Comfortable stay… Spacious room, neatly maintained with friendly staffs. It was my wife's birthday and wanted the room to be arranged, Lawrence one of the front office manager was very helpful in arranging the room for me… Food taste is good but morning breakfast needs more spread and ala carte had very less options if that can be addressed it's perfect place to stay with all amenities… Thumps up for hotel Native.

Had lunch in the Pepper's restaurant. The food was great and moderately priced. Service too was extremely courteous. It's nice to see good quality restaurants come up in the city. Overall an enjoyable experience. Will definately visit regularly.

I had wonderful stay at the hotel with my family for two nights. Staff is very co-operative, friendly and humble. Food quality is nice. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Suggestions- 1. Hair dryer was not available in room 2. Non veg food to the menu would have added extra points 3. Not all family members always carry id cards especially when you have senior citizens with you. Do not make compulsion for all id cards, I have not seen this policy anywhere else considering my experience in different hotels within and out of India.

Great place, good food still lags in service quality but it's relatively new so probably still has room for improvement. Got to try the starters really really good. They've also got Buffet.

The hotel is amazing and fantastic, it is located at a very prominent place with beautiful architecture. The staff are very polite and well mannered. It has two beautiful banquet place catering to both corporate and social life.

Checked in on 6may in room no. 3001 n to my horrible experience the bath was smelling horrible n so was lift area. This was brought to the notice of the management thrice but I think they were least bothered.

The restaurant is pure veg and has awesome taste can appreciate the taste and ambience is awesome and the service is good! They have buffet as well as table Service!

One of the best hotel in Belgavi. Mr Sachin at reception was most helpful and generous. Food at veg restaurant also good. Buffet Breakfast can be improved. Overall very nice experience.

A very dull experience. We had been there to celebrate my dad's retirement. Had to wait over 15 minutes which I can understand and am completely fine with and the staff were very polite in keeping us informed about the waiting status, however that was the last situation where I felt that I was in a 3 star hotel. Once we were seated things started going down hill. Right from waiting around 5 minutes for a glass of water to another 10 minutes for them to just ask us our order, once ordered 10 mins later they informed us that the starter wasn't available, another few minutes later the re-ordered starter was also not available. Each our water needed refilling we had to patiently wait and request the passing waiters for the same, hoping one of them would oblige. Then came the food, no qualms about the quality and the quantity, but the attitude of the staff and the time taken is what bothered us. We had to wait in between servings of roti. Although rice was ordered well in advance, we had to bear the ordeal again. The restaurant was neither crowded nor did I feel that it was under staffed, lack of proper management and managerial skills. We visited the place with high hopes, but the special occasion was ruined by the sub-par experience. I've informed the same to friends and family who have vouched to never visit your hotel again.

Hotel is pretty good. A complimentary breakfast would be nice and then price can be called genuine too.

What else u want. from security to entire team of this hotel welcome you with warmness. Given for it Cool lobby and on time arrival experience at front office as I am traveling with my family n kids. They didn't wait for balance paperwork they immediately issue keys n escort family to room given for this p PEPPER restaurant serving global dishes. Best part I order freshlime soda… along with my food order. And same I was curious to see that. Do they serve in advance or wait till order service on table. Cos majority serve in advance which is not the right part at hospitality side until u ask for it. They got for it cos they served with order only and food was awesome. Given for it. Safe parking place at basement gave me peace for my car … cos I love my car equal to my wife. Given for it. It's important for car lover Now regards to main part of hotel … I mean room. No hanky panky. Big size rooms Accurate washroom Wow what a mattress size 16 inch … Classic colour combination From TV to kettle. From Room double curtain to sofas… Light placement to air-conditioning Everything is smooth n cozy Now the main part.

The hotel is new and the staff is inexperienced. The room floors were very dusty. The restaurant is vegetarian but the food is good.

Great hotel with beautiful lobby and classy rooms. Best hotel to stay at in belgaum. Just if they could add in gym and a swimming pool, it would have been just awesome.

I stayed in Native by chancery, from 11 March to 14 march. Excellent service, polite and cooperative staff. We were staying there to attend veterans reunion. The staff looked after us, showed respect and care. All the best.

It's a brand new hotel. Beautiful rooms. It has a basement parking. Food is bit expensive here. But there r lot of options nearby in radius of 1km. The restaurant was not functioning during our visit as the hotel had just opened up when we checked in.
