Amazing hotel. I can't forget those days I spent in this hotel. Hotel is located near the back water and they gave us a complementary boat ride. The room services were excellent. And the kitchen is awesome. You get food from local cuisine to continental and it is a live kitchen. The only problem we faced was with the RFID room keys. Sometimes they do not detect and we had to call the room service to get a new one.

Best homely hotel in Kochi. Well mantained big rooms overlooking vast garden or backwater. Best quality and variety of food I the two restaurants at very reasonable price. Ample space to walk or swim or take boat. Ride. Staff are top notch. Highly recommended.

I stayed here for one night with family. This hotel is a wonderful place to stay if you are in kochi. Compared to other hotels this hotel sits in three acres of land so you can roam around. The pool was nice and my son enjoyed it. The hotel is located near to lake so you can take a boat ride you want. The food was awesome. The breakfast had nice spread and room service was good too.

Really good ambiance and food. The buffet has a lot of veg and no veg options. There is unlimited beer for those you love beer. There is also a great variety of chef specials. The service is also good. A good place to take your family or friends if you are having a celebration.

Visited LeMeridien recently for the team dinner and we were a group of 40 plus. The staff attended this fairly large group very well and they always stayed around for giving quick attention. Excellent food and ambience. Lot of varieties of cuisines and they have made it very yum as it made us to go for a second take. Appreciate the arrangements made for us which made it look like exclusive for us.

Namaskaram and a warm smile on everyone's face. It was very welcoming. The front office executives Supriya and Haritha were very courteous and ensured that we had a pleasant stay. Breakfast spread was excellent. A great stay!

The staff and the service facilities in particular are quite impressive. Although I have not had a chance to stay here, I did attend a wedding here. The hall with its theater style seating and grand dias could easily hold about 1000 people. Having an organized and professional wait crew, with coordinated parking arrangements made this place a pleasure to visit. The food was at par and expected at this level. Easy on and off access from the highway and city is an added bonus.

A wonderful place to spend some exotic moments in Kochi. Close to nature yet within the reach of city life. What I liked most about Le Meridian are its friendly staff and the lush green ambiance. Stayed here for one night with my friends and enjoyed my heart out. I would recommend this place to anyone who travels to Kochi.

The convention centre is very good with large seating capacity. The washrooms are not good and requires upgrade. The food is also satisfactory. Overall experience was good.

I had been to EMBER for dinner today along with my mom and The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. We especially enjoyed the Jinga (prawns) Kalimiri (I don’t know the exact name of the dish) and special Dum Ghosht Biryani, The kulfi. Not to forget the chefs who prepared the food; chef Vaibhav and Chef Hari Singh. Thank you so much for such delicious dinner. Service personnel Ratheesh and Ajay were very well trained, accommodating and helpful (all done with a smile). Everything was handled with efficiency and attention to every detail. Food was delicious and the ambiance was wonderful while dining. Thanks for doing such an outstanding job to make the dinner so pleasurable. Would love to visit you again.

4 stars simply for the ambience. The place is stunning and an ideal location to spend an evening relaxing and chilling with friends. The service is good. We also tried the buffet. But that was a disappointment. The food was far from perfect. And the spread was mediocre. The desserts too were a disappointment. Maybe it was just our luck or that's how the food is.

Very tourist friendly and helpful staff, right from reception to concierge to room service to kitchen staff. Clean rooms, well serviced. Loved the food and thanks to Chef Nikhil and his lovely staff we tried few local dishes. Definitely a place to go back to! Only drawback was the swimming pool as it was under maintenance but there's always next time!

Good infrastructure and is situated at the highway and can be easily accessible. Wonderful ambience with luxurious paintings and antiques on display. Wonderful garden with swimming pool. There is billiards board room next to the swimming pool. A bar and bakery is also open there. A small cruise ship also functions there. Live music is also there. The whole place is neat and tidy. Spacious room with excellent service. Ample car parking. The ball room can accommodate more than 3000 pax and there is lots of space available for big conference. Small Halls are also available.

A little far from airport but a beautiful campus. Walks around the property are peaceful and surrounded by greenery. There is a boat jetty and boating trips can also be arranged. Food and hospitality was fantastic, worthy if the Le Meridian name.

Great Hotel. Good ambience. Has got some good halls for the functions. Attended the program of Kerala. The food was authentic and also their ice-creams was named as Meridian Ice-creams. The food was arranged at the lake view which can accommodate a good crowd. Has got ample parking facilities. Enough rest rooms to accommodate the need.

Went there as part of an Auto Expo. The expo was not that good. The hotel felt premium. The whole place is neat n tidy. It has a good ambience. The staffs are welcoming. The location is easy to reach from major parts of the city and is on the the National highway, but still secluded from the traffic thanks to the flyover infront. All together it's a good place to visit.

