I have been here for couple of occasions. Welcoming staff with ready to help attitude, great ambience well-equipped parking lot and excellent variety of food with multi cuisine. This place is situated near the heart of the city and it's easy of access to other places makes it one of the excellent hotel in Mangalore.

A good star hotel with very well maintained ambiance. The quality service they provide is good. There are many restaurants inside and all of them are really good. The price is moderately expensive. The overall experience is excellent. Huge parking facilities available.

Helped to conduct an alumni meeting consisting of approx 160 people. The establishment accommodated us in their Pacific 1 & 2 halls on the second floor, which has a capacity for a 250 people gathering. The Hotel staff was extremely helpful in conducting the event and the food and beverages (for which I was in-charge) for the event was really great! I thank the Hotel staff for providing us with all the facilities and tasteful food. I strongly recommend this hotel for such gatherings/events and you can be assured that it will be an enjoyable experience.

Location ation is good. Food is decent. Service can be made more responsible. Good thing is it's open 24 hours. Pricey a little. Valet parking was not available and they cater only to luxury cars which is quite racist.

Restaurant — Theres is a 24 hour cafe which is great because now you can eat after a heavy drinking session. Try out the buffet (Go a little early) The other veg restaurant is also amazing. Hall — Large and great acoustics. Very nice food. And there is always someone at your service. Plus its extremely clean.

This hotel is amazing, no doubt in quality and quantity service but after you visit any of the hotel inside you have to wait for half or one hour for your food to be served. It also has rooms for stay and auditorium for functions. They have 3+1 hotels inside with a bar attached and one of the hotel in ground floor naming tide is giving 24 hours of service for customers hunger. So overall I loved it.

I have been to Sagar Ratna Restaurant. Very good food, lots to choose from. Wonderful Service. Highly Recommended. Hotel offers good lunch and dinner buffet options.

Went to the multi cuisine non veg restaurant at ocean pearl during our Mlore visit a couple of times. They have the most wonderful staff, very helpful as I had a 1 year old kid, they were very accommodative and cleaned up after the kid. Food is great too and live music is lively. Wonderful experience overall.

Ocean pearl is a good place for social gatherings, meetings and events. I can only speak of the hall facilities provided, which are above average. Fully air conditioned, spacious and well lit. Food here is also better than contemporary offerings in the city. I have not stayed in the hotel rooms nor have I visited any so I cannot comment on that.

Plush and comfortable ambience at the restaurant. Food was decent, and the staff was very hospitable. Not too expensive and wouldn't mind going again there.

A good restaurant. Tide cafe, One among the very few restaurants that offered food post midnight in the city. Probably the only elite restaurant that does so. The good quality, staff behavior and price are good enough, extremely good considering the other available options.

It's a wonderful visit to The ocean pearl Hotel. Had a family occasion there. Had a Great food and service. Parking system is good but must increase the space for parking. Couldn't find anyone stairs to meeting hall in 2nd floor.

Been to this place for a conference meeting which was held in 2nd floor at pecific 2. Entrance is quite spacious and gives good vibes all-time. Located at prime location. Valet parking was done in a very good manner the attendant was polite and brought our vehicle safe back. Coming to the conference hall, it was quite spacious could occupy people around 150 to 200 max, round table was arranged with note and a pen also we were served with starters to our respective tables so it was comfortable. Projector facility was satisfactory. Food was served in the same hall near the entrance of the hall. Service was polite and food quality was worthy. Loved few stuffs and the others were OK kind. In short it was good experience. And this rating is purely based on this experience not really sure about the rooms and other facilities available.

I never stayed with Ocean pearl but frequenly I was coming there for lunch and dinner
I reccomend that the best Food avial only in Manglore at Ocean pearl and with good services.
I noticed that you changed the style of services with young enrgatic people

I had a great time in Mangalore. The facilities like gym swimming pool spa are very good. Room was very cleaned. Staff are very nice. Looking forward to visit again. Overall very good experience.

We went to the vegetarian restaurant. The place was not crowded, and we had to wait some time (10-15mins) to get a table. However, since we got the table, we had a great time! Service, food quantity and quality was good. All in all, it was a value for money experience.

It’s average, Rated high due to location. Front office staff not bothered about checkin guests and the needs! Rooms smelled everlasting and packed smoke, windows don’t open, even if you are a smoker I think you will get headache! There seems very less no-smoking rooms on the 3rd floor, I complained why didn’t they even mention during booking.

The location is Central and easily accessible. Valet parking makes things easy on arrival. Service is impeccable, the food and drinks are excellent.

A nice hotel, located centrally. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Staff is very courteous. All the facilities are available for stay away from home. Food quality is also good. The hotel also have a Sagar Ratna restaurant which itself has its brand name. Spa and sauna facilities are also available. Banquet halls are available for organizing family functions and parties. Further a live western music is also goes on in the evening hours. Loving it!

