This Is one of the best hotel for food.

Good value for money, hood food but service was not yet running smoothly. New formula appeals.

Extremely surprised that how an Ibis hotel can mess up service deliveries at so many levels! Worst hotel ever! A 1000 rupee guesthouse would be cleaner and responsive than this!

This is a review of the restaurant, where we went for a team dinner. The buffet spread was pathetic. The staff were cold and unwelcoming. They forgot every other order we gave, and had to be reminded repeatedly. The air conditioning was dismal, and on complaining multiple times and the response we got was this: "Sir, this is Centralized Air condition. We cannot do anything. " I think that sentence itself summarizes the utter coldness with which you would be treated if you have the misfortune of visiting their restaurant. Don't go there.

I have stayed at this Hotel quite a few times. Its a very nice hotel with comfortable rooms. The Breakfast spread is great as well and I have always found the staff to be very courteous and helpful.

Very unprofessional behaviour and no value for customer. We booked four rooms but had to end up sharing rooms coz the gave away our paid/booked room to someone else. Give 2 star only because the manager was professional and hospitable else even 0 star would have been more for their initial behaviour.

The friendliest staff I've ever seen. Good location and value for the price. However rooms are too small, I saw bigger rooms in 2-stars hotels.

Perfect location just beside UB city Mall. Though the rooms are small but its enough for a single person. The staff is also quite good. I would recommend to go for it if you are looking for a good place at a decent price.

Very nice, apt for the budget. Very courteous staff and accommodating. Breakfast was good… Check in/out was swift. Rooms nice and clean. This one is pretty close to majestic station/bustop. Overall good experience.

A very upscale and hospitable hotel. The people are more friendly than necessary. The service is excellent and I would praise it more than once again. The food in it's kitchen is lovely, lip smacking and rememberable. This is no less than 5 stars for me.

I stayed IBIS for 2 nights. I was on business trip. Nice city view and nice room. Service provided by staff was really good. The food also really good. Nice spread of breakfast. I surely recommend it to my friends.

It took some time for me to reply to this because I was considering the best way to write an unbiased review. I had booked two rooms in your hotel few days ago, I had called your hotel a day earlier informing them that I would be arriving in the very early hours of the morning (3:00 to 4:00 AM), they told me that an extra day would be charged as it was an early arrival (check-in time in your hotel is 2:00 PM). I arrived the next day at 4:00 AM, I asked at the reception whether they would charge anything for which they said yes, I asked if our allotted rooms were available they replied it was vacant, but even then the a days charge would be applied, I explained to them that I only need the room to get freshened up (we had traveled almost 24 hrs continuously on the roads, in Mumbai), and in any case would be leaving at 7:00 for another meeting. Your front desk staff was most in-considerate and un-helpful. Then I asked for just a single room which we could use, for this too they replied in the negative. I have never seen such behavior in the hospitality industry particularly from the Ibis group. I have traveled around the world on business and have stayed in Ibis hotels in South American countries, Turkey etc. My check-ins would sometimes be in odd hours, even then they have never refused a room or even charged for it, as I would be using it only for a few hours. It seems silly anyway to refuse a booked room just because the guest turned in early.

Hygienic, Have All Facilities. Maintenance is Awesome. Very Supportive. Food are Delicious. Felt like a Home.

A value for money place in the heart of Bangalore. Decent rooms, nice service especially the front desk and easy access makes this place a good value especially when you are on a business visit.

Perfect hotel for business stay. The rooms are clean and functional. The staff is courteous and helpful. However I found the staff at the reception to be more curt than courteous. The breakfast menu is quite exhaustive but is not spicy. An additional perk is its proximity to Cubbon Park which allows for an early morning stroll if you are an early riser.

Very worst service. The room service was very bad… Plates and coffee cups were left out without cleaning for the whole day… We rang up to the reception and asked them to send a person who can help us taking our luggage's, we was hardly waiting for 10 minutes… none came… Room was very small… In simple… No securities will guide you in the parking area… you can get some nice hotels at affordable rates instead…

Good parking and the coffee shop is affordable. Nice unobtrusive service and friendly staff. Clean and airy with lots of room to have a quiet business meeting.

IBIS is well located in the city centre. Rooms are good, clean and self sufficient. Nice breakfast to start morning. They have some or the other promotions for bar. Near to U B city and M G road.

