It's a good Hotel with neatly maintained rooms. Food service is available at room. Free Wi-Fi is available. Worth for the tariff. Situated near to majestic next to kanishka hotel. Booked through Make My Trip and got some discount. Vehicle Parking space is available for hotel guests. Double bed room tariff is around 1500.

Rooms are extremely well maintained. Doors with automated locks. Room service is nice and fast. The food also quite good. They have co-operative staff. It would be a good choice to stay there. Even the non-AC rooms are excellent.

Location is good with good options for dining out, good rooms and service. Have complimentary south breakfast from 8 to 10. Do not have attached restaurant, however ordered food was good and in budget. Booked through goibibo and cheaper Comparatively. Amenities include AC room, fast Wi-Fi, laundry service, food service in room, front desk, room cleaning with fresh towel and soaps, newspaper in room, lift, cab service. Overall a good place to stay.

Staff is very kind and helpful. The room was very nice, quite and clean. Hot water and good shower. Clean towels and bed linen. Not far from the main bus station. Restaurant room service. It was a comfortable stay.

Hotel stay wad good but staff is not supportive. I have paid full amount at the te of check-in. But at the time of checkout staff doesn't respond well.

I was given with a neat, clean room (interior was well maintained with good esthetics). On top of that in-house breakfast had a good options with a good feel to my tastebudst. Very nice and cooperative staff. The reception is open 24x7. They also have a travel desk and in room service. The rooms are pretty amazing against the money they are charging. They have very good deals in make my trip. It isn't very far from the centre (M. G. Road).

Though they claim Wi-Fi at hotel the same was not working even for a minute during my 4 night lond stay. Very cold response.

Got confused with another sai ram residency, but the staff were courteous and well mannered, it looked good from the outside and the lobbym.

Hotel management have rude attitude towards customer booked through online websites. Although breakfast is included but has no choice only want they serve u idli and vada is fix otherwise sometime dosa OR poori. Nothing like healthy food. Rooms clean by lot of insects. Overall an unpleasant stay.

Not great in terms of option for food. Serves only south Indian for breakfast. No inhouse restaurant. Utensils not clean in fact old with stains.

Amazing service like a 4 star hotel they will do their level best to get anything … Offcourse it will be chargeable but they will some how… Even the location is amazing too…

It was really a wonderful moments spent at the Sairam residency. Clean & natural environment. Ambiance was simply superb. Staff was very friendly & helpful. I liked the authentic food at the hotel. Nice swimming pool. Good surroundings with clean & hygine. Feeling to visit the residency again & again as it gave me an wonderful experience to enjoy my day.

It's a value for money hotel. The location is peaceful and calm and kind of with 1.1km around the station bus stations and metro too.

Horrible experience at this hotel. Spent 2 days here. Rooms are very small as compared to the price. If you want to stay here only book rooms through online booking sites. Otherwise they will easily tricked you and charged almost double the amount. Make sure to ask them copy of the pay receipt while checking in.

HUMILIATING HOSPITALITY Going by the positive reviews, I booked a Superior Room for 4 days at Sairam Residency, Gandhinagar. The locality is extremely conjusted with auto rickshaws refusing to ply. The room/bed allotted was extremely small for 4 members. No in house restaurant. Food is bought and served from other nearby restaurants. Rs. 25 charged for a bottle of 1 ltr prized Rs. 20. Rude and inefficient reception. Wi-Fi connection ineffective. Complimentary breakfast served as a benevolence. Because of insulting behaviour, I refused the same for all days eventhough I have actually paid for it. Not worth. Better options available.

One of the best hotels around Bangalore, situated near Kempegowda Bus Stand and Majestic railway station. Best thing is that couples are allowed.

It was a pleasure to stay at Sai Ram Residency With Ms Swathi at the reception it was like we are entering our own house. The courteous reception that I got was a wonderful experience. The food was also good and Mr Santhosh & Mr Shivappa saw to it that I was more than comfortable. Both of them were polite & always smiling. I would surely visit them again whenever I am in Bangalore. Thanks a ton for everything.

Myself & my Dad stayed in your hotel on 07/05/2016. The rooms &beds are good. The service of the front line staffs are excellent. If you provide good food your hotel can attract more persons. Overall it was a good stay even though we have stayed for a day.

Very poor class hotel like a lodge, standing in low area, all a Staf and manager not support to guests you check up site there show 3 star but rounge like a lodge, room is very smoll.

This hotel is very close to main bus station and banglore city railway station. They provide complementary breakfast. Hotel management and service is good. But room are some what small. Overall a good one.

This place was amazing! The wonderful lady in the suit and the bellboys were extremely helpful. The most helpful person of all was Muthalib. He's the man. He'd do anything to help out. Plus, he was just nice guy. Very clean hotel. U also get free Wi-Fi, free breakfast, and free cable.

I recently visited Sairam residency in month of June, I found it to have a very soothing environment, very cooperative staff, affordable food and accommodation. I love this hotel when travelinnon business is pricey but tha room are exellent are nicely managed tha staff is ridiculously courteouy and heleful and tha staff is cmpoeered to take quice decisiouf to solvr any problem you mignt have tha food is excellent and tha whole layoot of tha hotel is very brignt and full of sunshine excellent attention to detail and super prompt service and all tha best sai ram thank you all staff.

Sairam residency is a new hotel in gandhinagar bangalore, its very clean and neat, they have very cooperative staff very convenient for busstand and railway station. I would love to come back and stay again.
