Great food and excellent service.

Good food nice menu great ambience. Only problem is parking space is bad particularly during marriage seasons. This has to be resolved.

Hotel Crown is centrally located in Bhubaneswar. The hotel is big and spacious. The rooms are spacious and with basic amenities. The bathroom was clean and tidy. The view from the window is also pleasant. They are going under some renovations but there was no problem as such. The food is delicious and healthy.

Nice hotel, good service lobby is well maintained, rooms are also well planned and spacious. Hotel has good amenities available in the room. Really enjoyed a lot here with my family. Great view of the city from here. Have a time here guys, I'm sure you won't be disappointed. It is located in heart of the city. Very good hotel nice staff, neat and clean, room service is NYC.

I went for the buffet Dinner at the Zodiac which served Indian and Chinese food. It was very good and had tons of flavour in it. Great work by the chef's at the Zodiac. Kudos to them.

It's really a very nice hotel with beautiful interior and luxurious rooms. Everything is well managed here with courteous staff. You will get delicious buffet in the hotel's restaurant. There is also a bar here named bollywood with an intense aura for enjoying your time. The stay here is peaceful as it's little distant from the road but the view from the window is not that good.

But for marriage or any function I felt a little disappointed. Food quality for bulk order is not good as compared to its daily restaurant food. It is one of the best 3 Star Hotels in Odisha with all the amenities we can think of. The hotel was very clean and the staffs were courteous. The food was amazing and the overall stay was pleasant. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a team party over here. The buffet is nice. Wide spread menu. Likes of Crabs, prawns, chicken, fish, egg, mutton all are there. Multiple items of chicken crab fish and prawns are available. Desserts are underwhelming though. Great variety in Veg also. Ambience is not bad but less spacious. We had to tell the manager repeatedly to turn on the AC. The fish and the prawns were not up to the mark when they server second time. Overall I will give 4/5 for food, 3.5/5 for ambience, 4/5 price.

Zodiac in crown has a very good buffet layout. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Staff are very professional and honest. The location is great although parking might be an issue at restaurant hours.

The location of Hotel Crown is quite nice. It's close to the highway. The roads leading up to it are rather narrow leading to frequent traffic jams in the Marriage season. Overall they have very good Hall's for marriage and parties.

One of the top notch hotels in Bhubaneswar, Located in the city of temples. Nearby airport & station. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Occupies designed luxurious rooms, an exclusive coffee shop, theme based Indian cuisine restaurant, Mainland China's first outlet in India also board room, business centre, four banquet halls, health club, swimming pool. The property is under renovation so during the day one may face some noise. The food quality was good. Staff & room service is literally cool! Overall a decent place to stay in luxury segment.

Best Indian buffet I had ever tried… ambiance was nice too.

Worst service. Breakfast buffet had no food. Only empty dishes which were never refilled. But they charge you full ₹ 350+tax. Not worth. Waste of money. Felt cheated. Never expected from Crown.
They were not even apologetic. Said manager will call and talk.

Honestly speaking the Crown Biriyani which they serve in Buffet is one of the best but this time it was the worst. Though they had increased the price for the festive season terming it as Grand Buffet but nothing grand. I have earlier had buffet at Crown it's no doubt the best in town but they have just spoilt the reputation. The staff are very callous no matter what you tell them, they are just cold. The dessert were just dry Sweets… there were no fruits at all… Only Vanilla ice cream. Worst is if you give the staff any feedback or suggestion they are too cold. I would not recommend anyone to Crown buffet if this continues.

It is one of the excellent Hotel to stay in Bhubneshwar. Ambience is good and service is also Good. But the Hotel is crowded by Outsider during dinner time as they are booking as a party and social occasion and hence Hotel management is giving priority for such costumers and low priority for Hotel residing customers. If you can bear such attitude it is nice time to stay otherwise think before checkin.
