Very nice hotel ideally located at 3 minutes walking from the Ganges where the aarati is performed everyday. Also one of the main shopping zone is just there. The staff is super friendly and they gave us a surprising welcoming with diksa (red dot on your forehead) and floor collars. I also enjoyed the breakfast very much. There's a good ayurvedic massage place just outside the second entrance of the hotel.

Spacious, clean and modern rooms, delicious food, quick service, what else would you look for. Apart from its luxury it's just next to Triveni Ghat. Loved it thoroughly.

It's was the worst experience I ever had. What ever facilities mentioned are just in the list, in the ground it's nothing. AC with no peer, GEYSER with no hot water, TEA but with no sugar, FOOD without quality and quantity (worthless its better go and have on road side), SERVICES late almost 2+ hours, STAFF unmannered, no respect for women, above all OWNER in his own world not listens to his customer. What all should I mention it was my life time worst memory and I would request please better be in any Ashram, rather being here.

This hotel is AMAZING! From the moment I arrived, I was treated like an honored guest. Govind and his staff work extra hard to ensure that all the guests needs are met. They can arrange outings and special one-of-a-kind experiences for you and handle all the details with ease and grace. The location is fantastic, on a quiet street one block away from the hustle and bustle of the busy market place and the beautiful Ganges river. The rooms are very comfortable and modern. The dining room serves some of the best Indian food I've had on my travels. The shop has a wonderful selection of clothing, scarves and gifts to please everyone. There is also free Wi-Fi. I have brought groups from the United States to stay at Nirvana Palace because I know how well we will all be taken care of and I have never been disappointed. If you get a chance to visit Rishikesh, you must stay at the Nirvana Palace!

A good hotel with very clean newly done rooms. You are in rishikesh. Where gods meet humans but to live in nirvana palace is like living in peace in such a fantastic place. Thank you so much for having me like a family member.

Hotel Nirvana is like a home away from home! This is the ONLY place that I stay when I go to Rishikesh. The Agarwal family makes you feel as if you are part of the family and meet all of your needs. The staff is reliable and speak incredible english, I feel safe and so taken care of. The accommodations are clean and the rooms are spacious. The location is perfect and just steps away from the Ganga. Lastly the food is ABSOLUTELY SENSATIONAL! Truly. This is a ten across the board!

Beautiful and sacred palace. The staff opened my eyes to acceptance and unconditional love. There was an equal exchange as we embraced one another as family. I will visit again!
