This is a 3 star hotel which has seen better days. Lack of patrons and periodic maintenance has given it a dated look and feel. First day water was greenish and hot water was lukewarm at best, but then it is Kerala so no real need for hot water. Staff was cordial and helpful.

Wonderful hotel available near Guruvayur temple. Best rooms, best service. Staffs are very friendly and jovial. Breakfast is simply superb. Only problem faced in shower. Rest all good.

For our first night in India we chose by default. Well we took: beautiful lobby, friendly staff, spacious room with A/C and tray and bathroom clean for a reasonable price after negotiation with management, including breakfast.
Excellent meal but room a bit dark. Very good buffet breakfast in a bright room.

We stayed for one night and very happy with our stay. The location is very convenient place in Guruvayur. Excellent service and very courteous staff. They also guided us to enable us to get good Darshan.

I thought of booking a room. But after vewing reviews, I changed my mind.

I am myself into the business of travelling and know perhaps all standard hotel policy and procedures. This hotel and their manager is unethical and in crude language Cheaters. They charge for Dinner with confirming on the mail as the same being buffet/fixed meal however they provide only Rs 200 meal credit to our clients and on arguing about the confirmation over the mail, they simply refuse to acknowledge it. Also they charged my clients further Rs 500 as driver accommodation charges for 01night, the same was neither asked by the driver or client perhaps this is their mandatory charges which again is never mentioned during the booking. Please beware and avoid booking here.

Very spacious atrium. Good restaurant. Great to conduct family gathering.
