The food is amazing and the laal maans is a must try!

We had been to Four Points by Sheraton for women's day celebration. The ambience is great and friendly staff too. The food was amazing, with different salad options, variety of non-veg with salad options, starters and main course was really good. For me the desert and biryani was the highlight.
Their suits and hotel decor is very authentic with Karnataka and Hampi themed interiors.
Would definitely visit again and highly recommend it to anyone in Bangalore or traveling to Bangalore.

Excellent food and to specifications as well! We needed gluten free and dairy free and it was made exactly how we wanted it. The quality was great and we really liked how prompt the delivery was as well. The tava chicken and the pepper chicken are a must try!

Terrible food!. Horrible staff especially the restaurant head steward Yash who was controlling all other stewards and if we ask to get dishes from live counters to any steward, Yash was controlling them and was serving was severely delayed.
Food was bad and breads were provided after 25-30 minutes of ordering and coffee and tea were kept as part of buffet which Yash informed will be on chargeable basis, we being vegetarians asked for Chefs choice but Yash informed Chef will give but I cannot provide it.
Overall very bad experience. I need to thank Mr. Rajeev who provided cake for my son birthday celebrations.

Very loud noise from inside and outside. AC nearly not working and very soft bed. Nevertheless room was clean and stuff friendly. Breakfast not much interkontinental but lot of Indian choises.

POOR service. U will be shocked to see that even after getting a booking confirmation over mail, on my arrival staff told that no rooms available — it was a late night check in. I need to be rude to finally get a room.
when this issue was highlighted next day morning, their FOM ignored it and flew away from the scene.
no standards of marriott are kept by this property. Very very poor.

It has good options in buffet and food is awesome.

Clean rooms, excellent customer service. Great food options. Management is focused on customer satisfaction. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Definitely recommendable!

Good hotel in Whitefield. It also has various rooms to conduct programs. It is just located near to Hope farm junction and has good surrounding. Staffs are friendly. The interior is beautiful. Services are excellent. Whitefield is a crowded place, but you will feel peaceful once you are in the hotel. Didn't try dining, so not idea about the food. All in all, services and facilities are good.

Service was incredible. The location was crowded, because whitefield, but inside the hotel it was calm and relaxing. Food was lovely. Price is a little steep. I'm being paid to write a review. I haven't even actually been here.

Stayed here for one week and absolutely loved the experience. The service is quick and good. Especially, kudos to the restaurant team who will see to that that you will have your stomach filled with happiness. The room service is also quick and good! Totally loved it!

We had been greatly Welcomed and staff over there is awesome. They are ready to Help out any queries we have. Service is also excellent. However, four star is for room space is less compared to the price of room. Room dining is not that great for the price we pay. Breakfast buffet is good. But still it’s good to stay couple of nights. Good hotel with everything that a traveler would need. Spacious, neat and clean rooms, good and friendly staff. They have a decent gym and swimming pool, Only one complain that my laundry wasn’t picked up, guest services disconnect my call twice and answer call after 3 attempts. Very disappointed.

The buffet starters were not that great. We ended up ordering separate starters which were tasty. Rest of the food was good. Ambience was nice and lovely.

The hotel is best in good range. The amenities are good, provide office pickup n drop free. The restaurant staff is too courteous. They take care of your requirements. Provide free internet. Nearby you find super mall etc. Overall good facility.

The hotel is brilliant. We had gone there for New year's Eve and the party was spectacular. There was a wide variety of food, drinks and music. There was Indian, old English, Bollywood DJ, pub, etc. The food was really good and the service was commendable. The rooms too are really comfortable, clean and correspond to it's 5 stars.

The ambience is fantastic… Varieties of food especially the salads and the candied ginger… The non veg food has no varieties… They just have 4 dishes where as the vegetarians would find a lot of options… Dry fruits can also be picked by the guest… Kool service… The non veg buffet menu could be 1000times much better…

It's a nice place to have a lunch or dinner. I had given my birthday treat at this place. The ambience is superb, the quality of food is very good. There is a separate room for a group of 10 to 12 people who wish to party away from the crowd. There were 2 non veg starters, both of them were excellent. The dessert was really nice. The main course includes both Chinese and continental which were good enough.

