I've stayed in the hotel for a week. The rooms are good, service is nice. Loved the hotel.

Let me start by giving a big round of applause to the extremely talented team of 24 Tech. Mr Sadiq, Mr Sebastian and Mr Srikanth you three are the best organizers i've ever come across. A big big thank you for making my daughter's first birthday a big success. I salute your dedication and hospitality. Your arrangement, food and management is extraordinary. Mr. Sadiq you have proved yourself not only to be a superb organizer but an excellent gentleman. You have been there for us right from the first day till the end. Thank you so much for all your efforts. You are a gem for this hotel and have the capability of making this hotel reach heights. Proud of you! Mr. Srikanth, you have been extremely kind to us and did your best in all your ways. Thank you for being so active and contributing your level best for my daughter's birthday. Mr. Sebastian, you with your magic wand :-) managed to get the best decorator right on time when we needed the most. Your confidence and dedication in what you do is praise worthy. An excellent manager! This hotel is recommended to each and every individual of Bangalore and across the globe. The best in Bangalore by all means. Extremely happy with your hospitality, food, arrangements and management. Kudos team you rock!

Good room, as I was upgraded. But bathroom had no shower and house keeping staff had problem speaking English.

Simple big canteen type set up. Went there as one of the colleagues was hosting kid's first birthday party. Good decoration. But the food was just ok. You can actually host such parties there.

Warm welcome. Great hotel. Housekeeping staff are friendly and polite — in particular Buddha Dev was great.

It's not a value for money Hotel. It is located inside the prestige platina tech park and has the tie ups with MNC companies but for the ordinary guests it will not fulfil the desires. Cost is too high as compare to the amenities. There is no proper parking available for this hotel. Staff is very less, so you might have to guide yourself.

Best pqrt it is next to my office I can walk commute in 5 mins, given Bangalore traffice this is the best USP for me. Reet with this price I am more than happy. Good is not bad, service is good, staff is courteous.

Experienced poor infrastructure. Defective plug point, broken drawer, torn menu cards… Overall, left a lot to be desired.

Hotel is right inside the Prestige IT Park. Had a functioning gym. Swimming pool was under maintenance. Breakfast and food is average, no complaints but nothing great either. Reception and staff is courteous. The Suites are really nice, have great space and facilities like a locker, powder room, pantry with some utensils and electronics, sofa, couple of large flat screen TVs etc.

I have attended 2 birthday parties of kids here. Food was good.

Nice hotel :) :) Had a good time with my friends. Service is excellent and waiting again to go there and have delicious food.

Wi-Fi is also free. — Good service, rooms are really good, but no play area as such. — There is a restaurant available inside, just had only breakfast (Complimentary) — Storage area available for luggage.

Rooms are kinda old, but well maintained. The staff are courteous. The rooms are huge and the hotel is located at a really nice location inside the tech park. It's a concrete jungle. The breakfast is notably below par, with average food.

Good place to stay close to offices in the park. Check-in an checkout was smooth. Wi-Fi doesn't work and no action taken after repeated complaints.

Very nice North indian dishes. Great combos. Good quantity for the price. Very neat and clean.

Visited for an event on a weekend. Clean and less crowded. Helpful staff. Was a little difficult to find the location.

Went to attend training session for professional programme, staff was courteous and place was nice, finding the building was a bit tricky as it is inside a tech park.

Has decent Chinese, North and South Indian option s. Don't expect great tasty food. If you get bored by your regular office lunch, try it once in a while.

The ala carte menu in the hotel was just ok. The price was also affordable.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at. Very spacious and very sophisticated. Prompt service and delicious food as well. The pool and the gym is like the cherry on the cake.

Very poor service as well as food, I had a worst experience ever.

We went for a buffet once. It was really pathetic. Food was not up to the mark. If customers are coming in then at least they should have the courtesy to provide food. The containers were always empty. Even though we went hundred times and asked them to refill it, they were not. God only knows what was the problem. Horrible experience.

Bingo is a multi-cuisine restaurant. We had a big group so we ordered many things. We ordered chilli vegetable and soup for the appetizer, chola bhatura, naan, paneer sabhji and vegetable jalfrezi for the main course and gajar ka halwa and rasgulla for dessert. All in all it could have been much more authentic and tastier but it was okay. So taste wise, this restaurant isn’t so good. The service was slow even though there was hardly anyone there. The decor was nice but the food let it down. Its location is pretty bad because it’s in the middle of a business park and there is no billboard or sign to tell you exactly where it is. The price is average but not worth its taste. Overall I would rate this restaurant 3 star.

PARTY SPOILED! Can someone guess — where else a group of around 10 families (with around 22 adults 6 kids) go and spoil a New Year cum Birthday party! Bingooo – You are RIGHT! We had a horrible experience – for buffet at Bingo on night of 1st Jan, 2013. Not only the service was poor – a lot of items in the Buffet Menu – which were committed to us — were NOT even served and there were huge delays in serving many other dishes!. Not only they cheat customers by not offering what they promise – but they also are cheating on government by avoiding to pay taxes and giving out hand-written bills and taking all the amount in cash! Being near to my company where in work and even close to my home (and also reading some good “reviews” + good “ambience”) –– I had invited my relatives and my family friends for the dinner buffet. Initially we had spoken to Mr. Gowdesh Patil who then redirected us to the chef Mr Esatullah. Though we initially insisted on Ala Carte – he diverted us to a buffet system (citing the benefits we would get – like inlimited dishes/not to worry about adding extra orders during meals) and since we were all Vegetarians – he offered us some discounts (though marginal) – which made us believe that we were better off with buffet system. I paid an advance to Rs 3000/ — in cash and got receipt. However when we arrived there – no buffet was arranged and they told they will serve us on the table directly!

Good food… value for money… but not much variety on desserts.
