Nice conference hall with two projector boards, sound system… it was nice arrangement with snack and tea. No lift from the parking area, valet parking available though! Overall good experience.

Not worth the price. No breakfast at Rs. 7, 500 per double room. Water outflow of Wash Basin did not work. Complained but no action. After evening bath, talked to the Duty Manager (as the House Keeping Contact not available in Hotel Directory) and requested for two fresh towels for next morning bath. Reply was positive but towels never came. We had to reuse the wet towels only. Hopeless service. I don't recommend this to anyone. Is it Taj group … Surprised & shocked. At half price Minerva Grand Vijayawada is much better place for food & to stay.

Availed their banquet services. Food was bad and doesn’t match Taj expectations. Be careful to choose local cuisine as chefs can’t make anything else in 5star standards. That said, there is no competition for them in the 5star segment and they have become callous due to this.

It is a very good hotel and maintenance is very good food also very tasty and all facilities are available.

Visited the same hotel on few earlier occasions. Had buffet lunch and manybitems were delicious. The room was quite good and had a pleasant stay… staff at the desk were courteous.

Regarding food parties or banquets are delicious. But in buffet or in restaurant food is won't satisfy your tasting buds. Ambience and other Cozy things are pretty satisfying live up to international rating.

Loved this place. Very clean, western style hotel with superb service. They even let us check out late (1530) to correspond with our flight out of Vijayawada. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The room was full of amenities, including hair oil, talc powder, and much more. The pool on the roof is fantastic and the perfect thing after an afternoon in the heat. We can't say enough good things about the place, not the least of which is the friendly staff.

Food is top notch loved every bit. Service must be maintained, wouldn't give the service a 4. Probably a 3.

Amenities in the room of avg quality and experience compared to most 5 star hotel. This hotel doesn't stand in the legacy of taj. Bathrooms are too cramped. Water comes like jet from Bathroom showers handles and wets the entire bathroom. Bathrooms need be improved a lot. Food is awesome with exorbitant pricing. Prefer to stay in fortune murali hotel than gateway hotel. Fortune murali is economical, clean and with good ambience.

One of the best hotels in Vijaywada. The staff are super hospitable and friendly. The amenities are really good for a budget hotel and overall it's a good option to stay in Vijaywada.

The are a wide range of variety in food but the taste sucks. Not even a single item in buffet tasted good. I don't see any reason to spend that huge amount on their "star"buffet and would definitely not recommend this place for food to anyone.

It is a star hotel situated in a central place on the busy MG road. More than tourists it is always busy with higher political leaders as well as officials and central ministers. Just beside is there are famous jewellery show rooms such as joy akulkas and Malabar gold which is busy with bullion trading and various commercial activities.

The location is very central, in the middle of all activity. Rooms are very nice and comfortable, the breakfast spread is great too. The room I stayed in had not been cleaned — still had garbage in the bin and had a disfunctional lock. Service is good.

We had booked the block 1&2 for an event, and observed every single staff gave their 100% in building the trust of the client. They were very polite, organized and listens to every single word, not from just the client but also their guest's had to say and handle the issue carefully and swiftly. The wash rooms are neatly maintained and regular inspections are made to keep the stock loaded. The parking space is limited especially when you have a demand. Management should take responsibility for the parking aswell. Guests come here not just for the fancy prices offered but by trust factor. Hope something is done in regards to the pricing and parking.

The hotel is at prime location of Vijayawada. Got most of amenities that a upscale hotel need to have. Convenient for the weekend getaway and famous for most of foreign visitors. Keep up Taj!
