The place where this hotel is built is really nice, it's peaceful and calm, far away from all the city crowd and pollution. From customer service to food, cleanliness to professionalism, all was at par from many of the hotels in the city. They also conduct so many events, eligibility tests, conferences, expos and exhibitions. The leave no stones unturned from the moment we enter the hotel until we leave, it's great all the time.

I was here for a conference. So I visited the banquet hall. Overall experience and hospitality was really good. It is a well maintained hotel. Also this hotel is not near to the main road. So there is no issues from dust, pollution etc. I didn't get time to visit spa.

Excellent hotel to stay and meeting and conference. Gokulam 1 & 2 exclusive for meeting capacity 250 people. Cusine food and morning breakfast excellent. Good leisure to stay. Car parking wheeler assistance and location excellent.

Excellent hotel with class A amenities located in a serene place slightly away from the hustle bustle of the city. Awesome room with private terrace (only for the 4th floor rooms) bathtub in the rest room, wonderful food, caring and courteous staff, large swimming pool and an amazing spa. Breakfast buffet had a good spread and the food was awesome. Overall a great memorable stay. The only off-putting thing that I found was the exobitantly priced food at the "my place" restaurant.

Great place to stay and rejuvenate. Except for the fact that the place is away from the main city and is not located in its heart, there is absolutely nothing that you can complain about. The pool is of decent length and well maintained. The gymnasium is spacious and well equipped. The buffet during the lunch and dinner are absolutely mind blowing. And hats off to the cook for the specials that are a feature almost everyday. Rooms are large and spacious. The bathrooms have the shower space and the tub separately provided which is almost as luxurious as they could be.

I'd rate this place a 4 star considering the amenities, views and also the well themed ambience. For the food, they've got quite interesting list of intercontinental dishes on their menu. But be careful while making your choice, as the meal might not be up to your taste. P. S. They have a good customer service.

Nice place. Near airport… But away from malls or city… Infinity swimming pool exists with a lovely seating area, but usually under construction. Good food courteous staff… Nice open area outside grd floor restaurant.

Good ambiance. Tried Italian restaurant staffs are very helpful and friendly. Very less crowded. Italian music soothes heart. Dim lights gives some privacy.

I think the complete thing is been taken over by new venture people. Food was great and close to airport. Rooms were way to identify and not much complicated. Service was great, Please keep up the same phase going forward.

Nice, big comfortable rooms. Easy layout of the floor plan. Not congested or confusing to locate your room. The view out of the west facing side, is of the city. Hotel is located about 500m off the MS Ramaiah Road. So one might just miss the turning off the main road. Food menu is large, offering hot Indian veg and non-veg along with some continental varieties. In my opinion, the only area of improvement that I can suggest is availability of adequate drinking water in the room. 2x500ml per day. On request the reception sent another 2x500ml bottles. Doesn't cost much but I suppose economics matters…

Very nice Hotel, considering the Indian standard was a pleasant surprise. Large and well organized room, possibility to eat in buffet mode on the ground floor or from the Italian restaurant on the top floor. Large swimming pool and rooftop terrace on the top floor.

This place is very good option if you want stay close to airport. The service is great and rooms are amazing. Food is okay, clean, freshly prepared, but could be tastier. I would give 4 star for the stay experience, 3 star for the food. But reducing the one star for processing wrong payment at massage center. They really need to train their employees how to process international visa cards (was charged 2500$ instead of Rupees). I believe almost every place is wheelchair accessible as well.

The approach road is terrible. Difficult to find the entrance even in Google maps. The cleanliness of the rooms needs improvement. The carpets are musty and old. The restaurant menu is adequate but food quality is not satisfactory. Even the Indian dishes are pretty average. There is nothing around the hotel. It's in the middle of residential area with no amenities within walking distance; no supermarkets or any other shops.

Excellent ambience, enjoyed the time I spent there. I had been there for my IELTS EXAM, spent most of the time in the ground floor and Ball room. Service was really good and very hygienic in terms of cleanliness. Would recommend it for accommodation also. It's easy to reach this place cause it's not far from the main road. Overall it's good for accommodation.

We went just for dessert and it was not as expensive as you would have expected. They had live music which was a lot for how much we were paying and the ambiance and servers were so nice. It was definitely worth every penny.

