Good location… Spacious rooms… Noise free only being chants of nearby monestry… Good valley view… Rooftop dining was not available as shown in pics… Food menu limited. Service not prompt but proper…

Expected it to be a much better experience. The rooms were not well maintained. Bathrooms also not up to the mark. The service was fine. Restaurant food was really good but the breakfast buffet was not up to the mark. It did not have many good and healthy options. The staff was very good, helpful and polite.

Stayed here in April 2018. Location is good. Just a km from MG road (walking distance if you don't mind the steep elevation). Rooms are clean n well maintained. Bathrooms have individual water heaters. Decent view of the mountains from the window. Room service is prompt. Restaurant serves excellent food. Buffet breakfast n dinner are worth taking in the package. The best part is the courteous n friendly staff. Specially would like to mention Mr Himanshu the F&B manager who with his ever smiling face catches up with every guest in the restaurant to make sure your taste buds are well catered to. All in all a very pleasant experience at the Maple residency. Would definitely recommend to friends travelling to Gangtok.

The quality of the food is excellent. They serve mouth watering dishes. The restaurant manager Mr Himanshu never failed to meet and greet us. The service of all the hotel staff is excellent. They add a personal touch in services they provide. It is among one of the best hotel I have stayed.

We booked the room only for one day but the hotel was so good that we extended our booking to 4 days. The location, the food, the staffs and the rooms were all excellent. What you see in the pictures is what you get. The hotel made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended if you want a good hotel stay at the best price.

Location of this hotel is one of the best suited, as it is very near to M G Marg, the life line and main market area of the Gangtok. It was a pleasant stay at this hotel. We were very much worried as most of hotels in hill station have small rooms. Usually they less care for customer service. But it was very surprising that the hotel staff was very professional and very cooperative. Room service and other services was best in town. Food was delicious. We have had comprehensive package of room, breakfast and dinner and there was no scope to complain. Weather of Gangtok is very unpredictable. The hotel staff has provided alternate package and logistics as per change in weather.

Nice, clean & spacious rooms. Restaurant with nice vegetarian options. Staffs are very helpful and spot on. Price is on the higher side but worth the money. They will arrange iron box, room heater on request. Ask for rooms with good view. Bathing area misses sliding door so water splashes around. Ample taxi service around. Walkable distance from Market road. Go for it!

Clean accommodation & restaurant. View from room is ok, not great. Complimentary Wi-Fi, breakfast. Smiling & welcoming staff. Located at walking distance from mall road.

Good hotel comfort bed with nice interior. Specious room and roof top cofee shop. This hotel have 3types of room including suite room.

Worst one, food taste, quality was below average. Cleanliness was worst ever. I booked for four days but have to checkout due to cleanlinesss.

Food was not that great. The rooms are not worth such high tariff. There was an issue with billing on checkout for several guests.

A good budget premium hotel at reasonable distance from the centre of the city. Has lovely valley view from the rooms. Service is good, Food is average. Good for a good budgeted stay.

Hotel is good in terms of service and location It's near to the main city market about 10-12 min walk. Though food options could have been better. In terms of good hotel wasn't that great, else it was a nice and a reasonable hotel.

Enjoyed my stay here View from Window is nice Staff is helpful and courteous, I had a year old baby with me and we would easily get any help required in preparing baby food and other stuffs Location is good, 5 Min by cab from MG Marg basically just pay 10 rs to the local cabs from the Hotel to MG marg, In Gangtok you get these shared cabs very easily anywhere while returning we would walk since its downhill from MG marg 15 min walk Its beside Paljor stadium 2 min walk so in the evenings you can go and watch local football club matches Food is a bit costly Its a good hotel but the price is slightly higher, May be because its Gangtok So if the hotels falls in your budget you may go for it.

The rooms. I would. Suggest are the ones facing the open balcony. Nice place to relax and soak in the views. Most of the rooms just have a small window as view and many opening on the main road. Morning breakfast was average. Nothing special which leaves a lasting impression and makes you feel like going back …

No any receiving the call what a irresponsible person working there.

I have stayed in this hotel during June behavior of reception people is very bad, food is worst, there was no electrical supply during night and stand by supply is not connected to fan so we were sweating through out the night. I was on excursion to Gangtok so did not pick up any quarrel with the reception people. Think twice before selecting this hotel. I do not want to give any star but it is mandatory that is why I am giving one star.

Superb hospitality… like to visit again…

First they gave us the wrong room, then they shifted us to our room the next day. Second room had sealing and fungus. Only good thing was the view from the window.

This is a **** Star rated hotel as advertised. It holds two types of rooms; the Executive Suite and the Executive Deluxe Rooms. All the rooms have a good view of the mountain side. Breakfast is included in the tariff. Restaurant is available for lunch and dinner however with limited choice. The staff is very helpful.

Booked a king size suite with no exhaust fan. Spent two nights without a fan forget about an AC. It became difficult to breath.
