Awesome place to stay if someone is visiting Hampi. It's bit far from main Hampi but worth the stay. Friendly staff, good room service, good food. Makes a great place… The nearby locality is by JSW and have mind blowing location. A would surely recommend Hyatt Place Hampi anytime.

Hopeless service. Irresponsible management. Careless staff. Disgraceful hospitality. Better to stay at a lodge than this worst place. They take customers for granted. We ordered for food and it takes 2 hours for them to get it. Just for namesake it's a five star hotel. Not at all up to the mark of it name. A disgrace to the hotel chain. Wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone. Never ever.

We booked 3night stay in Hyatt place during our Hampi trip… and I must say that was our best decision… the moment we step-in we loved each and every second spend inside hotel.
The way Hotel has taken safety measures (COVID) for the safety of the guest as well as for there staff I felt more safer there then my home…
I must say their staff is well trained and way too amazing specially VAISHNAVI, ABHISHEKH, TAAZ and others too… inspite of they were having limited staff (because of covid) they don't gave us single reason to complain… but made our trip beautiful and memorable…

Nice gesture and friendly staff. But they need to look into the quality of food served. I left with severe acidity and I am not alone. Had 2 such occurrence with my colleagues in past.

Found the staff to be extremely friendly. Met Mr Wahab, the head chef whose warmth could only be rivalled by his exceptional food and extensive menu. The ambience, food, amenities (spa, pool, etc. ) were quite enjoyable and would recommend the Hyatt experience to all and sundry.

Your buffet was not worth it… yesterday we came to hayatt for lunch… every dish was empty and not refilled until we asked… all cakes were dry… do u call dry cakes r desserts… ice cream was melted… on the whole … waste of time n whole in the pocket … One of my worst experience at ur hotel on first January 2019

This hotel is an excellent option to stay while visiting either on business or vacation to Hampi. The rooms with private pool also have a sofa cum bed which is very convenient for families with kids. The hotel also offers packages which include chauffeur driven trips to Hampi which is very convenient and affordable. The food is very tasty and the buffet has enough variety to suit every palate. The hotel decor is very elegant and the staff is very friendly, courteous and skilful.

The best place to stay if your visiting Hampi. The hotel is very well laid out with a lot of lung space for all age groups. The rooms are very spacious. Don’t forget to take a plunge in then pool or burn some calories in the gym or relax our body at the Spa. The staff are very accommodating and a must visit place to unwind. Located in a township which a midst of nature… don’t forget to visit Kaladamam which is next to the Hotel — gives you a wind of Hampi…

So last month around the 24th of june my friend and I planned to visit Hsmpi and stayed at Hyatt Place Hampi. We never thought that we would end up having the most amazing trip and stay with Hyatt. It was indeed a unique experience from the stay at the hotel to the sites around. The staff was really courteous, helpful and ama zing. Mr Chanderkant and Ms Priyanka helped us with our checkin at the front desk. They were really good and took care that everything went smooth. Would also like to thank Neeti and Shanaj from the gallery cafe who care of the breakfast and made us feel like home.
Also I would like to mention that if you are looking for a calm serene and relaxing place to stay, we would totally recommend hyatt place hampi. The hotel has a very unique ambiance which makes you feel relaxed and calm. The rooms are amazing and especially the one with the pool (where we stayed) it was the best time I ever had and looking forward for more. It was really a great pleasure staying with hyatt and I look forward to having more stays with them and also visit hampi again and have an amazing time.

It's a perfect place for your stay at Hampi. Located within Vidyanagar township the property is surrounded with lush greens. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. One must stay at the rooms with the plunge pool. The staff are welcoming and will make sure you're stay is comfortable. Complimentary breakfast is.

A great getaway. Located in very well planned township which has a museum, temple and food/shopping complex nearby. Little far from Hampi ruins but worth a stay.

Beautiful rooms, cordial and helpful staff, the food is also very good. In my visit to hampi I really think I enjoyed in the hotel the most. The hotel also has spa, gym and a cool swimming pool. Its a quick relaxing getaway. I was amazed at how small the entire town of Hampi is. It's like they live in their own peaceful small little world which has a mix of traditions and cultures both old and ' new'

Very beautiful place to stay. Serene surroundings. Rooms are good. Food is excellent. Staff is courteous. I booked through Makemytrip which was a mistake. Book directly and you will get reasonable tariff.

It's a good property within the JSW township. If you are visiting for Hampi attractions you must know that Hampi is an hour away from this location. Food menu is limited, would suggest the township restaurant for better meals and prices. All amenities loaded for a comfortable stay.

