Nice place to stay. Neat and clean hotel.

Superb facility. All rooms are hygienic and washroom too.

Restaurant offers good food with South Indian dishes and dosa & idli. Ambience is good. But pricey.

Rooms are lretty well maintained, front desk is very cooperative. The dining is also good, round of applause for you Chef for service us with delicious Indian cuisine.

Hotel amaris is located at Natraj, a walking distance from Natraj chauk. By seeing from outside one will be quite impressed but honestly it's not value for money if you are throwing a party. They have a decent restaurant with decent quality of food but it can be better.

Hotel location was good but it is highly rated. It should be a two star hotel. They have all the facilities of four star but whats the point of having it if the same is not useful or same is not functional for your customers. Pathetic is this that they offer two single separate beds for double occupancy room. Many negatives to write but all can’t be jotted down.

This is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are well sized, well equipped and beautifully maintained. As always the staff are universally excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. The fact that standards have not dropped when so many other luxury hotels are penny inching is a credit to everyone at the hotel and its management. I will be back yet again for sure.

Superb hospitality. Well behaved staff. Awesome place at its peak in Rishikesh. They do suggest places for visit in Rishikesh. Rooms are quite clean and reasonable.

Food, service, staff were good and the pace was scenic and clean but it was quite lonely having very less people.

It is situated in between the city and behind it river is going. Interior of hotel looking very Beautiful and it feel like in some cases that you spend the money on good hotel not like other that are good looking from outside only. Recipient and people are also very helpful in any kind of help and room are also good.

I stayed here for 1 night on 24th may 2018 night. I checked in early morning at 5 am, as my tour operator already booked accordingly, but the reception guy was not at all knowing about early check in. So I had to call my tour operator early morning and thankfully he picked up the call and we could check in or else I had to wait outside with my younger daughter. Sad management as reception guy was rude and not knowing the things. Also while check out the same guy asked us more money and again my tour operator came to rescue and sorted the things. Careless guy on reception as he was not knowing the things. Also breakfast is ok if its free and if paid do not try. Also when asked for water in the room they gave bislery bottle with ro water in it. How did this hotel used used bislery with local water, they say that they clean it but why cant they use water jug. Highly prices according to exeperience and also very far from laxman jhula and ram jhula. My room view was full of trucks and truck tyres. It feels that it is highly priced.

It was a great experience at Hotel Amaris.   Firstly the place is centrally located very close to everything that one looks for like temple, rafting etc. Second, the hotel is well maintained. As you enter the front desk gives you a very warm welcome that makes you feel at home. Ala carte food was tasty but complimentary breakfast needs improvement. Overall near and tidy rooms. Roof top is very good. Must visit. Special mention about Mr Sumit the PRO there who ensures you are very well taken care of. From the time we came to left, he was there for any help.   Hotel is very good and food is yummy and the rooftop garden is amazing and Mr. Sumit sahni realy helped us to guide where to go for sight seeing I realy appreciate Mr. Sumit sahni for his concern.

Perfect hotel in rishikesh. Stayed here for three days and have to say it was very peaceful and comfortable stay. Room was spacious and clean. They do have a roof top garden where you can have walk in night. Hotel has a restraurent named as ambrozia, I must say the food was very delicious and very economical. Amaris has ample parking and didn't found and issues during our stay. Also the perk was that we met stand up comedian Zakir here.

All the staff and amenities are high class and well maintained. It sets a new high standard for other hotels in the area. The service is great. It's got huge parking space both inside and outside. It's got humogous auditoriums for various programs to be conducted without any problem. The building built is very beautiful and gives a great view of the city. I think this is the best you can get in Rishikesh.

It’s was really a worst experience in this hotel. Internet services very bad Wi-Fi connection showing but it’s not working. Bed sheets have a dirt mark of food. Inside in a room no Room Service menu available. … Quality’s of food is good.

The location of this Hotel is good if you're coming from Delhi/Haridwar it's very nearby to the bus stop. Also amenities are readily available nearby, interiors & room services are good.

Some hotels are straight from hell and Amaris is one that comes to my mind when something is mentioned in that context. Extremely poor hospitality, they are unable to provide basic services to their customers. I had the misfortune of being a victim of their service ones and it was not just me but couldn't find a single soul in the hotel who wasn't arguing or suffering one way or the other. More over the staff is quite rude and extremely unprofessional. Guys please do not waste your time and money on this property, it's an absolute no go.

June'17 : terrible experience. Lazy staff and poor management. Room service was awful and the room and the hotel itself is not well maintained. Rooms weren't clean and the staff didn't seem to care for it. You'll have to beg them to send a bottle of water or a food menu. And it doesn't matter if you pay for an extra bedding or not, it depends on their mood if they want to give you a bed or as in my case they'll just keep ignoring your requests. Food was decent. Not at all worth the premium price and in no way a 4 star experience.

A big mess and a huge mistake. Worst hotel I've stayed in for so much money (5k for a night with 2 occupants) Do yourself a favor and never choose this. Bad management and laziest staff. The room I got was dirty with dust all over the furniture, stained sheets and food dropped on the sofas"4 star experience". We got the room changed and it was in no way an improvement. You'll probably have to ask at least 10 times (not exaggerating) for anything you need. We asked them for an extra bedding for which they charge good amount of money and at end of the day we didn't get that extra bed even after making at least 10 calls. Same was the case with water bottles, tissue rolls and towels. And they don't seem even a little bit sorry for thier poorest of performance. Even if I didn't have these problems, I would in no way say it's worth so much money and would dare not call this a 4 star hotel.

It's at beginning of city while coming from dehradun, food a bit spicy, staff is well behaved and cooperative.

Good hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staffs were courteous and the foods were good, though only vegetarians were available.

The breakfast & Lunch better than I remembered, Room Service was excellent, washroom was very clean nd location was awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The reception personnel were very helpful in advise on what to do in the city. Thank you!