The food was very good. Really enjoyed the Ghee Roast. The service levels are exceptional with excellent event management. Would surely come back for a meal or two shortly.

Been a regular there especially in Jazz! That's fine even if you choose not to have any alcoholic beverage. Be sure to ask the team on the menu off the menu.

We ordered North thali from the menu. I was very happy with the taste, cleanliness, presented style. The price is also not expensive compared with the quality quantity and ambience provided. Service was also quick. Rice lovers try to avoid North thali as,,, even one bowl of flavored rice provided is also not that palatable. Rice Lentils does not look like rice at all. (very long) … Drawback is they don't provide side dishes more other than served at first time. Overall it's a must visit.

The vegetarian restaurant food is great. Although some dishes aren't so good. Air conditioning was not so good.

Nice hotel but sometimes the room service guy don't understand your needs and mess up the things. The atmosphere is lively, but the most annoying thing is that they a starving for the tips.

The place has seperate veg and non veg restaurant … Both serve tasty food. They have party halls that may accomodate around 200-250 comfortably … Rooms are huge and cosy. Very friendly and trained team looks after the hospitality needs of the visitors.

I've been here for business as guest last January, Indian winter season is a great, 30°C. As per my previous experiences in India, employees and people are kind and have care of all your necessity. Rooms are clean and cozy, some noise at the higher floors due to air conditioning system. In the hotel there is everything you are looking for, restaurant, lounge, meeting room, free Wi-Fi and all the services you can need including change and friendly ambient. My English is not so good and Indian pronunciation is difficult to understand so we had some comprehension trouble at the restaurant. Meals at the restaurant are normally spicy, also international food anyway they try to satisfy all your request about it. Check-in and check-out are fast and easy.

It's in the heart of city with good posh appearance. Its fully air conditioned with 3 to 4 star facilities. It has both boarding and lodging and favorite place for air hostesses to stay. Ideal for families to stay in very good rooms and to enjoy homely food at vegetarian and non vegetarian restaurants and bars. Ideal for business people to stay wherein they can use conference rooms and meeting halls with all internet facility. Attraction is the wallet parking facility. They can arrange rental cars. Also ideal for marriage groups to stay and for any parties.

Ambience is Good, But the food is not so great. Staffs are cooperative overall average.

It's located in the centre of the city about 10 minutes from the railway station and the busstand. Food is reasonaby priced and is also really good. Rooms should be booked early as they are usually full.

Very lovely place to stay and dine. Food is excellent. The hotel is located in the heart of the city. The staff is friendly specially Mr. AVINASH working in the all the day dining restaurant is very knowledgeable and helpful.

It has three restaurant… I had been to veg restaurant. The food was good… bt u need to book ur seats before itself… it is bit costly too. Bt it's worth it…!

It was amazing… paneer pakooda was sizzling hot… malai kofta was ok… paneer kohlapuri was tasty… and many more… I hav been to several restaurants. This one bags first among restaurants in kudla ;)

Is this really a 5 star restaurant. I doubt. I had been to this restaurant with my family. Ordered Achari Paneer, Tandoori Roti and Kashmiri Dum Aloo which tasted average. Except for the Achari Paneer which tasted better than the rest. Then came the time to order the Dessert. Being someone with a sweet-tooth. Aftr checkin the dessert menu. Ordered Ras Malai. What do I get. "Stale" Ras Malai. This totally ruined the dinner though the dessert was replaced one we complained. Total dining experience was spoilt. One bad experience to remember. This experience really forced me to think if a restaurant that serves stale food qualify to be counted among the other 5 star restaurants.

We ordered paneer tikka and it was stone hard. We ordered Gobi Manchurian without chili. First served with chili powder showered preparation. Second try had less chili powder but it was still spicy with chili effect. The Gobi florets were not boiled at all. The noodle soup was OK — fresh brown mushrooms. Mozerela tomato salat was also good. Then the food and breverage manger took care of the ordered paneer butter masala. Due to kitchen process it was impossible to prepare a gravy without chili. Finally we ordered pasta with cream cheese sauce which was up to the mark. The orange juice was fresh and good.

Ocean pearl is a nice hotel but some times the facilities ara not good. But ocean pearl quality is nice.

Sagar is very nice. Pretty decent food. The ambiance is excellent.

Room and bathrooms were spotlessly clean. Excellent service. Breakfast buffet was great. I wish I had the time to stay for few more days. Because of the sticky (humid) weather, wet face wipes would be a welcome addition in the room.

Great hotel. Enter it and it shall speak for itself. recommend: breakfast buffet at tide (ends by 10ish) North Indian Thali at sagar ratna. Worth every penny Jazz bar for days when your feeling rich and wish to have a drink. Best bar ambience in mangalore.