I'd say the service is quite poor here. Not upto the 'stars' which they showcase. When asked for an extra bed, all they provide is a topper, which was fine, but what was surprising was the attitude shown by them when asked for an extra blanket and a pillow that too a day later! What they said was that they had already provided a 'topper' the day before (omg! ) and that is all they do, Who cares if the guest feel a little cold. I'd say this is the first time I am having such an experience in a seemingly good hotel! Felt very disappointed.

A traditional ibis experience, small compact and utilitarian rooms. Prompt service and well connected to all parts of bengaluru.

Good view from top… Open terrace… But limited space… Food is not as good as expected… But certainly shouldn't miss the view… can see Bangalore city lights from here.

Same as other IBIS properties. Neat Clean and compact. Location is good. Cleanliness of common areas may be improved. Staff is supportive & friendly. A little more attention by staff to details & surrounding will add to rating.

Very lovely place. Nice ambiance. Good food and various taste. They have Paani-Poori too. Restaurant and baar is together with nice decoration. Enjoyed stay. Rooms are good. Well behaved and very well dressed staff. Too far 35-36 km from airport but near to bus stand and railway station. Located centrally.

I have only used their restaurant. The The multi-cusine buffet spread is very delicious and would cater to a wide cross cross section of guests. I have eaten in the restaurant many times and every occasion I had very satisfying experience. Staff also are courteous. Good business class un-ostentatious eating place with clean functional ambience.

This is a good place for business travellers. No good restaurant nearby. Wi-Fi complimentary, breakfast free, option of smoking and non-smoking rooms, they have gymnasium, meeting rooms. Restaurant is located at zero level. Ample space for parking.

In terms of decor, this is like any other Ibis hotel — compact, clean, practically-furnished rooms with Ibis-typical semi-circular pod bathrooms. Where it really wins points is the location — central but still relatively quiet. Service is great and parking is ample.

It was my first stay at ibis bengaluru city centre. It was awesome experience. I loved the front office staff. There were friendly and active.

Should specifically asked for any floor other than 2nd floor if you do not smoke. The rooms are pretty small compared to other hotels which charge the same. Had breakfast and buffet dinner, both are nice there.

Amazing Hotel. Althogh Rooms Are Small (Not Recommended For Family Travelers) But Well Managed. Located In The Heart Of Bangalore. Breakfast Not So Good But Timings Are Very Flexible From 4 Am To 12 Pm So You Can Have Anytime. Mainly It Is For Solo Or Business Travelers and at the last if we compare with price point ration then it is amazing because in Rs 3500 you are getting every Required Thing.

Cramped up rooms and washrooms, Zero hospitality, low IQ staff, poor quality food and limited range in breakfast menu. To summarize politely, completely avoidable.

Clean rooms, but very small. The bathroom is also very small, but no questions around cleanliness. Breakfast and dinner buffet just okay with limited choices. Personally, I didn't like the quality of cooking, but that may be okay with others. Okay for one person on Business travel for short duration. A complete no for families with kids, specially if the plan is to stay in one room. The size of the bed is not appropriate to sleep with kids and the rooms aren't big enough to put an extra bed. Overall, stay here is you just need a clean place to sleep and just a decent place to eat and drink.

Location, location, location. Overseeing UB city @ Richmond road, can't ask for more when on business trips. Facilities & service as good as any other ibis.

Bangalore being such a beautiful city, the hotel changes the experience. Ibis only provides with a room with a bed, TV, a plastic bathroom (that looks like the washroom of an airplane). Everything else is on a chargeable basis, even "toothpaste". All these can be to a certain extent neglected, but, not the attitude of the staff. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The hotel is really good. I just spent one day for an interview. There facilities are top notch. The lunch buffet was really good. One complaint is they charged me 120 rupee for 2 colour printouts.

Had a Buffet Lunch and Dinner — good variety of salads and vegetarian food. Staff was generous enough to get me "chapatees" even though it was not part of menu. Just opposite of ITC Gardenia.

One of the worst hotel in my life. Cheated me from very beginning. Refused to cancel my booking charged extra enormous for few hours early check in. I ordered papaya juice and charged 100 rupees service charge in addition to 100 for juice. Staff attitude really bad and lift not functioning properly. Overall horrible experience in my life. I had pleasure in staying hotel pride few months back. Please don't take up this hotel.
