Rooms are good and spacious, restrooms attached are also hygienic. Hotel has its own restaurant with genuine price. Both A/C and Non A/C rooms available Location is good and local market is near.

A good place to have Non-Veg food. You can find a variety of fresh juices as well. However there is no parking to this hotel, but yes they do provide lodging as well. The place is behind the ayyappa temple which is right on the main road, so easily accessible. Not more crowded.

Me and my wife went to Bangalore on last week for collecting her conversation certificate from the college and we have stayed here from morning 7 to evening 6 and I have paid them directly 1200/ — Make my trip and goibibo I have found same room rates around 800to900 but I need to check in morning and check out evening as per my bus timing so I have directly booked with them. Room and bathroom is good. What I didn't like is there bedroom linens which is not washed, it's used by at least 10 to 20 other guests. Those bedsheets and duvet covers makes the stay funky and the pillow covers are toned.

Compact Rooms at affordable price. Excellent service. Restaurant serves tasty food. 24 hrs Power backup. Very friendly management and staff. Bathrooms were neat well maintained. Pleasant stay and memorable experience.

There is no standard tariff fixed. They charge as per their wish and situation. Maintenance is poor. Soiled bedsheets. Broken bathroom lock (Room No. L7). Impolite restaurant in charge. Worst tandoori items. Never check in without finalising the rate. Don't ask the manager to prepare the bill before leaving. Somebody will prepare the bill for excessive rates and will say that bill had been raised and nothing can be done.

Good but full crowded area.

Hotel atmosphere and room maintenance is good double bedroom ac is 1750rs at 2017 Jul 14th. Food is very tasty and room service also available… for service vise I give 0/10 mark to this hotel management. But worst management and service… little drop of food was fall on bedsheet for that they charged 300rs. Its felt like bad service if this hotel. I never suggest this hotel ever. Your spend your money so, we expect only good service. Avoid here. Also no bike barking is available. You should park your vehicle on road. Not secure of your vehicle also.

A Business class hotel in madiwala with all facilities and have a good restaurant. Suggested for couples and backpackers.

Good hotel with reasonable pricing… The AC rooms are good but it needs a bit of cleaning up and a change of sheets… Really fast internet… Good staff and their kitchen is open from 12 to 12… The food was pretty decent too…

Decent stay for budget hotel. Pros: 1. Located just behind the madiwala ayyapa temple, better connectivity to other places. Best for commuters, who look for only night stay and better bus connectivity local/Kerala /Tamil nadu 2. Many restaurants are available around the place. You can have whichever Kerala/ Tamil/Karnataka / North Indian foods. 3. The same hotel runs Nile garden restaurant, you can order the food there, they provide room service 4. They give free welcome kit (soap, shampoo), Wi-Fi Cons: 1. Area is always crowded. 2. Need to have some more proper maintenance, bathroom floor was little oily, room bit smells, soap holder not there in bathroom. 3. Bedsheet and blanket looks little dirt.

It is one of the cheapest stay in bangalore and has a restaurant within it, which is legitimate, overall it is a good hotel.

This place is good for short stay. The room is clean and doesn't smell. But I can see few cockroaches here and there. The bathroom is spacious. The hotel is easily accessible, just behind Madiwala ayyapan temple (just take the cut near the Udupi hotel)

No parking available. Clean rooms given when you book through OYO. It's okay for a quick stay. The roads get crowded during early morning and its noisy.
