What’s good: -Great location, has plenty of restaurants and cafe within 100 mts from the restaurant door -Great staff, best I have seen in recent times. They were literally in service for 24X7. Ice cubes served at 3AM is next level. Swiggy orders delivered to room. -Promised amenities. What is promised is what you get. What could be better: -The rooms were decent but under par and bit dingy given how beautiful the hotel looks from outside -Bathrooms are clean but needs an upgrade soon.

The hotel staff was so good and helpful. Receptionist Rajiv and the all-rounder boy Bhola was amazing guys. These people helped in all the ways from the day I came till the last day I got shifted to my house. These 15 days in this hotel was no less then a home.

Hotel located@ hot of the city. Easy to move anywhere. I can suggest a well safe hotel for families too. Executive room what I choose is really good. Hospitality is awesome. While check in and check out good response and friendly treated by receptionist Mr. Rajiv hats off to him. Only thing is delayed breakfast not in time…

Everything as told and expected, despite the staff, who were better than expected. The guy at reception, housecleaing ppl and brrakfast… all perfect. Good. Location and very accessible.

This hotel in Indira Nagar Bangalore has comfortable stay, friendly and helping staff. Wi-Fi facility is satisfactory, if not outstanding. They don't have kitchen or dining area, but the if you have breakfast included in plan, they serve in the room. You don't get luxury of buffet breakfast, but their menu makes sure that you are well fed for the start of the day.

Clean rooms and Lenin. Staff was polite and helpful. Location of the hotel is very good.

Its a nice place to stay. The location is pretty good and is surrounded by many pubs and restaurants. The only drawback is that the hotel does not have its own restaurant. The staff is polite and helpful.

Staff is not very professional nor the in-house service by them. Only good thing is hotel location else it doesn't worth the money. Not a 3star property, It deserve 2star and same rating. No food service avail. Breakfast is fine but very limited qty. They charge 30rs for each water bottles (printed MRP 19rs) In my room telephone was not working, each time I need to go to reception for everything. Also they forget or very slow in providing the room service. Overall Pathetic experience. I'm giving 2 Star rating just because of its location else with such employees it ain't gonna work in long run.

Rooms are a little congested but have all amenities — ac, hot water, tele (no teabags) — for this cost this location is better than being worth.

I've stayed here at least five times and the experience has only gotten better. Great value for money, Hygenic and comfy beds and linen, convenient location (except, maybe for that zumba fitness center right in front of it that plays music awfully loud. But I liked the view though), very cordial staff. Only downside… the bathrooms. They are neat and all but a bit crammed. The place is not brand new… its just renovated and it shows.

I like it's location. Very near to all pubbing places and eataries. For breakfast only have south Indian.

Rooms are Ok. Need make over. Service is very poor. House keeping is poor. Torn blankets. Drinking water not provided. Had to remind number of times to provide bathing towels. Tea not available till 7.30 am.

Grt location right next to 12th main Indiranagar. Near a park, so it doesn't feel like a crammed up biz hotel but more like a town house feel.

Best hotel in heart of ooty. Walking distance from botanical garden. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Nothing could be better than this.
