Stayed last year for more than a month, great place and amazing service, breakfast spread is great and fresh, little noisy over the weekends but the location is spot on. Tried couple of Times Lunch buffet that was a little let down but there are lot of restaurants nearby which make up for the same.

Amazing place for a much needed vacation. Located in a very happening place. Surrounded by good eateries.

Our experience at Oakwood has been great. The staff is very courteous and very helpful. The front desk team Amandeep, Tania and Sunitha helped us to make our stay comfortable.

Feels like home when I come back to Oakwood. Thank you to the people at front desk who make our stay more special with their smiling faces and helpful nature. Special thanks to karthick, aman and shruti for their hospitality. Keep up the good work.

Comfortable stay with good food. Great hospitality. Front desk staff were courteous and helpful.

Nice place with good gym, but a couple of staff let it down for the rest. On checkout one guy took the wrong payment and wrong currency (after telling him not to charge in it) which incurred expensive bank charges. The rooms were also quite loud, sounded like a lot of furniture was being moved above (which isn’t normally a problem). Also pretty overpriced.

Excellent ambience and facilities. A getaway in the heart of a pulsating city.

Terrible experience, I will never choose this hotel again. There’s a night club upstairs, the music is super loud after midnight, I can feel all the building is vibrating. Also the towels are black and dirty.

Nice hotel but could do better, carpet could be better cleaned in room and the Wi-Fi charges are robery. Had much better experience in near by Marriott hotel on previous visit to area.

Maintenance and amenities are not on par with the grand ambience. Definitely require improvement for the amount charged.

Had been there for a training event… Staff was very helpful… Buffet lunch was extremely tasty and menu was kept simple without trying to be overly fancy. One request would be to change the quality of pencils kept for meetings… Without exception all of them in our meeting room were useless.

Fantastic location. Rooms becoming a bit dated but the location is unbeatable. There is a decent restaurant in the hotel but some fantastic restaurants at UB City, the attached mall and office building.

Comfy good room size. Mattress average. Nice breakfast.

Lovely place to hangout. Neat and clean. You get the celebrity treatment over there. The view of UB city building at night is one of the most beautiful view. The pool grilled side ambience is just awesome. Veg choices were very less and The good taste is also average. My overall experience was good. Overall I give it as 4 stars out of 5 stars.

Nice place, good service. Food was good too. It's very difficult to find it and reach the place though, unless you are familiar with UB city.

Its a service apartment hotel. Rooms are excellent. Breakfast was good. Attached to UB City mall. Gives u a lot of options to eat. Must stay.

For friendly staff & location 4 *. On checking in they gave me a smoking room on the 3rd floor which was horrible. Thankfully they found a room which was non smoking soon after which though a little run down was perfect for my stay. All the facilities required for a short stay apt was provided. Excellent location with multiple restaurants & bars just outside the hotel entrance.

Fantastic location. Good breakfast spread. Rooms and furniture need serious maintenance — probably a renovation. Helpful, friendly staff.

Dear management, how could u apointed someone on front desk who doesn't even know the basic of gretings and speakmanner to a guest, visitors or a strangers (strangers may define anyone) dear management start a training season "basic of front office " how to greet and how to attend outcoming calls. Completely unprofessional staff over front desk.

Its a good service apartment at the heart of the city. Right inside the UB city this residences provide quick access to the mall's restaurant and shopping center at leisure. Well designed rooms.

Stayed there with family for over 2 weeks Fantastic location, breakfast, service, hospitality, washer dryer in room, fruits in room daily, well equipped kitchen, nice coffee tea sets, dishwasher, beautiful terrace pool, top floor gym! Go enjoy made to order breakfast options too! Suggestion : keep some common medicine (paracetamol and such) handy. To get one crocin, I had to take auto in the night.

Stayed at Oakwood for a night. Beautiful place. Nice. Since it is in UB city, you dont have to go out for anything. Overall, very good experience.

Very convenient location, spacious room with kitchen. Courteous staffs, good breakfast and a great neighborhood to shop, dine and party. UB City in itself has everything — luxury fashion shopping and good eatouts.

The service was great. Stayed for 3 weeks. The breakfast options were varied and the proximity to cubbon park and other walkable Bangalore attractions was nice.

Love this service apartment.

50$ a week for Wi-Fi limited to 2 devices connected at a time. Once you've chosen 2 devises to connect you cannot change them easily. Good luck if you have cellphone, work laptop, and personal laptop… Windows do not open. Room is nice and large and service is very responsive.

The place is basically great but with chinese lift.

Nice service, very clean, American amenities, located in nice shopping and eating complex called UB City. This is a gated complex so it is off the street and not 100% public. A good place to stay for a quiet sleep. I have been to this hotel twice, for 5 weeks total.

Location is very handy for me, the room quality is very high generally (although some of the fixtures and fittings are a bit quirky, and there are way too many ilght switches! ). The service is very good, at least two people on the reception desk remembered my name on the second visit.
