The restaurant is really classy. There is even a separate vegetarian restaurant and a multi-cuisine restaurant and bar. The ambiance is really awesome. This branch is pretty same as the other branches but the service is really quick and well maintained. Looking for a Luxuries restaurant and bar then its always a place.

3* categorised hotel. One of the best in city. Professional management. Good rooms. Very busy restaurant. Quality food. Friendly staff. Quite reputed hotel. Value for money. Highly recommended.

Good clean hotel, staff very responsive. Did not provide extra blanket for extra person. Even though they charged extra. Good complimentary breakfast. Nice location. Security guy forced me to park very close in between 2 vehicles, in the morning there was a scratch mark of the other car on my new car's door!

Extremely well situated, in the heart of the shopping area of Vijayawada, and one of the most convenient connection to Guntur, which is approx 30 km away, across the bridge/river. The food here is more suited to the local palate, extremely spicy, and might be too spicy for visitors of other states. The food is definitely not recommended for the international guests. The mall across the street offers a few international fast food options, such as Burger King, KFC/Pizza Hut.

Good hotel and I had a pleasant stay I stayed in Minerva Grand Hotel. The location of the hotel was good. The internal and external appearance of the hotel is very nice. The check in and checkout was done on time. The service of the staff in the hotel was friendly and helpful. The room allotted to me was very neat with all required amenities in working condition. The food provided in the hotel was very good in quality and taste.

The stay was good. It's near to shopping malls, temples and other commercial establishments. Travelling to airport from this hotel is easy. They have awesome breakfast menu which was offered as part of the room plan. Has parking with valley services. Staff is cordial. The only improvement that I suggest is that they should respond to the e-mails promptly. Needed an additional day reservation and I wrote to them asking them to provide an additional day reservation and they didn't even acknowledge or called me back. Had to look for alternative as when I called them as there was no response, the hotel was already sold out. Otherwise I have no complaints about my stay.

This hotel situated in a very prominent place in Vijayawada. From outside it's looks not very fancy, but inside reasonably good hotel. I am not very sure about the room, because I went there for a social event on the fifth floor. That place is a reasonably good place for a small gathering. The restrooms are clean. One thing I want to mention specially is the food. It was very tasty and hygiene.

If you are visiting vijayawada and looking for a place to stay over, then Minerva grand is a definite option to consider. Spacious rooms, very well maintained. Continuous hot water was available all along. Service from hotel could improve. Food quality was average.

Decent place to stay and a wonderful choice for south Indian food. Tiffin are awesome — day or night. Trademark filter coffee continues to impress. Best time to be here is for breakfast. Classic south Indian restaurant.

There are lot of mosquitoes in the veg restaurant. When we spoke to the restaurant manager Mr. Srinivas he said we don’t have the pest control done for this week. And he is very rude in answering. It is wast of money dinning here. Very pathetic staff, service and food. There is hair in the dosa. For that they say I will speak to the chef and will not repeat it again but they did not changed the dosa.

The rooms are good and the tiffin section and the buffet is too good. Very near to main road. Easy to find out the hotel. It is in good location.

Room are good. The veg restaurant was awesome. Parking is a big issue. The streets are narrow and they have limited basement parking.

A good vegetarian restaurant. Most times it is crowded. Good food. There are huge halls there where family functions are periodically held attracting even more crowd.

Yes quite nice rooms and room service. Particularly toilet is better than many places. People are courteous. Good restaurant facility. Immediate access to Mall, market places and Cinema complex. More over it is on a National High way passing through State capital city. Room charges can be slightly lower.

1. Not provided King size bed. (2adults +1Child) 2. Cockroaches in Room no. 311 3. Changed to Room no. 408. Again Cockroaches observed… seems Cockroaches are complementary here. 4. Access card was NOT working (Repeatedly @ 4 to 5 times). Need to come down to Ground floor receptionist from 4th floor every time (4 to 5 times) to recharge/ reset the card n escort with hotel staff. 5. Pathetic Experience : While vr having our buffet breakfast in the hotel restaurant, they Took away A TOWEL without the knowledge of guest! (I don't know what else they took away, as my luggage with cameras, money, valuables are lying in the room). No one informed them to clean the room either!

The ambience is good. Service is relatively fast… and food is good in quality. Taste is fine. Good place to spend some time with families.

Went there for buffet breakfast. A decent number of items and good taste as well. Not too expensive as well. Would definitely recommend for a quick catch-up or breakfast meet.

