Keys Select Hosur Road is one of the peaceful and best hotel that I've been ever visited hotel till now. For Bangalore trippers, I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone. The ambience is too good. Great proactive staffs who is willing to go above and beyond with their work. As I am very choosy and specific towards my food. My order was personally taken care by the Executive Chef and each time more delicious. He gave me many options in food. Loved the experience and will visit again.

I was here with my family for lunch. Buffet was just awesome my parents liked the ambiance and the taste of food. I really enjoyed the buffet and Kati roll live counter. Dessert we're also too good just loved the buffet. The cost is just 525 for sure I will visit again.

Though the hotel is not too big but the rooms are comfortable and the guest service team is very helpful. The food is also good and full of options. Loved my stay here. Would certainly recommend.

I visited here for mother's Day dinner with family. N my one yr old son was in full naughty mood. The staff over there were very supportive. N obviously food was really good. We will visit soon again n will recommend to frds n family.

Comfortable stay is what I can call it. The major issue is availability of conveyance from/to this place if you are an avid Ola user. Hotel taxis are expensive, as everyone know it… but I must admit that one was available in less than 5 minutes when I requested for it. The staff is excellent. They are very prompt, friendly, polite, understanding and helpful. The food is a mixed bag of "good" and "okay". Rooms are fine. Even the one facing main road is not noisy (traffic noise does not reach the room) … I am assuming thanks to well done glass walls. Newspaper options can be more elaborate. Toiletries can be better. Linen is perfect. Check-in/out was smooth.

Overall a good stay. Good and helpful staff. The rooms were considerably smaller. The dinner and breakfast buffet was well presented. The nonstick pans used at the omelette station was completely worn out and black. Spoke to the Chef and he had promised to replace it.

Stay was superb…, All the staffs are awesome. Breakfast buffet having many options. Zoom car is in the basement hence lots of flexibility while going out. Very approachable from Mainroad and city is not very far.   Overall our stayed was valued and worthy. We enjoyed our stay.

It was an overall good hotel. The rooms where okay but not that great compared to the other keys hotel that I have been to l. The staffs are really friendly and will always help with a smile.

The rooms here are comfortable and good but it's not much spacious. The room service is great and staff is extremely well trained. The location is not good as there is a flyover at front that creates problem at night due to hectic traffic.

Pretty clean and cozy place. Good service and professional service. With such high standards I found only the washrooms not upto the mark. Rest all was great.

We visited this place on a Friday noon for lunch with team. Ambience is okay. Courteous staffs, soups, salads, starter were good whereas they need to work more on main course & dessert section. Cut fruits were not healthy ones Overall one time visit place.

I celebrated my kids 1st birthday out here. Staffs are really good. All the arrangement was superb Guest count 30 — 50 can easily be accomodated not more than that inside hall. Please consider windy evening may spoil your party if you are doing the arrangement outside. Food was really good Locality is really good.

Dear friends,, on 17 march2018, we hosted my baby s birthday party at keys party hall,,,, n it was the worst experience,,, the food was much below our expectations. Their only aim was to do cost cutting,,,,, starters were not served well,,,, just few quick rounds. Waiters were not available so many a times I had to serve the guests,,, to keep up the show. They charged us 1500₹ for food tasting,,,, n without prior information it was added to the party bill. Though ice cream was in the menu,,, it was not added in the dinner spread,,,, we had to remind them to add it. It was the worst experience. I would advise all the readers not to spoil their party by trusting them. Trust me Never had such a bad experience. They ruined our daughters first birthday party. N worst part was no one was there to heed to our complaint. Dr. Babita.

Nice hotel with good infrastructure and well-designed architecture. Best place for event organizing and meetings regarding business purposes. Transportation is easy to visit from all places and it is located just beside to the service road, hosur main road. Selfee spot too.

Guests not allowed after 7pm — first time experiencing a rule like that in a hotel! And the quality of service is even more pathetic. Duty manager had absolutely no clue / authority to make a decision.

The rooms are very small. Two people would find it cramped. Otherwise it's adequate. They have a shortage of refrigerators so if your room doesn't have one you will need to ask for it. The room I stayed in had some water issues… the water stopped in the middle of a shower! The staff are friendly and are quick to serve. As a business hotel it's tolerable.

No exhaust in bathroom — just a vent. And so if your s#! @ smells bad it will pervade not only the bathroom but your room as well. Poor design. Breakfast is good. Keys got my "key" messed up. Asked me 611 but on the key envelop 610 was written.

A loads full of appreciation to this hotel and yes everything from staff behaviour to room management and everything was quite good and best at sometime. But the gym has limited machines and washroom only has a provision of hand shower with no tap facility they should provide this as well with shower. Overall this hotel is amazing.