Really peaceful and quiet… The stay was a relaxing and refreshing one… A roof top swimming pool with a good view of the city… Good room service and a wonderful spread for breakfast…

Great ambience. This is Easy accessible. No traffic. Food is also great. Staff behavior is also nice. Well trained…

Ambience was cool but the quality of the standard was very poor, the towel kept there for after shower was dirty and looks very old. Access of restaurant also went difficult while having dinner in the top floor. We have been denied for ordering the food from other restaurant in first floor and after several discussions a nice manager helped us to get what we need to have. Hope to see the better quality and maintain the standard of Sheraton soon in this campus.

It is a fivestar hotel located far from the city. The Hotel is near to our office and hence we have booked this hotel. They also provide pick up and drop from Office. The Hotel is neat and clean with basic facilities. Very reasonably priced. The rooms are very good with high speed internet facility, big beds, working table etc… The breakfast menu is quite elaborate with options of all kinds of Indian cuisines. The people are helpful and courteous too. The cars are neat and clean. I recommend this to traveler who are visiting Bangalore and have work at this part of the city (white field). (Remember that this is far from the main city. If you have work at city then you need to travel 4 hrs in Bangalore traffic. )

I think this is the best hotel for this area. Service is good. Staff is friendly and useful. Good to be a business hotel. Airport pick up service is too expensive (~2800++) but you may need if you're arrive at night. Breakfast is almost the same every day. Dinner is also, same. However, taste is ok. Many Indian food for trying.

A good hotel in Whitefield area. I was here few times to attend meetings and conferences. Very friendly staff and good food. Last time I had breakfast here along with my friends, good spread and tasty food. Hotel is easy to locate and parking is available.

The ambience is nice, tad breezy for some evenings. We mostly ordered grills at Coyla — loved the tandoor drumsticks with cheese and prawns with chilli. The floating candle on the table surely adds a splendid charm to the quality time spent. The complimentary birthday cake they served was yum to the core.

The room was top notch and the comforter was of the highest quality I have seen in a hotel. Got a really good sleep. They have a super breakfast spread as well and service is quick and hospitable.

Not so great food wise although yet to check out koyla but had decent ambience.

We had Birthday Bash of our grand-daughter Priyanshi today at Four Points by Sheraton. The arrangement & FOOD was awesome, tasty, superb. Really we were amazed for the service and cooperative attitude of entire staff of this nice & awesome hotel with fantastic ambience. Best wishes to all of them.

Four points by Sheraton is good for corporate lunches or dinners. They have wide varieties of indian (sount n north), Chinese and continental food menu, and also buffet lunch & dinner. They have bar also which has various schemes like happy hours, happy 90 mins etc. Food taste is mediocre and ambience perfectly suits for corporate or family functions as they have function halls.

A very good, nice and a peaceful place to be. Hospitality of treating guest were quick and good including interiors, the quality of food and service. But only phenomenon which was very disturbing was the power backup wasn't arranged properly while being in conference in one of the Hall (Kalinga)

It's a place that satisfies the palate with the best service and tastiest food. Love to go to this place with family again and again.

Brilliant arrangement for a small party that was customized on our request last weekend. The manager Satish went extra miles to make a perfect party for my kids birthday, be it sumptuous buffet or the ambience setting, he was all there. The courteous staff and the luxurious Sheraton brand's lavish dinner buffet spread made all our guests feel heavenly and delighted. Kudos and keep it up Satish and team. Will certainly plan another party and spread the word around.

Starters were yummy and the desserts were wow. Food was served freshly and the team who attended to us were really very friendly and polite. Just missed a bit of spice in the curries but well can understand that was meant for a mix of guests. Overall an awesome place to dine.

Worst experience. We had booked for lunch buffet for team of 15. They had interchanged the boards for veg n non veg soup. All vegeterians ended up having chicken soup! Cutlets in veg starters were not baked properly. Time taken to serve starters was huge. There was no lemon flavor in lime soda… desserts n main course was good.