I celebrated my kid first birthday here. Awesome place, very decent and polite staff. Food was superb. Especially mutton biryani must try one here. However it's a luxurious hotel prices were decent.

Rooms are elegant, clean and well maintained as well as the lobby. Offers free breakfast for all guests. Room service was a little slow. Staff were very courteous and helpful.

The rooms are spacious with good ambience. The restaurant is one of my favorite from last 5 years with good taste and quantity for the price. It is one of very few restaurants in vijaywada where you can go with family dinners with alcohol servings.

One the of the reputed hotels in vijaywada. Located in a place from where every important place in Vijaywada is easy accessible. Theatres, bus station, railway station, shopping malls etc. One can get to these places in a few couple of minutes. And the food is simply superb.

Rooms, restraunt, bar and banquet hall services available. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Food is tasty all veg and non veg varieties available. Banquet halls are also well maintained and they have 3 halls for conferences, marriages and other events. Banquet manager Varun is also very responsible and take care of things nicely. Had a pleasant experience here.

Offers Banquet halls and accommodations ranging from budget to high class. Service and Breakfast are really good. It has a restaurant named Blue Fox and a bar.

Clean and fairly well maintained hotel with plenty of space for small functions and events hosting a few hundred people. The location is central to the city, giving it an advantage. Food was not upto the mark compared to other places nearby. I attended a function here and the service was really bad as they were skimping on serving food. This was a let down. The facilities however were quite good and fairly well designed to cover the event. The elevators are a tad too small and are dimly lit. I did not see any prominent safety signage from the top floor venue. Valet parking is available, but it gets quite busy and the valet drivers are a little rude. May be a one off. The place is busy but the venue is good.

100% professional hotel. It's completely of meeting halls, breakfast, lunch, dinner setup for all official meetings. Valet is available. Vegetarian and non vegetarian restaurants are different not combined. Well maintained.

Its my favourite place in vijayawda and the most peaceful place to stay and to have the food. The service provide by the room staff also very excellent and rooms are also very clean and it is located in the middle of the city so every people can come and enjoy.

We'll maintained rooms and a good restaurant which serves both veg and non veg food. The room service is pretty responsive… Located right next to one of the big malls in the city. Overall, A good place for stay.

Very bad experience with the food hygiene and security that was provided during an event that was arranged in banquet hall. Very very bad experience many outsiders were allowed into the event (my son birthday party) by the staff and security people. If anyone is looking for Banquet hall option with Minerva, then this will be a very bad choice. I don't recommend this hotel at any cost. I have uploaded the picture of the thief that we found in the event. People please be aware of this kind of security that was provided by hotel.

Great hotel, Good ambience, good location. They us a free complimentary head massage. The staff is very cordial. The parking space is good. The rooms are good and spacious.

South Indian thaali is not good here. Waste of money for the food they serve. I saw some customers rejecting the food after tasting. But hospitality is good.

Scores good on food, ambience, cleanliness etc. Staff are courteous but being a busy place, service is delayed. Attending to people faster would be appreciated. (Restaurant may need to employ more waiters)

Spent 2 days here during a recent trip to Vijayawada. Good buffet breakfast. 24/7 room service. Good veg & non-veg restaurant's on premises. Salon on top floors, pricey though. Centrally located, right across PVP mall with multiplex.

Both veg and non-vegetarian foods are served and is very tasty but little bit expensive compared to other options available nearby. Hospitality is also very good and so is the cleanliness and quality of rooms. Good variety of options in buffet breakfast. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Good and clean rooms. Service on request is great (sometimes). Free breakfast. City centre. Parking hassle (narrow and only way to entry and exit). Good for family stay.

Very bad experience in veg section. We went after a heavy shopping. They took order and one item missing. The manager is not accepting his mistake and waiter gave a weird look what did u order? That was irritating. We had ti ask for finger bowls. Lot of wait for chutneys. Never again gonna visit. Bad service. I expected like Hyd branch.

Very well maintained vegetarian restaurant and one of the oldest in Vijayawada. It has been recently renovated. Service is good as well and quality of the food is really good and consistent. Usually crowded during the weekends but the place has a nice waiting area. Valet parking is also available.

Minerva grand in mg road looks welcoming in and out. Ambiance is really good with comforting seats to rest. Hotel staff looks helpful and moderately professional. Food tastes good but service takes ages. I had to wait approximately 45-60 minutes after placing an order for 16 people. Order is full of simple breakfasts and jeera dried rice.
