Great hotel and fantastic staff. Rooms are well appointed and very clean. The food is delicious and breakfast spread though not great in variety is very well made and delicious. Location is good but getting there during peak times can be a chore. Very well recommended.

Good for short business travel. With friendly staff and convenient location this is a good choice. However, hotels like Royal Orchid are not only bigger and better but are also offer good rates.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are very comfortable. They offer service apartments as well. The only issue I found was that they don't allow guests after 6PM. I think they should reconsider it and make it 9 or 10PM. The room service is very good. And they serve delicious food.

Very nice hotel to stay. I stayed at MG Road property. Nice rooms with all facilities like locker, hot water. Mini bar etc. Room service is very good. Staff behavior are also nice. 2 mins check inn and check out time. Front desk is very friendly. Restaurant is very nice and food quality is good. You can stay with your family also. The location of the hotel is very well.

Location is great, at the bottom of trinity station on MG Rd. Rooms are clean, modern and well equipped. Service is excellent. Everyone is helpful and kind. A bit expensive.

I have stayed here a few times and while the staff are unfailingly nice, helpful and professional, the rooms are getting worse and worse. This time the fabric on the chairs was badly ripped with the filling showing, water stains down the wall, sink slowly coming off the wall and the towel rail doing the same. Don't start me on the degree in hydraulics needed to figure out to get a warm shower — is there something wrong with installing a normal hot and cold tap? The shower pressure was lousy and between 10-7 no hot water. Apparently guests are meant to arrive at convenient hours and not need a shower after traveling all day…

I worked here its an excellent hospitality. Very NYC place to stay, especially for Businesses people's and office mates.

It's a small quaint hotel right in the middle of a very busy mg road near metro station. Though the interior is good and maintenance was good too.

Its a nice hotel not too big. Rooms are good too and provides all the necessities and essentials. Price could be a tad bit lower. Morning breakfast was good too with both continental and Indian options.

The hotel rooms are amazing as well as the services provided by them. The place is very near to places like Indiranagar, Commercial Street, Brigade Road and MG road. Also it is besides trinity metro station which helps in commuting.

Very accommodating. I requested a room switch to a higher level and the staff was able to make an immediate switch. Rooms are clean, quiet, and peaceful. I'm looking forward to the rest of my stay.

Good room, good service, and good breakfast. No complaints. Took one star off because the A/C control was a little confusing, no phone directory for service numbers.

I regularly visit this place for trainings, decent and nice place if you are looking out for a days meet or training. Perfectly suited banquet hall. I must say, good food served as well. But there is one small issue if u don't like a tiny looking unisex toilet.

A budget business hotel. Excellent rooms, but slightly slow on room service. Wifi is, surprisingly, limited to an hour a day free, and that to had to be in a contiguous block. Breakfast-so so.

Stayed here for couple of days. The place is small but very well taken care off. Clean n fresh.
