Beautiful place with friendly staff and tasty food!

The rooms are nice and neat. Near the room, there is an automatic shoe polisher, that's so kind of the hotel management. The menu card offers more than just a restaurant and it's reasonable too. Breakfast buffet was above satisfactory. The items, mainly the curries were well in spice and above in taste. (The swimming pool area need to be taken care of, only that's a Demerit. ) When on swimming, water spills from the other side. Management should try to avoid that at any cost, since guest will be annoyed if they r not allowed so and so. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable stay☺️!

Pleased with the service, cleanliness and food — 3 key aspects in a hotel for a business travelers. The hotel's close vicinity to Brigades and MG Road makes it easier for a stroll in the evening. My first visit to the hotel last month, is surely going to be the first of many more. Highly recommended.

Wouldn't classify as a 4 star. Food was great. Room was not that great. Remote didn't work as expected as it was taped. Shower was pouring water like a tap. Didn't have a locker but managed to get it. Thanks to the guy in the reception. Check in and out could have been quicker.

Excellent location. Food is also very good. Rooms are slightly small. One of the best business hotels in town. Customer services are also good.

Ambience is good. People are so cooperative from house keeping to room dining to managers. Breakfast buffet is good but menu is same each and every day, spent 28 days here. In menu, except a full course meal, everything seems at reasonable cost. Spa is available at separate charges though pool is open to all. Overall, had a nice experience.

Great location. My preferred work accommodation. The most comfortable, spacious and clean room & beds while working away. Love the restaurant and menu is interesting and delicious food. Staff friendly and attentive. Location is wonderful for shopping after work.

Big spacious rooms. Got a good deal so it was a good value for me. The in room dining as well as the complimentary buffet was good. Special mention to the excellent staff. I gave one star less due to water problems I faced during my stay. There was no water one night and for 2 nights there was no hot water. They have a really good swimming pool which you should try out. No gym is a bummer.

Nice comfortable rooms but people at reception are not at all professional. Check in and Check out are handled very poorly by the staffs. They make you wait for an hour for both and have no value for time. Rooms are pretty good and spacious. Location of the hotel is also prime.

Food is good but poor logistics I've attended 2 meetings on 2 separate days. Both days there was no toilet paper in the ladies washroom. Soap was missing. On informing the staff they pulled out soap dispenser from one washroom and replaced in the other and the reason given was that they were out of stock of soap. It's a prime location for business meetings. If only the housekeeping was better.

Great place to spend your evening. Staffs are friendly and pool side party place is just awesome.

The place is lovely. Location is fantastic. Sadly the room is too small, it ends in a few steps of entry. The service is also appreciated, how ever more than the room the outskirts of hotel is fabulous! Loved the area. So lively and super crowded. U must at least visit thre outskirts of this hotel.

A nice hotel in downtown Bangalore. There are a lot of shopping malls nearby. The hotel staff's service attitude is very good, very professional. There is an airport pick-up service. I particularly like the hotel restaurant dishes, especially the Brayani rice. The buffet in the morning is also very good. The only drawback is that the room is small, little space, Wi-Fi signal is poor, password must be updated every day, very inconvenient. In any case, it is a cost-effective hotel on the whole.

This is a good business hotel. Very centrally located. The staff and service is always good. The rooms could be a little bigger but they are always clean and well kept. The breakfast is good if you like Indian food which I do. They do have chicken sausages, potatoes and a few Continental items, and also a good egg station. There is also a good selection of fruits as well. They don't have a gym but there is a fitness first in the adjacent building which is handy.

After initially booking for 1 night, I stayed wçhere for 3 nights since the Hotel was so good. Everything about this place is top notch. Location, Rooms, Housekeeping, service & food. Surely staying here again…

The ambience is really nice. But the buffet is not at all good. It's not tasty at all. Variety is also very less.

We stayed in this beautiful Hotel from 3-9 March 2018 as part of a family group. The location is superb on the Brigade Road. There are excellent shopping centres, shops and fine dining just walking distance from the hotel. The restaurant located in the hotel is excellent and caters for all meals. The morning breakfast is something we looked forward to. The breakfast spread is excellent and meets the need of every guests. It serves both South Indian, continental and north Indian meals. The rooms are very clean and in house service is of very high quality. The staff of the hotel are extremely courteous and meet the requirements of the guests with exceptional professionalism. A great place to stay in the heart of Bangaluru.

Excellent place to be in Bangaluru for business purposes. Right on the lactation of Brigade Road and Mcgrath Road. It's on a busy street where everything is readily accessible. Cab, food, hotels, shopping, transportation everything. Hotel staff is very quick and efficient while checking Inn or check outs. Rooms are big in size as compared to theses new age small and economical hotels. Perfect place for business visitors and city visitors to feel homely and be in a busy street.

We went for a birthday party. Ambience is good. Food is average overall. Some items are very good and some are really bad. Staff behavior is good. Parking is an issue. I parked in a nearby mall by paying parking charges. Not a good place if kids wanted to enjoy. But for small parties or get together this place is good.

Roof top is good. Food is average. The salad is very good here.

Its good place to have a food. I felt the tasty is yummy and servants use to delay to give utensils. They should be more proactive.

The hotel provides a great space for corporate meetings and event within a decent budget. The pool side is the best place for a dinner and an after party for a capacity of 100 people. I won't say food was a great one but still decent enough for the budget.

It is a good hotel adhering to 3 star standard. Very well maintained, with fecility of small conference halls. It is equipped with 60 rooms.

Nice place for conference. I use this for my Entrepreunership Development Program that I conduct in association with MSME/NIESBUD, pleasent and wonderful Service from GM Trishul Kalappa and his team.

Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Its a great place to have lunch with smaller group of friends.

Very well located on brigade road, clean, great breakfast very friendly staff… value for money, I paid Rs. 3200 for a single occupancy for a night… I feel if you book directly it will be much cheaper… I sure will stay there again.

A very budget and mediocre business hotel. Food is quiet good. With more or less all amenities, this hotel is a perfect place to stay at, amidst the centre of the city.

Great business hotel with excellent breakfast buffet! It is nearby MG road Bangalore and Rex Theatre. The staff is courteous. There's a CCD and petrol pump only 100 meters from the hotel.

Really an awesome place to visit, yes, food was really yumm. Especially Non-Veg was really tasty. Ambience was really good. Each and every single penny is worth spending for food over here. Imagine you sit by pool side and having a city view from there, it was really good.