The hotel was just fine and the service was handled well. Tried the spa and the services they offer are good. They could be improved more. The hotel is tidy and neat. Food delicacies was good but lacked variety. Itbis located at a very convenient location and can be easily reached. Would definitely recommend to others.

Went for a company conference and party. Nice ambiance and friendly multi linguistic staff. Standard food quality. Nice and clean toilets. Ample car parking space. Great city view from top floor. Standard / medium buffet rates. Quality of audio system can be improved. Felt embarrassed in front of client's. That's why 4 star's.

Nice hotel, good ambience and good place outside the hotel and lawn is good. Swimming pool is good, it has a infinite view. The food provided here is not that great. But snooker board is good, overall this is a decent place but little over priced.

Nice place. Good ambience. Went here for a professional conference and the facility is very nice. The interior are damn good. The food was also very nice and in some dishes taste can be improved. Really can't say anything on rooms but it shall be good looking at other facilities. Staff are also very good and polite. Location is bit interior but can be easily identifiable.

Location is near BEL circle, Bangalore. Routes to hotel are narrow from circle. About service is best. Ambient is awesome.

Visited 'My Place' restaurant for a lunch buffet today. The restaurant had some very unfriendly policies. We reached the restaurant by around 2.45 pm. And the staff started winding up the buffet spread at 3 pm without any concern for those of us who were still having or rather just began. There was one waitress who just came to us and asked us to GRAB all that we want! If this was not enough… I just happened to ask one of the waiters if an item which was unlabeled was vegetarian. I was surprised by his action. He picked the vessel, brought it close to his nose, smelt it, wiped his nose, remarked that it was vegetarian, placed it back and walked off! How more untrained and unhygienic can they be! And to add to all the inconveniences… the variety and quality of food was grossly substandard. The softy machine was just pouring out liquid syrup… If they were to wind up the restaurant shortly they should have informed us so that we could plan alternatives. There is no point letting in guests and winding up the food soon after that! And it doesn't end there. At the end there was a waitress walking around all the counters poring all the left over unserved food into a large container, certainly to be discarded… So much of food gone waste… Same can be donated to a charity or to the needy. Please understand that food is a national resource. You use as much as you need but have no right to waste it.

Breakfast spread could be more interesting than the present. In room dining is generally good quality though quantity could be bigger. Gym is excellent and overall lobby and entrance is good. Rooms could be lit better. One star less for the location and difficulty to reach the hotel. It's not easy to get transport.

Food was quite average. Conference facilities also. Found a few insects on the table cloth. Letters on the restroom door were missing. Definitely not 5*as they claim.

The ambiance is awesome. The courteous staff, the excellent amenities make it a highly recommended place. The lounge on the first floor is first rate.

Amazing property. Swimming pool with a good view. Great food, ball rooms/halls for events. Rooms are really well furnished amd spacious. They have spa and massage centre which is really good. Must stay!

Excellent property and ambience. Rooms and common areas have been done quite tastefully, with a keen attention to detail. Staff are quite courteous and polished and usually are very cooperative. Its roughly mid-way between Central Bangalore and the Airport. Airport would roughly be 40 to 45 mins away, and MG Road would also be roughly 40 mins away, depending on traffic. The immediate surroundings are dusty and narrow, though the main road is just 200m away. There's nothing of interest in the near vicinity, outside the hotel premises. Food is decent, though room service can be improved. The Sunday brunch was huge and totally worth it. Overall, a great property, on the outskirts of main Bangalore, where I would recommend a stay, only if proximity to the airport is your main priority.

The place is well maintained, peaceful and quite. It is probably a good place to laze around for the week end. I did not stay here, so cannot comment on the facilities. I did come here for an event and I can confirm it's got good conference halls.

If Movenpick at Aero India 2015 show, is this the same Hotel, then frankly that is the worst Paneer I had ever had in my life, so solid, not even a street side food would do it so hard, mexican fried rice — two star, roti so cold, pulav so coldly served and a whopping of Rs1000 per plate. I would not even have paid 200 rs properly for such a food. May be because it was open for public and no one would have commented on it, is that the reason that is how food quality was looked at?
