The room was cold during winter and they do not have a working heater for the room despite claiming they have it. They can still improve cleaning especially around the edges of the door. The price is oddly more expensive in person compared to Booking website.

They obviously try to rip you off, which became apparent when we're about to leave their place and they offered to give us a ride 10x the usual price. Worried we'd find nothing else, we agreed. They then asked two drunk people to get out of the car and they removed trash from the car.

We were surprised when there was another person next to the "driver" and the driver was claiming he's going to give that guy a lift first. Ok so we're paying a lot for a private car but it's not really private?? Add to that the fact that Lonely Planet India book has warned its readers not to go inside a taxi when there are two people there due to safety reasons. I'm not going inside that taxi with a second random person.

We ran away from them and thankfully found another ride, 10x cheaper than the price they're offering.

If you want customers to like your place, you should not try to rip them off and try to genuinely help people. We would not mind paying if only it's the usual price and if it's a legit clean taxi. You give the feeling of taking advantage of your customers when you do this.

One of the awesome stays I had, the hotel is well maintained and gives you a luxury vibe if you're staying in signature room.
I opted for stay including meals and the food was tasty and they give you generous amount we were 4 member of family. also the environment of the hotel was very much suitable for family and friends. the hotel is very near to garjia temple around 5 kms. you can get sharing auto 20 rs pp easily in case you don't have your own car. the hotel is surrounded by hills and star gazing can be perfectly done from room balcony or back garden which is huge and has a pool too. if there are more PPL for dinner then they do a bonfire buffet dinner in open air under the stars with music which was preety awesome 👍👍

Amazing place to spend your time with loved ones. Staffs, Manager(Mr Sonu) and every house keeper were so fantastic that their hospitality should be rated A1. Food was also so yummylicious that it will left u in happy place. Rooms were too good and the views from 2 balconies was must watch. All over the experience was excellent.

Staying at a holiday highlight hotel was average. They have too many power issues. The staff was helpful. Food was fine. The room's door was less maintained. The location was good. It was near Girja devi temple.

It was a wonderful stay. I got a Jr suite which was really big size and had 2 big balconies with it. Food was good too. A swimming pool and lawn are there. The best part was their humble staff ready to serve you at best.