One of the best service received so far. Staffs are cordial and even cost is comparatively lesser than other 5 star hotels. The hotel is located apx 40 km from Hampi, so it was perfect for us to stay here and go for sight seeing. Over all perfect for a weekend gateway from Bangalore. Highly recommended for visiting.

This place is really awesome! The staff is very courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Only drawback we could found; there were no bathtubs in the rooms except for suite rooms. However, we enjoyed at the lovely pool at the hotel. Food is really amazing, we liked the Italian food at the Coffee shop/restaurant.

Yes according to some previous reviews food service is slow but we didnt mind it as it is 100% fresh and serving fresh food takes time, plus why mind it when you are there for chilling out?
During our stay from 28-30 April 2018, I give special thanks to Gallery service people "Rajneesh, Neeti and Jyoti" and all other staff as they all are equally polite and helpful.

Great Place to stay, wonderful staff. They take real good care to ensure you have the best experience. Great food. Must visit Kaladham located right next door to the hotel.

It's decent place with great hospitality and sumptuous mix of South Indian and continental complimentary breakfast buffet. Buffet Dinner are exceptional. Buffet Dinner are served depending on the occupancy for that day. A la Carte is very expensive though.

Serene and very beautiful place. Relaxing and good amenities. The only thing needed are some outdoor games for small kids like slides and all.

Loved each and everyday I stayed here. The pool could've been little clean but it wasn't bad. Staff were very warm in welcoming and very helpful. The rooms were absolutely clean. The room service and housekeeping were A1 quality. Great place to be at if you visit vijaynagar or Hampi.

It's decent hotel. But definitely not up to Hyatt standards. At a place where there are no really international standard hotels, Hyatt is the only soms what decent option. Rooms are fine, but room service is really pathetic. Restaurant food is at best amateur. Bookings are cancelled. Extra charges are put at the time of check out without prior notice. We stayed here two days Can be avoided.

This is a serene picturesque property located in the heart of steel city. The staff are courteous, rooms are clean. However, we did find that the buffet had limited choice for vegetarians on one day of our stay. Overall a fantastic place to stay.

We have been there during Christmas 2017. On 24th we reached and that day and the next day evening we enjoyed merry fair. It was a very good experience. Along with our son we played almost all the games. All the staffs are very nice and friendly and moreover every one is very kid friendly. My 4 years old son loved the place. The foods were really good. Regarding cleanliness, NO Complain. Actually, the staffs never ever give you a chance to complain.

It is located in the Jindal Township. It is a 5 star hotel with top class amenities including big spacious rooms, swimming pools, gymnasiums and a lot more. It also provides 24 hour food service which includes variety of dishes from Continental to Local. This is a very good hotel and a must visit.

It's at par with the expected Hyatt standard in all its amenities, rooms and common area features and decorations. The staff were warm, efficient and courteous at all levels and there's no distinction marked by the designation when it comes to provide customer service. The open infinity pool, the spacious reception lobby, the backyard garden — — all of these were my baby's favorite hangout places. Also, it's tie-up with the spa Heaven on Earth presents a special opportunity for the residents to relax and rejuvenate. The complimentary breakfast buffet along with many other meals of our 3 days stay came with really good dishes, even though the taste of the foods were not always the best we have had there.

Went for Xmas Eve dinner buffet. Called at 7:30pm and was told no reservations. Walked in at 8pm and was made to wait for almost an hour. Few waiters repeatedly asked if we stay there. May be they give priority to resident guests than walk-in guests. Asked for a baby chair and waited for a while with no one helped. Then I pulled one of the 3 baby chairs placed in a corner after which a waiter came for assistance. Taste was ok only not that great. Desserts tasted bland. Most deserts not refilled after ran out. Almost half of the items not available at 9pm in dinner buffet. Plates ran out. They never bothered to get those refilled. When pointed that during check out, the waiter (name plate read Chandan) told rudely that we can instead eat for free and pay no bill. I simply can't believe such behavior of a waiter in a well known branded chain. Idiotic people who don't know what's meant by customer satisfaction. Totally unfit to be in business. Pathetic service. They double swiped our credit card. Had to chase back to void the second swipe transaction. Highly NOT recommended. Had I known this frustrating experience early, I wouldn't have travelled all the way from Hampi town to this place just in thought of having a nice dinner with my kids and a big family. There's no minus Stars option. Hence giving single star.

It is an good place to spend a weekend. Is near hampi. So one can spend a day there and come back in the evening to lie down in the pool and have a good dinner. They have gyms and game rooms to entertain ourselves. There is also canteen close to the hotel which serves good and cheap vegetarian food.

The regular going place for us. Ambience is so good to chill or relax Calm place The service is really superb. The whole staff is like a family. Few of them are good friends too. Food is also great. Gives a feel cooked with love.

