Staff are extremely helpful. Attention to our requests was very noticeable. Sports facilities are good and stay is comfortable. Food choices are limited but good. Very green place. Very quiet large property near airport.

Neat & Clean. Food quality was good. In stay we had premium rooms which are very spacious and in a pretty garden. Kids enjoyed the play park and basketball near the room. Gagan was very helpful to kids with the floats and swimming pool is well maintained.

Very bad experience and waste of money. It is not maintained, and photos they have on site is when they newly started it. If you visit now you won't get any indoor games as mentioned in website and also the room stinks with dust. Food is not at all tasty and cost is too high and not worth the money. Few people have very bad attitude about service and management only wants money without atleast providing minimal maintenance and service. I suggest not to waste your money and time there. There are better resorts available.

Good place to rest and to spend time with family or friends. Surrounded with fresh air, trees and has a really nice swimming pool with blue fresh water… both for adults and kids… food is fine… we took buffet option. Great spot away from city and close to airport also… with attentive hospitality. Will go back.

This place is suitable for small weekend trips or family trips. It is a budget resort, but we can find better places for the same budget. This is also suitable for small team meetings for corporate. This may not be suitable if you are looking for a Good standard accommodation.

It is a serene place to lose yourself over the weekend. I am not a fan of the food as it's overpriced. But the club and resort is beautiful and a perfect getaway for a family weekend and some fun.

Good resort in Bangalore. Lot of space for all kind of people. My kids loved the place. Food options are limited but tastes good. So nothing to worry of. We had lunch from out one day. Staffs were friendly. Over all very happy with the stay.

Everything was well managed. Staff is very helpful and prompt in service. Being so close to Bangalore airport it is nice to stay for transit also.

The food is really bad and there is no golf course. The managers only try to make money and there is hardly any customer service. Its not worth the price you pay for this resort.

This place is good only for outdoor games. And food is not so good. If you wil go with team of 10 to 15 then it wil be good. But not for the ppl less than that. Nothing will be there excpt the play ground.

Facilities for outdoor games… Swimming. Raindance… Basketball… Table tennis… Good way to spend time… Cons: Plenty of musquitoes enough to keep u awake…

Huge resort. All the facilities you can have as a group. Badminton volleyball cricket pool table tennis golf swimming etc etc. Cottages will disappoint. Extremely small and combined. They have divided single cottage to multiple rooms seperated only be doors and partitions giving zero privacy. You can hear other people talk on phone and use bathroom. Mini TV is provided. Food is ok. No buffet for breakfast except for weekend when the is public. Housekeeping poor. Your can expect to get torn towels. Nothing around the hotel. You will enjoy as a group during weekends. Not ideal for solo business tours.

Budget category resort. Very good location. Extremely peaceful but close to airport. Staff were friendly and couldn't stop being helpful. Rooms clean and had all amenities for a quick layover. Even buffet breakfast food esp live dosa counter was tasty. Free Airport shuttle service not available but the reception organised a late night taxi pick up for my colleague. Did not get chance to use the games facilities but some corporate groups were enjoying cricket a lot. Will make it regular stop over during my visits to Bangalore.

The resort is well maintained. Calm and peaceful on the outskirts of Bengaluru. We b went with our family. Kids had a lovely time. However there were too many cats around. They were licking the plates clean after guests had lunch at the restaurant. I suffered from severe food poisoning post return from the resort : (be careful of the food. It is highly overpriced as well.

Come to this resort with my friends and colleagues often. Food is tasty and place is beautiful with lots of greenery. We can hear birds chirping all the time. Liked the Non Veg food best.

Used the property for a team outing. The property needs to be better maintained. Cleanliness not up to the mark. It is pathetic to spend time during summer due to the heat and lack of shaded areas. In all not recommended.

Not very crowded. Peaceful stay away from city crowd. Clean place. Friendly service. Been here with my company. Will go back with family.

Good resort for a weekend getaway. The service of the resort is a little on the lower side and needs a revamp. Ordering food is a big no. Swimming pool and the rooms are great at the price.

