Worst hotel I have been saw. Staff is like hell. Too much ego nd attitude. Its very far from lake approx 2 km uphill. I went their for 2 days bt tham after watching their poor service and attitude I changed after a night.
Hotel staff reception is very nice hotel room in which I stayed is awesome. Food rates are extremely high with very very less portion. Hotel is 2kms on steep climb from mall road and the hotel as other hotels in nainital is providing cab service but is charging 150rs form one side drop to hotel which is annoying with such a off route hotel from any major tourist viewpoint. Please imrove.

Stayed in this hotel on 24th june and had very bad experiance inspite of having proper booking through go ibibo, hotel and oyo representative dont allow us to chek in because they says we dont allow booking with extra beds eventhough it is mentioned in my booking voucher. After 45 minute argument they alloted lower category room where had I paid for classic category. 100% cheating because paid in advance. Never suggest to book this hotel stay away otherwise u gonna hv same experiance. I booked it through go ibibo and placed the review there but suprised to see that they rejected my review eventhough I booked from their.
