Best location near Balmatta Post Office. Room tariff bit expensive. In ground floor, has swagat restaurant which is very nice, clean and hygienic. Variety of Mangalore dishes at reasonable rates available.

Good rooms. Good staff. Good enough if you just need a place to crash at night and have a comfortable stay.

Nice rooms in the middle of the city & professional & polite staff, all at reasonable rates. Lots of restaurants around and you can always get transport from here.

It is actually a lodge. Neat and clean rooms with electric kettle for preparing tea and coffee. Adjacent to it a restaurent where one can have south India cuisine.

Near Balmatta Circle. Rooms are ok. AC rooms. No fans in the rooms. Teamaker provided. No in-house food service.

Well maintained Residency. It's near to main road so very convenient for roaming city.

Star hotel facilities in affordable price range I stayed there for two nights and it costed me around 2800rs total. Every room has a/c, coffee maker, dth & tv, triple occupancy, room service, front office, good restaurant in the property and in prime location. Check once with price before booking as it may vary accordingly to season and weekends. Perfect place for family to stay overnight.

Been to Mangalore on Jan 2017 for trip. And for entire 6 days vacation, we had booked this hotel room for accommodation, since it was a within budget rooms. And we didn't regret for it because the rooms n bathroom were cleanly maintained. Staff were courteous. Coupon was given to have breakfast in a small darshini, which is just beside the hotel and the taste was ok.

Awesome facilities but unfortunately they do not serve their own cooked food instead they orders from outside.

The visit was for Swagath. The breakfast is amazing. So many choices early in the morning. Quick service. Nice location. Hygienic. I dont give 5 star because it lacks parking space.

Good and spacious rooms, comfortable bed Hot water runs through out Maintenance of the rooms could have been better There is decent amount of parking behind.

Hotel rooms are good for couples. Electric sockets could have been better. Hot water available 24 hrs. There are no fans in the rooms. Ac is well maintained. We observed several power cuts and shifting to generators. Tv is available with all channels in all language. Room service is very helpful.

Not worth the money. Rooms are below average and bathrooms are not clean. Breakfast not unlimited since they don't have their own restaurant only have a tie up with the new Swagath restaurant which is next to the residency. Much Better options available at similar price ranges so better to avoid this one.

Nice and very clean budget hotel to stay on the move…

Basic and decent model at competent rate. Clean and hygenic. No restaurant or room service but tea coffee maker available.