Calm resort with zero flight noise though so close to airport — had restful sleep. Big gardens, also plenty of outdoor activities including a very clean swimming pool. Front office staff is very friendly. Rooms well maintained and equipped for 3000 rupees Food choices are limited but decent for the price. Taste was a little on the spicier side. Gulab jamun was excellent. Being a Bengali myself, I really enjoyed the Gulabos in this resort in Bangalore. Reasonably priced place for families!

Very close to the Bangalore International airport, reasonably priced, very green open plan Resort. Good for Business as well as relaxation.

If you are looking for a break from busy schedule and go for a short break say day outing or night stay, can choose this place. Place is just near to international airport, 800 meters before toll gate. There are limited outdoor games available but personally I enjoyed them all. Fantasy golf course is an added attraction though could not use it. Swimming pool is well maintained, swimming custume is must. Room is relatively small. Wash room was relatively bigger. Clean and well maintained. Bed and AC could have better. Room service of Mr. Goutham was superb.

Very clean and green atmosphere. Rooms are large with all facilities. Our group enjoyed cricket, mini golf, badminton court, to use swimming pool mandatory to carry swim suits, nice hospitality friendly staff, had lots of fun here. Good fun place for groups and night stay.

A small resort. Not clean and not maintained properly. Not sure about room as been here for a team day out. Swimming pool is good. None visit this resort I guess. Only we were there on that day. Food was very limited but ok. Snacks was also only one and tea/coffee.

Very calm and quite place. When we visited (over the week-end), we did not see huge crowd, despite being close to Bangalore. Mini Golf court is good, rest of the facilities are not bad. Overall all, we had a relaxing week-end.

Best place around Bangalore. To get close to nature and lose your stress. Nice services, neat and clean environment.

3.5/5 Rooms: I took standard AC room. AC works, there is futon and TV with few channels. The room and bathroom is spacious. There is no Landline in room and hence you need to call them or go to reception for any requests. There is signal issue as well. A good space outside room to chill out, few chairs and a table. Food: Food is quite good and tasty, they have buffet as well. 450Rs Bar: They have KF premium as beer and few standard whiskeys at budget rate. Swimming pool: Spacious swimming pool with water sports option. However close to resort there is a railway track with some construction under process cause of which dust find its way to pool. Swimming wear is compulsory for entry so carry your own. You can have drinks by swimming pool. Sports: They have quite good number of sports stuff, cricket, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, foosball, snooker and archery is to be inculded as well. Oh yes! they have Mini Golf. They have 10-15 small perchs for golf holes. Gets boring in sometime, maybe cause I find golf boring. Infrastructure: Its under progress, its a good resort but need infrastructure overhaul to make it look fancy and more beautiful. Staff: Staff is too good, they are courteous, well behaved and friendly. Mr Dheeraj (Mangaer) is an amazing person. Power went out while we were having food and he immediately switched on his Phone light and came to our table. What a guy! It was fun to talk with him about Nature, Animals and plans for resort Overall, go for it.

Decent place to unwind. It's got a decent pool, pool and tt table with foosball and a medium size cricket field and also a court to play volleyball or shuttle.

The best place around Bangalore with affordable rates… Food, hospitality n campus is superb.

We went to Fantasy Golf resort recently with 2 other families. Its right opp. ITC Factory, some 5km before BIAL airport flyover. The resort had around 4-5 acres of land use. We spent 6 hours from 12:30-6:30 PM. Cost was 750Rs per head that included lunch, evening tea and use of all facilities like Mini golf, cricket/baskey/football/badminton etc grounds/facilities and gear (honestly, Baddy court was useless as it was outdoor). Swimming pool and many other indoor activities (card, chess, Foosball, TT, billiards. ) were also available. Small kiddie park was available along with few animals to play with, mostly rabbits, ducks and a horse!. They have cottages too but we did not use them. Lot of greenery all around. Food was so-so. We did enjoy the games and general facilities. Weather today was awesome so we could play a lot. The service (mainly the restaurant/bar) was slow but courteous. There weren't too many other guests around, that was a good thing in a way :) Rating: 3/5.

Fantastic location for a break together for the entire team! Loved cricket pitch, swimming pool and the team building activities. We played volleyball in the evening with flood lights on special request. Even mananged a game of rugby. Co-operative staff and tasty food.
