Extreme far from the main attraction. But still near to see beach. And the hotel is not perfectly see facing. No in-house restaurant facility. Proper resturents are around 3 km away. Still the ambience is peaceful.

Good customer service and sea facing room and the rooms are very clean.

Very close to beach side and bit far from puri temple.! Over all the quality of rooms are good with affordable prices.

This is the worst OYO hotel I have ever stayed in. To start with after checkin we had to wait for the staff to show us our room. The room was dirty. The bed sheets were stained. The floor of the room was full of different types of insects. We were 3 people, so they were supposed to provide us extra bedding, we had to call reception many times to get our extra bedding. An extra mattress was provided but no sheets or pillow was provided, sheets and pillow were provided in instalments after we kept on asking. The extra bedding that was provided was full of bed bugs and the blanket provided was dirty and smelled awful. The TV remote was not working, the TV screen was hazy. The AC was set on a single temperature and it couldn't be changed, the ac remote was not working. The washroom tap and jet spray were broken. Also the breakfast was horrible including the tea too. The stairs were dirty, there was pile of garbage in from of the room. In short it was a disgusting experience, utterly disappointed with the stay. Not even close to worth the money.

Good but, it is difficult to booked. Good, delicious, healthy food in Lunch but not available everyday. Generator becomes damaged sometimes.

No generator to run AC when there is power cut. Power outage is very frequent in that area. Vehicle is not always available. But the attendants are very friendly and cooperative. Very close to Sea Beach. Location is quite, ideal for soul rest. Edit: Visiting after about 1 year. Revisiting there because of location. But staffs are not punctual. Water flows into the room from bathroom. Food quality is good but always expect delays in serving. At least one hour. Travel to Swargadwar area is inconvenient. You will find better accommodation around in this location.

Good hotel, little far from temple but hotel staffs are good. Specially the girl Anjali who is managing the hotel.

I have never seen this type of hotel… wrost experience of puri… the hotel is faar far away form the main area called shwargaduar. The staff behaviour are very rough. The room was not clean when you check in. They are charge very high for this wrost kind of service and room.

Very bad experience sence first day to last day… the hotel staff are very uncooperative. Problem k bare kuch bhi bolo toh ha sir thik kardenge lekin karta koi nahi hai. As per room charges are very high. Very poor condition. And the hotel is placed form the backward area… the nearest market is very far away from the hotel not any shop is available for food or anything else. Everytime you have to pay 100-150 rs auto ricshaw rent.

Location is quite. But room was so dirty, they never change room bed sheet. Behaviour of manager Chinmoy was rough and rude. And drunk every day. There is no fooding in this restrudent. Complementary breakfast was only puri n sabji.

One of the worst hotel I have ever seen. I had to wait for my check in till 4PM. Room service worst. Recommend not to stay in this hotel. There was no check in entry in the register as well as check out entry.

Nice hotel to stay at Puri beach while enjoying the beauty of Sea shore from the hotel.

Location of Hotel: Its far far away from Sargadwar (prime location of the town). It costs 100/ — auto fare to reach Sargadwar and road condition is poor. Rooms: Rooms were unattended and kept unclean before check-in. Bed sheets, pillow cover and bathroom were untidy. They were not replaces/cleaned even requesting for numerous time. Only one room in the whole hotel has a balcony that opens up to a garbage dumping yard. The Service: I could have given it a negative rating if MMT could have allowed me. Room service never turns up even after numerous requests. Two guys who claimed to be the manager of the hotel, Subhankar and Anirban were the biggest liers. It was my mistake to trust their sweet words and smiles. The following instances occured during my 3night stay: 1) The hotel claims to have a free pick-up facility. That's a lie. Initially the manager gave me postive vibe, but when I reached Puri, he picked up after several calls and asked me to come down to the hotel after hiring an auto as no pick-up was available. 2) After reaching the hotel, I found no security/ gate keeper (Time: 5:45AM) and the gate was locked. Again I had to call the manager several times to make them open the gate. 3) The room in which we stayed was a mess. Bathroom was unclean. Bed sheet and pillow covers were dirty. No towels/ and soap were provided. 4) The hotel failed to provide mosquito repellent even after several requests; not even for a single night of my stay.