Terrible food … almost every dish we ordered was average or below average. The bacon in the a burger was undercooked. The fish fingers were spoilt. The chicken nuggets was not fully cooked. The chef did bring us a second helping of the fish fingers and nuggets. But overall a terrible food experience. The toilet paper was of bad quality. The service was of poor quality. Hyatt should be ashamed of the standards in this hotel.

The property is serenity personified. Nestled in the Vidyanagar township. The staff are extremely courteous and warm. The service is top notch and needs no feedback. Would love to visit the property again. The only feedback that I might have is for the property to have some travel guides for Hampi and some pointers about travel.

Family friendly place. Great location and ambience. Lovely pool — kids would refuse to come out from there. Fabulous arrangements for sightseeing. Highly recommended.

Rooms not great… At least not like other Hyatt's. A small room with very basic and simple furnishings. TV placed wrong… It is in room just for keepsake. Staff courteous. Lot of open space with greenery. Trees like mango, pomegranate, almond and others… Exciting for kids to see the real trees with fruits. Food the worst. Breakfast was a kind of ok… Dinner buffet was the worst (Indian) Just not worth the money. During our stay they had some food festival arranged in the lawn area with open air theater. Very poorly arranged. They had put 3-4 big tables with 6-8 sitting and occupied by two people and no other arrangements for 2 / 4 seater. We got chairs to sit but no staff was there to attend. Everytime we were getting in restaurant to keep the plates and take the next course of meal. Loved the bean bags put for the kids. So an average place for me… One star more for the courteous staff.

Drive from Bangalore was amazing. Take the road that passes thru Sira, Hiriyur and take a deviation before entering Bellary. People warned us about the weather but surprisingly it didn't rain till we reached the hotel. Nice staff, lovely place. I'm sure we will have a great time :)

During one of our events at Hotel Hyatt Place, we asked Manager Mr. Ankur to give us one staff from his team who can help us to place few giveaways for our guests in their respective rooms. After close to 4 follow ups and one big hour, he sends one receptionist who's ashamed of lifting the giveaways citing his Prestige issues! Hotel Hyatt, please don't tell me that you don't have a single staff to take care of spot requirements like this. Being in a hospitality industry, with a International Fame to your credits, such type of service is highly disappointing.

Beware guests. Very bad experience while making reservation. They earlier send us confirmation and later cancelled without our knowledge. And to make matters worse made us wait the whole damn day by telling us tht the authorities would soon resolve it.

Great Place to stay overnight if you are visiting Hampi. Hampi world heritage site is about 40 KMs from here. Its situated in beautiful Vidyanagar (Jindal Steel Works) township.

8 of us stayed there in October 2015 — 15th to 18th. Lovely. Staff, very helpful, courteous. Awesome food too. Chef Debashish and his Team prepared very tasty food, sometimes going out of their way for our requests. Thanks Team Hampi Hyatt!

I was a guest several times in this hotel. I never had any problems. Good room service. Excellent restaurant. Great staff.

We (me and my husband) were on a three weeks trip to south of India. We stayed at Hyatt for couple of nights. We had Buffet on our first evening along with 1 and 2 glasses of wine. By 4 am my husband and an hour later me, for couple of days and were throwing up from food poisoning. We were not able to eat any thing next day and were totally dehydrated next day. Hampy was our first week into the trip of three week. I had to suffer for next whole week. After calling the guest service. They said they will be sending the Doctor, Who never showed up but tablet to stop the vomiting and electrolyte. It felt as the Hotel had no effect about how their guest wasted a day.

Good and clean. But don't expect a hyatt walla hyatt. Toned down version. Lunch buffet is also not full spread, more of business lunch. And good welcoming staff and service. Hampi is about 40 minutes drive from here.

Good business hotel – which is also great for families. The hotel is located 45 minutes away from Hampi in Vidyanagar (Township of the Jindal Sheet Plant). Would suggest a stay at this hotel rather than staying in Bellary or Hospet — in case you want to visit Hampi. Note : for families – no room service – but nothing prevents you from ordering your food in the restaurant and taking it up to your room …… Positives : — Good location — Great Staff — Decent accommodation (for the price we paid) — Vidyanagar – 2 Museums and a very well maintained park – worth a visit on your first day. Improvement areas — Restaurant menu – needs to get a touch of local flavor Stayed at the hotel from 29th Dec 2013 to 2th Jan 2014.

Hyatt Place was great experience for my husband and myself. The team is amazing and full of energy. They recognize you they know your preferences and that makes them the perfect hoteliers. We met with an accident and the team went out of their way to help us. They really touched our heart and have created special memories. Thank you so much for all your help.
