The staff are very welcoming and very helpful. The rooms are very clean and hygiene, food was very tasty.

Taste of the food is the best, especially chef nanda kishore's dosas. Has valet parking — is especially important in this area. Is a good place for casual get together. Staff are polite & responsive.

The hotel is quite cheap and the amenities are at par with any 5star hotel. They make the best south indian food, specially mutton stew and apam. The rooms are quite good and the restrooms are clean. The staffs over there are very friendly and they are always ready to help you.

Not sure of all rooms, but the room I got was a bit dark because, if I open the blinds, there would be workers working on the terrace of a home outside my window, and someone peeking in my room when I wake up, would be the last thing I want. Location is at good place. Rooms are not 4 star categories. No mini bar available. Room service is not that much reaponsive. Food quality not as much expectation.

Fairly good place for small training program and meetings. There is good buffet spread. We have issues of mobile network, of course the hotel cannot do any thing on this.

The food is amazing and tasty. We had buffet lunch where in we had authentic fish and chicken dishes, with veggies option and live served appams, place is cosy and feels calm which mingles with the atmosphere. Had been here for the training session in the banquet hall organised by our company.

Compared to room tariff this hotel maintain much quality. Within One week this is my 3rd hotel in my business trip. Complimentary breakfast is very super compared to other hotels I stayed this trip.

Awesome place to stay. Restaurant aroma of south having good food fabulous service. It's a south indian style but you can all types of food over there. And complementary breakfast is really nice.

The welcome was good. The staff took good care but they behaved very well. Rooms were fine and I stayed there for 3 nights. Cleaning process was also good. Service was 24X7 and I asked for tea at 1 am and I got it within 10 minutes. Food was delicious. I just had breakfast but south indian breakfast was amazing and finger licking good. Hotel ambience is also good.

Very neat and clean hotel located conveniently at the heart of the city. Food served is mostly South Indian, which may not go well with all guests. Rooms are top class.

Value for money in the heart of the city. Used this venue for a mid scale event and was well worth it. Could have been better with service and coordination at the start and lighting needs an overhaul.

In this hotel people are really friendly. It starts greetings after enter to hotel gate, then at the reception till they drop to your room. There will be always smile in everyone’s face over there. Interior of the rooms are nice and the room condition is really good. Main hall is decorated with different colours. They have two restaurants one at ground floor and top floor. At the ground floor they serve South Indian food wearing traditional dress and in top floor they have international cuisine which serves Thai style and Chinese style. They do offer free breakfast. Over all experience is really good.

Was here for the food hence would comment only about that. The food was fairly ethnic, buffet. So ample to eat and delicious too. A little low for the non-vegetarian buddies of mine else. Worth the trip. :) Would I recommend? I think you can spend the same money for a better experience than this. Atleast from the dining perspective.

South Indian food is good. They take a lot of time to get the dish ready. Chinese is also good but go for South in the ground floor. Very famous for celebrities. The menu has special weird names but after reading the description and contents, you would get to know that it is one of the regular dishes. Food quality and taste is great. Palatable.

Awesome. Staff is very helpful. It's been only two days but I am truly enjoying my stay here. I would recommend a must stay if you are visiting Bangalore.

Nice hotel near racecourse, very claim surroundings. Rooms are maintained neat n clean. Food is also tasty.

It was a budget hotel but a good one at that. The ambience was nice. The rooms were of good size and were clean (especially important for a good stay). Even the bathroom was large. I wish their room lighting was a bit brighter. They had a small fridge, a safe, TV and the usual fittings, though not a hair dryer or iron. The fittings and furniture were well maintained and were of good quality. They had three restaurants, Indian, Chinese and Thai. Breakfast choices were average. The staff was very polite, more than one usually finds in other hotels.

Excellent customer service! Clean rooms! Highly recommended!
