It will be a good choice for a night. Nice and clean rooms. Good service.

Only stay here if you can't find any other place. We needed roof over our heads and a bed only for one night. That's all this place can offer, roof and a bed. Thankfully there were no bed bugs / other pests in our room. Rooms are damn cheap (obviously) which is the only pro. Price ranges from 450 to 950 for their deluxe rooms.

The place looks good from outside. Lobby & balcony are ok. Rooms are big but not so in good condition. In my room the fan regulator was broken, no option to adjust fan. Too much mosquito but no anti-mosquito plug. Windows do not close properly. TV was not working, had to call them to get it fixed. Apart from the tubelight, the other lights not working. In bathroom the taps do not get closed properly. Water keeps leaking all the time. Hot water does not come. Etc.

Only non ac rooms available that took high cost… not affordable…

Its an amazing place for a budget stay. We got a double room setup which was indeed quiet spacious and clean. The common facilities were available, also the bathroom was well maintained. They also let you early check inn, just in case one reaches soon.

Clean rooms with car parking space. Suitable for budget trips.

Budget hotel & not bad for short stay. But poorly maintained. Lack of focus on maintenance. I have recently stayed for 3 days with my wife & my overall experience is not so good. Let me explain — — I went to the hotel asking for vacancy but the staffs told me that room are available for just 1 day. However, I was able to book room for 3 days online using goibibo on the spot. How could that be possible? Unless he was lying about the rooms availability to be able to overcharge. — There is only 1 flurocent tubelight in working condition. Other light of the bed room was not working, leaving the room in not so properly illuminated. I asked them to get it fixed, however it was not done despite of aksing several times as if they were reluctant to expend anything. — Issue with regulator of the fan. Was not able to adjust the speed of the fan. Either it was running in full speed or it had to be switched off. Again it was not fixed despite of requesting them several times. I felt cold while the fan was running in full speed and hot without running it. — After 1 day of spending in hotel, I had decided to switched on the TV & to my surprise, no channels were getting broadcasted, only "payment due reminder". They recharged it after 1 day of reminding them about the problem. It was very dissapointing. I mean, how long it takes to complete the payment? — No hot water in morning (before 9 am).

Good hotel to stay. Not much other facilities. But yeah if u r coming to roam around here in coorg and need a place to sleep at night n fresh n up, it wl fulfill more Dan ur expectations. Rooms r very big and with hot water facility and parking available. Value for money.

We booked it via goibibo, thr policy says 12 to12 check in check out. But we called manager and requested a booking from night 2 as 24hr check in/out but when we reached thr, thr were no rooms for us.

Was ok. The place itself is a tight fit on that road. Not enough parking space. Good rooms. No restaurant in it.

Room was old though good enough for a short stay… Staffs are good… Bathroom was clean and hot water was available… Location is good… Overall nice budget hotel.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in my entire life. Vey bad service as there was no water in the room, very bad mattress, no DTH connection in Television, and the receptionist asket to check out us at 10, very rude behaviour by her. Some basic amenities are not there. Personally I would suggest not to opt for this room.

We occupied an family room. Good rooms, staff, rest room & parking lot.

Photos shown on internet and actual varies. Looks like taj photos uploaded for highton. Dirty smelly rooms. Out dated. Think twice before u book.

Good budget hotel. 24 hours hot water facility. City center walkable distance from bus stand and many tourist points. Worth staying.

Nice hotel and receptionist are very helpful. I have reached over there before 7 hours at 5 pm and they have picked it my phone and provided me place to keep our luggage. All rooms was full but still they have managed and provided me room at 6 am before 6 hours check-in time. Before booking online you can call to hotel and check the charges Bz I got little more costly compare to actual price.

Worst service and worst behaviour I have ever seen in any hotel. The lady at the reception behaves like a nonsense person age around 50. Never ever go to this hotel if you want a relax trip. Thr hotel rooms smell very bad like a hospital operation room. No breakfast, Lunch and dinner. Not even Tea and snacks. Anyways if still you go to this hotel its your fault only after reading my post.

Great rooms, hot water supply available. But mosquito, ants in the bed.

They claim themselves as 3 star property. But room quality is poor. Unprofessional staff. Kitchen not available in hotel. Not ok to stay if u have a kid. U need to run in the local market for milk every time.

Not so great about this hotel Just a place to crash. No proper amenities. Rooms are bad.

Cheap and nice place for staying. But night staff is not good. He was talking like hell. He was ready to fight any time. Even if u ask for a extra bed or any room service.

Clean rooms, 24/7 hot water supply. Prices are economical. Lot of restaurants nearby. Location advantage — centre of city. Best place to stay.

Value for money, no doubt about it, bathrooms are very clean, rooms well maintained. And most importantly it is strategically located.

Below average hotel but certainly not poor.

Stayed for two days. Rooms are fine. Receptionist lady hasnt heard of hospitality though. Especially declined house keeping facility, they entered the room without our consent anyway.

Booked through makemytrip, had a good decent stay at this place. I was with family. Staying between 4th to 6th Jan 2015. In fact Wrote this when I was staying here. No food facility at all, u get only cool drinks n coffee tea only in the morning. For food u need to walk down the lane, may be 300-400mtrs n u get plenty of hotels. OK for family and anyone for short stay or those who looking just to stay at night. Do not keep very hifi expectation. This place will meet ur night stay requirement. Rooms are big n spacious. And, most of all the TOILET & BATH ROOM (both together) were clean n neat. Hot water u get 24x7, Mug n bucket were neat, towel n soap was there before our arrival.
