Not so great but decent food.

We are very thankful to Red dot events for making our marriage a special event… The stage was beautifully crafted by matching our preferences. I certainly recommend Red Dots to everyone, because as now I am happy with their quality and I guarantee that they won’t disappoint you … I thank Mr. Aneesh and Mr. Saran who truly stood beside me for making this event a success and giving utmost priority even to my minor suggestions. I certainly look forward working with you guys once again.

Ample parking, easily accessible.

Poor service. Bad food. Poor arrangements. Not recommended. Ruined our very important event.

This place is chic elegant and superb nice room great service and breakfast is good Kudos to staff this place is well maintained and neat. About room the bed is great everything working everything is well placed and all together class hotel.

Food was below average and overpriced.

Good hotel at a premium location with easy access. Parking could be a problem in the evening as it has limited space. Rooms are reasonably clean. Food quality is not up to the standards and the quantity is also questionable. Bar needs a facelift as it has bare minimum facilities.

Four Star luxury hotel. Restaurant was superb. Situated near to MC Road easily accessible. Food was excellent. Service was superb. Ample parking space available. Ambience inside the restaurant was good. Even though its a four star luxury hotel food rates was moderate. Overall above average.

We group of 10 went for a dinner. Overall experience is ok nothing much special there. Kerala style food is pathetic (beef fry and beef roast). Chinese and North Indian are good. Beef sizzler also nice.

A 4 star restaurant and bar, one of the best available in the nearby area has all the amenities and facilities that one require. There is also a low cost bar situated next to the hotel which is not recommended to families. Overall very good experience.

It was good n reasonable… But our last visit to this hotel was horrible… Very expensive and low quality breakfast… One must avoid having breakfast from there…

Interior of the main hotel is good, good service, expensive… Talking about the bar and beer parlor at the left side of the hotel, it was really nice when only beer was available, air conditioned interior, good seating arrangement, customer service was good few years ago. Long waiting time if you order food and it is expensive. Reason for 2 starts; Now, lot of locals, no bouncers, if you are new and young, they will scam on you using the price.

This is the best hotel in Adoor. It is suitable for business and personal stay. This hotel has small auditoriums to conduct business meetings, nice restaurants, neat rooms and a good swimming pool. There is adequate parking area. It is good for family dinners also.

It's a ok hotel, the only decent one around the place. The food is decent too. Though like most of the places in Kerala, there is language problem with the staff, but still the staff is quite cordial and helpful.

This is a hotel at a Good location, nice ambience, attractive hotel. Not paid with the bill — but looks okay okay with rates. May be okay to visit once in a while. The location is at heart of Adoor and next to MC road bypass which will bring in many more visitors. There is a favourite pizza in the hotel, which is an advantage. Along with the restaurant there is a bar, which again, would attract many youngsters — and keep away family crowd. I prefer not to visit a restaurant with bar with family.

Well known place with High facilities and parking area everything is so good. Price is higher than expection for some people. If you wish to go there better have plenty of money with you. Overall it really match to a 5 star restaurant.

Probably one of the best hotels back in Adoor. We had a pleasant stay through out. Would like to recommend it although it is a little pricy than the rest.

Convenient place to reach. Enough amenities. Well furnished. Eventhough a Bar hotel. Ideal for for family stays. I felt it as a good service too. Little expensive but almost worth for money. No tourist place or official headquarters are there tourist places more than 30 km away from the hotel. But hotel situated besides the Kerala State Highway that's why am saying convenient place to arrive at hotel.

Here the service is good. But some of the food item is disaster, but chicken and fish items is awesome. And staying here is not much costly… It's too good place for family get together.

Its a normal hotel and nothing special about it. The rooms are nice and it has got a small ac convention centre. The serving by the staff is poor.

Was passing by saw saw this restaurant and decided to have lunch here. First if all horrible service they will take ages to take your order, once you start ordering mist if the things on the menu are not available. After placing you order they will make you wait for ages before serving food. Food just average. But seriously they need to improve the service. My advice give this place a skip for now.

This used to be the best food joint in the city of adoor, but recently I feel like their previous chef has been replaced by someone else (just speculation) and the quality of the dishes have gone done slightly but other than that it’s a great place with decent ambience and ample parking.

I have booked breakfast for my family group there. Booking was for around 70ppls. And they were didn't provide proper attention towards us. They didn't provide the sufficient food for the group and when we approached the manager staff said that he is not there. After too much arguments the same manager came down from his office. He was hiding from us. And he don't have any satisfatory reason for the food shortage. Worst service.

We went to wyteportico mazedar restaurant and ordered hot and sour soup and chicken biryani. The soup was very very spicy and the soup was around the bowl and it was not cleaned properly. The biryani was also not that great. Then we ordered fruit salad and it was the worst one ever. It was waste of time and money. Will never visit there again.

Had lunch. Because if another programme being held there parking ws a n issue. For choice good for non vegetarians.

This hotel calls itself a "luxury 4 star" hotel. Not sure who awarded it 4 stars. 2 stars is more like it. It is an "okay" hotel, nothing special to rave about. Rooms are old and need to be renovated. Water pressure is not good.

Restaurant service is good. Receptionist is so friendly, humble and caring. She made me feel at home. Best pizza I ever had… must try.

One of The best in Pathanamthitta, Fresh rooms and ambiance, good food and people. House keeping Dept should provide more attention to common areas including conference hall. (Everything is fine, yet some minor negligence in some areas). Overall it's good.

Great hotel, I m not going to compare it with all the big hotel chains but in Adoor or nearby 25 km, I don't think a better hotel is there Clean, super accessible, pleasant, MC road, rooms are decent, food is above Ok (not great though), spacious …

Good place stay around in this locality. Had been to this place, good food you can expect, compare to others in that locality, More over very happy that they accept credit cards, place is very neat. Service is very fast… I suggest this place to everyone… While travelling to other side of kerala, you can munch on some good food.

Infrastructure and facility wise this Hotel is cool, the location is very good as it is in the side MC road and inside the city limit. The rooms and conference halls are maintained well. The food courts are designed well. There's a beer and wine parlor too, has an open restaurant theme. Food is average and cost is above average. The food needs to be improved. Swimming pool and pool snooker tables are available. Good place for family night out. But the staffs and management lacks hospitality manners. They're not well trained to treat customers in a remarkable way. They sometimes discriminate people. But if these're well managed and if the cons are rectified it will be the best in class!

The buffet breakfast is very good, with wide variety of choices. Perfect for people who travel via the SH-1/MC Road.

I stop here for lunch when I am in Adoor. This place on the side of the MC road and has easy access. Fairly clean place and has clean bathrooms as well. Food is quality and very tasty. They prepare the food on order so it is always hot and fresh. Prepare to spend at least 45 minutes for your meal. I will definitely go back here.

There's no hot water in that shower at 10 pm. Even if you inform them 15 mins in advance as they ask you to! They don't have regular tea in the room. Only green tea! They move furniture in the floor above and make a racket at 1130 pm… even after two phone call complaints.! There's a bar on the first floor that blares music… right next to rooms! Evidently random strangers can walk right into the bar… rooms are basic at best. Ants crawling all over. Wonder who does their pest control. Bed linen has stains. And yes! The famous pool table in the promo picture is "unavailable due to some problem". Was here for a family function otherwise won't touch this hotel with a barge pole!

This 4 star Hotel is one of the best in the district. The restaurant serve good food too.

Quite expensive for a place like adoor… Not much options in the place… Good rooms… Not that good a room service…
