This property has got all that needs to provide a comfortable stay. However the Hotel should keep interest in the kitchen too, as I see a scope for improvement. The electricity backup needs a serious attention.

I really wanted to cancel. Because there was no proper response from the receptionist and phone number which has been displayed in the email was not getting connected. Wen I asked the receptionist for help he simply replyed that he is helpless and I cannot do anything. It was really a worst experience and I would newer refer to my friends this site. And the big question is wen we cancel without even staying. Why there is no refund?

Restaurant was under renovation. Room service only. Not as good as Lords Ankleshwar — that was awesome. Great staff though.

Located in a decent residential area they provide rooms worth for money (had booked two under Goibibo offers) which were clean, with well cushioned beds. Humble staff, great room service. Food of their restaurant was ok ok, there wasn't any separate parking space for the vehicles, and most importantly none of them understands or speaks kannada for which I limit to 4stars!

Cozy place. Very comfortable and worth the money paid. Food is good. The breakfast was served in room. Only drawback was that they do not offer a great variety, especially South Indian breakfast options. The staff are friendly. The room was a little cramped. Overall, a cozy place to stay for families and couples alike.

Located in a residential area, hotel low on staff and very poorly maintained rooms. None of the other rooms were booked during my stay overall a pretty bad experience.

Yesterday there was our show at Lords Eco Inn Jaya Nagar… It was really an amazing place! I was soooo much impressed by their staff, their hospitality, d way they treated us was awesome… hotel, manger treated us soooo affectionately like his own family members… mr. Raphael… thanks a lot Raphael! Unfortunates, I was slipped down… The whole staff ran for me n I was treated with ice pack, violini. One of d staff massaged my foot… lv u all staff… Plz plz do visit this hotel in Bangalore…

All the comments and low rating may deter people from booking this hotel for a stay. But luckily for me I had stayed in one of thier hotels in Somnath and just loved the people and the place and food. So I thought I will give this a try. The place is located on the road parallel to the main Ashoka pillar road and is easily accessible. The location is cozy and private. The food was great and the people especially the restaurant staff were superb. I have stayed in multiple locations across Jayanagar and I think this was the best stay.

Located in the heart of Jayanagar. Yet in a residential area away from traffic. Great rooms and good service.

Front desk staff very rude. Don't know how to behave with customers. They will never listen to your problem. Okay ish hotel. No proper restaurant and nothing much in complementary breakfast. Rooms very small and smelly. Get a better hotel at same rates.

Rooms we were very dirty. My grandparents stayed in this hotel twice and we did not get hot water in the morning when we wanted to shower. If I call up the reception, the lady said that she cannot do anything as she does not know what to do. When I spoke to the manager Mr. Sanjeev, he was very very rude and he said you cannot call for every small problem. He told us if we want we can check out. Very very rude of him. He should be fired.

Bad experience. Service provided was very poor. Manager and service staff don't know how to talk to guests. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

A great place to stay within budget and the best of the services!
