A third class hotel. Don't know how to behave with guests no power backup available, no network available… food is too expensive and tea is too third class and Wi-Fi is too slow. They are showing very rude behevaior to the tourist. If I could rate this with all my heart then I would rate as zero. The staffs are not at all friendlyand the 1 ltr water bottle they charge 30 rupees and the 2 ltr 40 rupees tea was too bad as same as water,

Worst experience ever. We booked the hotel from Oyo for 16th to 19th feb. Before that Gangtok had a heavy rainfall and the electricity was disrupted. We have specifically booked this hotel as it was mentioned that this hotel had power backup. But the fact is that they don't have any. On 16th as we checked in, there was no power and the other person with me was sick and we were provided no assistance and we were given just one candle. I checked with other hotels in that area, and those which had power backups were efficiently providing electricity to their customers. As we complained, nothing was done. More over for dinner, they had a huge menu card but had nothing in stock, except the food left from the afternoon. A veg thali would consist Rice, daal and bhindi ki sabji and they would charge 120 for it. ₹40 was charged for 2ltr of mineral water bottle and ₹20 for a small cup of tea.

Worst Manager! Doesn't know about hospitality. We checked late and booked through OYO. There is bad internet connection, no tissue paper, no mobile network and not worth of spending 1000.

It is far from mg road. It is a nice budget property.

Good rooms with great service.