Google reviews were apt. The rooms are a bit small but the place is nice. The restaurant serves a nice buffet and the staff are professional and courteous.

Nice business hotel. No nonsense. The conference hall is well maintained. The food is good. Less Verity for Vegetarian food. Buffet is good and well spread. Convenient for team size of 50 to conduct workshop or trainings.

Overall, the hotel and location is great. Staff is quite cooperative as well. We went there for the Diwali celebrations and booked their hall along with the bar adjacent to the buffet area. It was well organized and the buffet spread was great as well. The ambience of the place is quite elegant with simple designs and colors all around.

Compact and Modern rooms to make your business stay perfect. Being a frequent traveler this is my sixth stay at Keys group of Hotel. They maintain almost equal standard in their all hotels. This property is in prime location of Hosur Road at Electronic City, Bangalore. Clean bathrooms with Grohe fitted showers and bathroom fittings. Toiletrees are also good. Only con is. The TV is very small size.

Compact, well furnished rooms. All care taken for a business traveller. Value for money for short stays. Excellent breakfast with a wide spread of choices including power breakfast and a special diet corner for diabetes. Quick service and a friendly reception willing to help with any needs. Brief but pleasant stay. Will go again anytime.

A small restaurant with good options for a dine. Its on the cheaper edge of a fine dine and too many options cant be expected. Buffet would be an ideal choice to make.

A truly cozy business class hotel. Although rooms are small but full of premium features. Specially the buffet they are serving in breakfast and dinner are interesting. Room service is also good. Staffs are well mannered.

Best place to arrange team dinner and lunch buffet. Hotel is well near to local bus stop and no issues about transportation. Hotel rooms are clean and tidy, but smaller in size. 4/5.

Ultimate breakfast. View of the highway from the rooms are too good. They provide iron also in the rooms. Washroom is good. Only the bed and TV is small.

The room and bed is so tiny. It's not worth it for the value of money. I'm not at all satisfied with room with this value. TV is also small. But at a good part, They have given the iron with board already, no need of asking also the lobby and hotel is very good. The best part is it's breakfast. It's seriously wow! Best ever breakfast I had in hotels. Infinite options was available. You can't even taste 50%of them. I loved the food and the dining area you actually feel the luxury this time.

A very good business hotel. On Hosur road itself and hence very easy to locate. Nice rooms, very good restaurant and polite staff. Plenty of parking inside premises. Ideal place to stay if you are visiting electronic city or south Bangalore.

The buffet had quite ample varieties to be tried but the quality was not too much for the per plate price. Items were average but not way too delicious. The desserts were a great relief especially the sweets, which made it worth a visit. A recommended place for a fine dine, but buffet I am not sure.

Room is not that well built or clean as mentioned on other reviews and websites, only few staff members are courteous, Free Wi Fi is only on papers.

I prefer staying here while on work. Great service. Comfy rooms. No idea about cost though!

Don't go to this hotel until and unless you've no options in this category. They have small wall tv. No good service. Poor room ambience. Yes, the breakfast and dinner buffet was good. Also, no good place in the hotel vicinity.

Great rooms a good place to stay and best value.

We had a very bad experience with Keys Hotel, Hosur Road, Electronic city, Bangalore. We had gone for a buffet lunch on a Saturday. But when we enter the dining session they told us no buffet, but only Alacarte. So we went by menu. Ordered a plain rice, fish curry and a tandoori roti. It took more than half an hour for them to serve the order! After all, when it came there was a small cup of white rice and the same small quantity of fish curry with 3 pieces of fish which all equal to small panneer cubes! Now the tandoori roti was little bigger than a pappad! We just finished the lunch, we did not want to order more, since the dishes are costly. The bill came, Rs 530/. The white rice is nearly Rs 110, fish curry 275 and the roti 60 rupees. Tax extra. When we asked whether any feedback form available at the counter, one guy told no, other guy told yes and gave us. Since they find that we were too unhappy with their serve, they gave us 20% discount! first time we are seeing discount on lunch when asked! After all these drama when I gave my debit card, they tried it in 2 machines and told us "system busy". But even though I had cash, we told them to come till the ATM machine so that we will withdraw and give the money. Now their access machine started working :). We never expected this kind of disappointing treatment from a 4 star hotel. In fact nearly 3 years back we had gone there to have a dinner buffet. Things were very much OK that time.

An ok hotel. Not so great as expected but I reccemond svenska hotels in electronic city not far off from keys. But the rooms of keys were not so good but in the end I conclude it is okay.

Nice hotel to stay, conveniently located in the hosur road, covered car parking, good buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, friendly staff particularly in the cafeteria, reasonable rates, gym and good security features. Only facility missing is inhouse laundry. Recommended.