Hotel being located in main national highway is easily accessible. My recent visit was on account of an exhibition. The facility offers vast space and waterfront. Exhibition area was comfortable. More dust bins would have been ideal.

Good location… garden, swimming pool all very good. Nice location. Restaurant very good. Service also great … but I happened to attend a marriage function… was a good marriage. Ambience very good… but food service was horrible. Menu was okay. But service of hotel staff was very horrible.

I have stayed here since the time it first opened its doors. From there on over the years every time I travel to Cochin be it for my cousins wedding, an official meet etc I used to stay here. Over the years Service had dropped drastically.

— My friend who had come to stay in a wheel chair was given " a Broken down wheel chair & they didnt even help escort her to the room to make sure at least till the lift.
You call that 5 star service? Heights of insensiti…ve courtsey!
— No toiletries in the washroom?
— Internet not working the first hour which was complimentary.
— The room keys were jammed the first two times we tried to open the second room & had to call the staff! (an elegantly dressed mid aged lady who was staying opposite our room said try it again couple of times, even she was facing the same issue! )
— basic net after the first one hour chargeable. (even in boutique to all other 5 star to 7 star resort hotels net is free or complimentary)
— The second room we get well after check in hours.
— Questions regarding their in room Tv service put on hold, trffered n call back option thrice Most important the next day I was the first one to leave, the main question they had to ask me was what time are they vacating (not how was the stay?, review etc, more business oriented! )
— In the morning at 6.30 am (before breakfast hours) the onsite Valet service guy was missing to get my car from the car park.

Easy to find location, it's located near Vytila. Service was outstanding, loved the people there. Ambience is a huge plus point. Luxury place. Food was near average. Not up to my expectations.

Relaxing place. Quiet and far from the busy streets of the city. Huge garden. Lots of trees around. Accommodating and helpful staff. Beautiful setting. The hotel is divided into two parts. Separated by a river. There's a boat to get into the other side of the hotel. Amazing food. Be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. Only problem is there's a lot of mosquito in the area. Probably because it's close to the river. Otherwise everything is great in this hotel.

Superb hotel staff. They provided us the best room in the hotel. Room service was also good. Food quality was better than average. The breakfast in the morning was absolute disaster though. The staff had no idea what they were doing. The place was an absolute chaos. People had no tables to sit on. The waiters were not attentive, bringing different dishes altogether from the ones we ordered. The place has no bar now. Their licence has been revoked. Overall this place is an average place, doesn't score 5 in all areas.

Excellent buffet lunch at The Le Meridian, Cochin. Exceptional value for money! Great spread of Continental, North Indian and Local Cuisine. Awesome live counters! Yummy desserts! But most importantly, very nice staff!

Great check in experience and pleasant staff all around. Love how beautiful the view from the pool facing rooms is. Excellent quality all around, including the rooms and the lobby. Had a very relaxing time and found the hotel to be more enjoyable than the city! We were glad to be back to the hotel, and that's saying a lot considering how much we like to explore places. I'd recommend to family and friends.

Useless staff, stupid pool rules and gym rules. No respect to guests concerns by staff in duty. Not worth it. Sumply not worth the price. There are better deals available nearby.

One of the finest of hotels in Kochi even a spacious and great looking conference hall and superb rooms and service.

Beware! I was recently there to attend CIO event and stayed there for 4 days from 9-Jun to 12-Jun. The hotel is good in terms of the large landscaping etc. However the services can be improved to a great extent But the most disturbing incident for me was my fitness band got stolen during my stay, which is very alarming for me. I had reported the incident to the security officer but they couldn't do anything about it. They checked the CCTV footage and zeroed down on 2 housekeeping people, one of whom also confessed of seeing the band in the room while cleaning, but the hotel couldn't recover it from them. While I was departing, they promised me that they will do something about it but there was not even a mail of apology from the hotel management I am not too much worried about loosing the band, however, its this very incident happening in a 5 start hotel has disturbed me to a great deal as I can never trust staying in Le Meridien Kochi and advise all to take proper care of their belongings as the staff is not trustworthy and the attitude by hotel management is equally bad.

The rooms are really spacious and good with nice views of the swimming pool and adjoining lake. The only let down here was a lousy service during breakfast let down by lazy staff. The food itself was wonderful. Will come back here just for the views.

Lovely place to stay, very good standard for India. The two main restaurants are very good, food was really good and the staff are very helpful, especially the gentleman on the front door called prince a very lovely person. Rooms are clean and nicely fitted out plus if you are staying in the tower the boat ride across the river is a great touch.
