This hotel is very close to MG road. The staff are courteous and the place was well maintained. It's right opposite to the old passport office. Food is above average but is expensive owing to the location. Fairly smart, clean, and with polite staff, this used to be the best budget deal in the heart of Bangalore. Things are not that great anymore. The rooms are ageing, and it shows in the little things: leaky faucets, grimy floor tiles, and tired service. A giant tacky sign for a restaurant promotion blocks the view of the street. The large window was once an attraction of the place.

Buffet spread was very limted, restaurant is way too small but although value for money.

I'm here for a work conference, but just in the daytime, so I'm not really in a position to comment accurately, but I'm not going to let that stop me leaving a review. So here goes: — The facilities are adequate for a work planning meeting — The lunch is not too bad for this kind of place — That's all.

Location after all is the biggest thing in this town where young people grow old waiting in traffic, and rickshaw drivers seldom stoop to the level of taking passengers!

Great Location close to Metro Location, service needs improvement.

Had buffet. Buffet is good. Very less options. Price is less but for those options felt costly.

It's nice. Good hospitality and services. Manager were helpful. Keep your privacy. They do not disturb unless it's too important.

Attended a private party, at the 5th floor function room. The location is excellent, eaisly accessible from almost everywhere in the city. Though it's in city center, parking is easy as it's a located on a smaller road with plenty of street side parking. Though not modern, the hotel is clean and well maintained with attentive staff.

The Management changed. Little slow down in all kind of service. To pick up Momentum. Otherwise fine.

Staff Service Location Breakfast All Good.

It's a great place, the ambience and the cleanliness is well maintained. The staff are courteous and help you guide to banquet hall or any information required. Place is located conveniently close to the metro and the main road.

Worst experience in this hotel. Slow service, service people are not trained properly. Wrong order delivery. Restaurant and room service need to improve.

I was here for a Lecture cum Workshop. Facilities provided was commendable. Food was excellent. On the whole, a lovely experience. Very polite and cooperative staff.

I am a regular guest in this hotel. One and Only reason for me to be a regular here is the location of this hotel. My office is just a 3-4 mins walk from here. In a city like Bangalore nobody likes the traffic… especially when you are on a visit, running a tight schedule. About the hotel, rooms are neatly maintained but very basic and congested. AC units haven't been serviced or cleaned in ages… Some of them are too loud n noisy apart from being dusty. Overall the staff are courteous, food is good (agreeable). Anybody who is likely to stay here, please make a phone call to the hotel and confirm your check-in date n time… Sometimes you end up waiting for 15-30 mins as the room wasn't ready.

Nice cozy hotel in the heart of the city.

A barely average quality, budget hotel. Room had basic amenities. Air conditioning was noisy, the bathroom was small and there was no hot water for a bath. The breakfast was OK, and reminded me of my college hostel mess.

Location is in the city but still calm but food was waste of money.

The experience has nt been so great. But the location is very close to MG rd and MG 1 mall which makes it centrally loated and saves on transit timein the city. the rooms are just ok and the breakfast is good with a varied menu. The cost is affordable and cheap considering the location. If u are in blore only to roam around, explore and gonna spend time only for sleeping in the room then its the best option. Overall an average experience…
